Politics › Re: Sagay, Ezekwesili, Aribisala Clash At Roundtable On Corruption War by ndcide(m): 8:58am On Apr 01, 2016
ayindejimmy:
What your Mr Femi failed to comprehend is that the war on corruption has to start from somewhere.
And his speech gave his sentiments for PDP away.
I am really ashamed of our youths if they actually applauded such a lopsided premeditated defence of PDP.

I don't actually care who's being prosecuted as long as the person is guilty.
We must start from somewhere
No one has any problems if you want to keep deceiving yourself. Yes corruption fight must start somewhere but must be seen to be wholistic. If you want to brand your corruption fight as a fight against the opposition party, you've failed absolutely. In fact it shouldn't remotely be seen that way. Not everyone wants to see pdp with the label of corruption that APC want to force on it, giving that they are almost the same. when we all also know that corruption actually oils the engine of APC and corruption proceeds also got them to power. Corruption must not have a different definition with APC and PDP, we must not yield to the manipulation of vanquishing other political parties with the toga of corruption, whilst the ruling party entrench their own brand of corruption. That's not going to happen. So who will now challenge APC? We welcomed the entrance of APC as an alternative we are not going to kill other alternatives even if this government keeps giving us figures of stolen money, yet no one is telling us how much was stolen and misappropriated in Lagos and other states.

On sentiments, we all know the sentiments of every speaker in that forum, is it the Sagay that fiercely attacked the person who said we should question the the way osun state government, ran the state. Giving that the State couldn't have gone this low, if something wasn't wrong within the state. Was it a different sagay? Forget sentiments, we must not be narrow minded with this issue of corruption, or you think buhari cannot misappropriate funds? I laugh

You should bother about yourself rather than deflecting shame to other youths.

oyatz:
This write-up is more of emotion than intelligence.
Chibok saga was a conspiracy to embarass GEJ out of power?but the Constitution conferred on the President enough powers to deal with such issues and why didn't GEJ act in a way to demystify the enemies of State that were wrekking havoc on the populace in 'attempts' to bring down his Government?
There mere thought of 'make GEJ the President again' is laughable
Of cause the chibok issue is an emotional one. It's not witty to say so in any case.

Yes Every thing about boko haram and the chibok girls was a strong political move to bully him out of power.

Besides GEJ did everything a president will do to unravel this issue. He showed concern to every attack even when it was directly against him, his image and his government. Was it the Abuja attacks prior to the world economic summit? Which one?

There's nothing the president didn't do to solve it. Both in fund allocation, foreign support, military strategy, SOE, everything a president can do was done.

Just a little budget manipulation could pass through buhari's desk with all the support he has, not to talk of a president who events made him a war-time president. If you want to go by the sentiments of having a good heart, GEJ has a more converging disposition towards Nigeria than buhari. Let this be an aside.

Did you really want GEJ to succeed? Very few wanted him to. Besides, I know what it means for some one to want his president to succeed.

For clarity, Do you think El rufai wanted GEJ to succeed as much as he wants buhari to succeed against all odds?..... This is just a clue.

No body is saying GEJ should return as president but to turn history upside-down is criminal. If you people think that we don't know that the chibok girls issue was political, then you must be joking. In fact, note this that the president 's close military circuit, did an aerial scan in bornu state and the region when the news broke, so that the president can speak from informed perspective. They didn't see anything. Which made him feel if such ever happened, the girls will be within the locality. I'm just only trying to let you know that GEJ did everything a Nigerian president will do. If it was not enough, history will be the judge.

I don't want to go on and on as this present government is yet to find its feet. I pray it does. However, we are not oblivious of the first principle of manipulation, which is to emotionally divert attention. Which they've been doing by telling us, people stole money. Name any state in Nigeria that people didn't steal money.

I've made my point.

Politics › Re: [rejoinder To Omojuwa] “nigeria: The Face Of Hypocrisy”- By Abiodun Shomoye by ndcide(m): 4:03pm On Mar 31, 2016
erunz:
For the very first time, I chose to neglect the inflation that has caught across all section of the economy and dived the profligacy lane. In the light of expensive and at the same epileptic data service, I chose to open Omojuwa’s article not because of any presumed exceptional stand but wanted to see how a “self-acclaimed righteous activist” will do justice to his selected topic “Nigeria: The Following Class and the Face of Hypocrisy”.

I was not disappointed at all as I was expecting another series of Cinderella stories in the first two paragraphs and that was what I got. Don’t let me toll such lane as the bulkiness of my rejoinder doesn’t add to its point.

That Omojuwa chose to remind us again of how terrible the previous administration was is becoming too much as an excuse for this lackadaisical and “I don’t care” