Politics › Re: The Senate President Should Be A Southerner Otherwise... by ndcide(m): 6:25pm On Apr 18, 2015
Anyone can be the Senate President. besides I really don't care who becomes Senate leader.

The present HOR speaker as of the minority APC. and APC made us to understand that it's not constitutional that the leader of house must come from the majority party.

I'll encouraged PDP legislators to give the house leadership a shot and the bases of competence and not party affiliations.
Celebrities › Re: Igbo Leaders A Disgrace – Etcetera by ndcide(m):
I didn't see this thread on time. Though I'm not from the SE, I strongly feel etcetera is wrong in his writeup and also being silly.

What exactly is he driving at. is it Business? education ? or politics?

No one who knows the owner of Chikason group or the owner of Innoson motors etc will question the business dexterity of the Igbo.

You have erudite scholars, The Odinkalu'''s of this worlds etc.

Even in Politics, we all know that the position of Igbos in this 2015 election sent a STRONG message to Nigerians. in fact the message scared a lot of people that the oba of Lagos was forced to speak. Etcetera would be too foolish not to know this. It is not about producing a Senate President. Those who tell the Igbos that the politics of 2015 was about producing Senate President are those who want to weaken them.

With the position of the Igbo now, They are in a vantage position to give a shot at the presidency and people will take them serious. This is one great thing this 2015 election has shown. only that most people are too blind to see it that way.
My friend will tell me, if you make such statement such as was made in 2015 politics by the Igbo, you will matter when it matters most.

I've always had Issues with etcetera and his opinion, because they sound both daft and intelligent at the same time.

If you always look at things from the prism of APC, you'll think the writer is making so much sense. But if you are a realist, you'd know that the writer is making no sense at all.

So what was lai Mohammed doing if I may ask?
Politics › Re: Suddenly, Boko Haram Are No More by ndcide(m): 8:42am On Apr 18, 2015
Bokiharam is still celebrating the presidential victory. Do you think we will see bombings in Abuja, when ever buhari wants to go for a function?

No!

there was going to be World economic summit for Africa, in Abuja and Bokohara went on a bombing and killing spree, in Abuja and environs. Yet some person just chose to pretend.

Suddenly no more suicide bombers.

The APC legislooters should give it up. they were destroyed at the polls too.

They are just exhibiting madness. Even the APC supporters know that their impeachment effort is a needless fruitless effort.

they are further killing their political relevance as far as ekiti politics is concerned.
Satellite TV Technology › Re: Startimes Slashes Bouquet Prices by ndcide(m): 7:27pm On Apr 17, 2015
I don't know if what the @op posted is correct . if it is , them Startimes have just hit a jackpot.

I've been using Startimes for years now and I see it as very okay. Apart from EPL , I've not seen the cutting edge if DSTV. though I don't have much time for TV. Startimes gives me German league live, I used to watch French league 1, too. I got my best documentary TV.Nat Geo gold, discovery, history, animal planet, crimes TV. etc etc etc. Fox news, aljazera, BBC, CCTV etc etc, how many you wan watch.

I Don't have time for TV. but unless you are so attached to EPL, Star times is absolutely sufficient for me. and I have no reason to buy DSTV. worse, I go viewing centre. but no time jare.

If this news is true, Star times will make money. Even salon will have the decoder. There's nothing DSTV is offering that Startimes is not also offering apart from EPL.

Mitsurugi:
But in all these brouhaha, have we ever bothered to ask ourselves the true question without sentiment; is Fayose truly liable or not of unconstitutional acts of which impeachment is the only recourse? I agree, he beat Fayemi and was voted in by popular will regardless of reason, but should that popular will be an excuse to violate the same Constitution he swore to protect. The problem we have in this country both as leaders and the led is our disrespect of law and norms. I wonder why laws are enacted in the first instance. This is the same Fayose that will probably initiate and is expected to execute laws, but how can he ask others to obey the law when he is found wanting in that regard.
What are the unconstitutional acts

You must be a kid or greenhorn to read so much into what is not because of course what I meant was I know you to be one of the tribal supremacists on this forum. Your type walk into big traps through ignorance as you have no idea that your simpleton disposition is about to get you permanently killed.

If you are not Ibo, why speak for Ibo? Not that I care that you are a busy body but NEVER compare a Yoruba from other Yoruba states from Osun, Ogun, Ondo, Oyo, Ekiti living in Lagos to an Ibo man, they will NEVER be the same. If you are not a baby, when did Nigeria start
having states? Was it before the Yoruba or afterwards? Does it mean Yorubas who lived 500 KM from present day Lagos did not exist then or did it make them any

less a Yoruba? Do you even know that Yorubas call states? "Ipinle" and what does it mean? This is what Ibos and simpletons can never understand: that a piece of land was physically divided does nothing to the common heritage and ancestry of the Yorubas! The same Yorubas in the days of the Oyo Empire captured several hundreds of thousands of KM ofland, lived there and garrisoned it; does that mean now that they are 1000 KM from Oyo, they are now in a different land and no longer Yorubas or have the same rights back in their lands as citizens? I hope the logic does not escape you thought it will if you are a baby or just naive.

General Gowon first divided Nigeria in 1967, does it change the ancestry of the people or is state creation not for administrative convenience? That is exactly the same thing you do when you build a house and divide it into bedroom, living room, toilet, dining area, etc; does it in anyway change the fact that you own the entire house, even though you've got your brother in one of your rooms living with with you?

Ibos cannot claim to be victims after losing out in a battle they upped the ante for so long now. GEJ is a direct creation of the Yorubas from OBJ in 2007 to Yaradua saga in 2009 - 2010, Save Nigeria Group and many "occupy movements", mostly Yorubas: Bakare, et al. As soon as the food was ready, the Ibos and an insular tribalist president GEJ forgot the source of his emancipation, the Yorubas and said the Ibo are the pillar of his administration while setting the record as

the worst leader in Nigeria till date! In any case, just tell your fellow Ibos to go back to their land, Yorubas surely don't want snakes in their midst or ungrateful swarming locusts in their lands!
You are taking this things too personal. see you calling me" green horn" "kid" etc haba? you said you knew me in this forum, now you said you meant you knew me to be a tribal supremacist . you are quite funny. Are you a comedian?
please stop writingwhat only you understand.

All what you wrote smells of bigotry. What a shame.

Now what is making you so pained? most Igbo are in their business places making money, and all you do is hate.

Jonathan have been voted out, Good! Agbaje lost, Fine!!!. Move on. Jonathan says Igbos are the pillar of his administration, That's because they gave him huge support. it was clear. we all know where his attacks came from. you cant claim to support a President and destroy him everyday with the media while the other is using bokoharam. it's easy to know your friend in times of travail.

You really think Lagos is thick because of the Yoruba people?please be honest. open your mind please, your needless hate for the igbos because of politics with not help you.. your bigotry is chronic.

I know you very well on this forum, and now that the searchlight of knowledge has been beamed on the ignorance of your people, you are changing the goal post again? Well, you Ibos are the hateful ones but I am not even here on interested in engaging any of you. Just carry your hatred back to your land and never return again! All other Nigerians are in their lands and taking care of it so one-Nigeria is not an excuse to abandon your land and leech on Yorubaland! Go, go, go and take all your people with you! Enough of your troubles and locust mentality!
1, I appreciate that you know me, though I don't know you.
2, I'm not from the SE.
3, I said the truth.
4, the Igbo don't hate the Yoruba people.
5, the Yorubas are (from what I see) trying to show a kind of superiority complex. any objective mind knows this. from Politics, to education etc.
6, Everyone knows the political sentiments of the Igbo. especially because of Jonathan, not necessarily PDP.

7, I think the Yoruba kept faulting their political position, which I think was unnecessary. This was the main thing that brought the heat and insult.
8, The Igbo know that the north have supported their own irrespective of the political party and don't bother about it. But the yorubas kept attacking the Igbo because of their sentiments for Jonathan.

9, there was obvious fear that Igbo sentiments was going to be brought to bear in their voting especially in Lagos. Hence the threat from the Oba.

10, just like any politician seeking votes you align with those with similar sentiments with you; with those who love and believe in you. This was the sin of Agbaje. Majority of Yoruba ethicized the election and united the Yoruba against him. I've really not seen the Igbo people worry about this.

Now, Some Yoruba are taking it further.. that some persons called Lagos No mans Land. But clearly Lagos is not a no mans land. They practice their culture with out interference from Igbo so where is the challenge? Aregbesola, fayemi, osinbajo etc are not legosian by ancestry, but have occupied high government position in Lagos. Why did the Yoruba lagosians not fight them? Or are the Yoruba people so united? yet ife and mudakeke show so much enmity? Some persons are not telling themselves the truth. Apart from politics, I can't see how Igbo have wronged the yorubas.

I insist that what is being exhibited by some yorubas is simply Bad politics of intolerance.
Politics › Re: Point Of Information: The Igbo And Lagos' Development- Swp Group by ndcide(m): 3:53pm On Apr 16, 2015
From what I see everyday, the Yoruba people are taking this thing too far. They are the one latching unto what the average Igbo man did not say.

They used it against Agbaje yet they are not satisfied.

I think the yorubas are the ones brewing hate.

The Igbo have not stopped any Yoruba man from making progress.

Even the elective position won by an Igbo, there were yorubas who also contested. These hate is unnecessary.

God help us.

Sorry, We all know APC operates through online feedback mechanism and this writeup is a product of that.

A reaction to the responses from the statement earlier credited to Buhari on Chibok girls. We know APC have a strong manipulative Online presence and will use it in the coming administration. A situation were government will deliberately seek popular opinion through online publications get feedback and thereafter bring their aligned position.

May I tell them that that strategy will backfire as APC have super saturated the online space with paid sycophants and those given to herd mentality ones it comes to APC.

I'd like to tell them that their sagacity and dexterity will be tested as from May 29. The game will change.

Finally this writeup is not necessary. We read the news on the matter and we know the truth. We shall judge how the issue of Bokoharam will end. we know how the REAL DEVASTATING bokoharam started, It's trend and reactions at each stage of metamorphosis. Bokoharam in Nigeria is very local, we don't need text book script being sold us. What ever is the reason for boko haram up north, there are good reasons for something similar down south. it better not end without a clear reason why it didn't before now.

We know the truth

Thanks.

Nigerians and their warped sense of reasoning. Why give out what you are not ready to lose?
Besides who told you only Governors are given the mandate to develop their communities?
As a sitting senator can't he bring development to his constituency without cajoling people to vote for him?
What did he do with the mandate given him as a senator cos i believe if he had performed, the people would have voted him for governor.
He not only lost the election but placed fourth in the polls, meaning the people know he has nothing to offer. He has succeeded in killing his political carrier, make him go chop transformer. Nonsense
I hope you know that they also have a governor who didn't give a damn about them yet they voted for him. Secondly the transformer issue was contentious.
Thirdly, the gift was a political bait for political gains.

If the girls are not rescued after may 29, I and my group will start our own Bring back chibok girls protest, campaigns, rallies etc.

It's not going be be an attack on Buhari's administration, but we shall match to Aso rock. we shall keep it on the front burner of major discussion.

If anyone picks offence, we shall tell them to stop being insensitive, what if they were your daughters?

we shall tell them that it's not about Byhari, but about the girls. we shall invite Malala to help us talk to Buhari.

we shall tell the world that government is a continuum and should take charge.

we shall bring women who will cry on TV. we hope Sahara reporters will be kind enough to assist. We shall demand daily briefing on steps taken and results.

If the girls are finally rescued, we shall ask for serious investigation and every person involved will be prosecuted. Failure to do so will meet the worst protest ever in Nigeria. People can't perpetuate such crime, and there are no head rolling; and we want to fight corruption? NO WAY. we can't just celebrate the return of the girls.....

Omatseye, one of Tinubu's media dogs latching on to his ethnic optics because of APC. I lost respect for him a long time ago. He clearly has issue with the voting pattern of the Igbo but have no issues with the pattern of Hausa Fulani in voting.

so shameful.

Igbo have never disrespected the Yoruba in Lagos. Until the Yoruba people tried to always prove political superiority and worse was trying to force their political opinion on the Igbo especially when you know their political sentiments.

I'm not surprised about omatseye, you can see how he manipulates his guests on TVC to concur with is. opinion on TV. Mr laborus had to tell him to stop forcing guests to agree with him by stopping them when they want to make a contrary opinion.

He should should go and sit down.

I'm not from the SE, but I see those needless threads against Igbo as crass stuuupidity. How can people be so pained because another person voted for another party. The Igbo are not even so pained about others voting APC.

There was no noise about who Igbo will vote for in Lagos, until for fear of the voting pattern in the presidential election repeating itself, some persons decided make noise about it.

If someone wants to intimidate you to vote for his candidate, it is normal for you to react otherwise.

I don't see any wrong the Igbos have done. objectively speaking.

He should also prosecute himself for campaigning at voting points during the elections.

These are electoral offenses that if allowed to continue will destroy our democracy.
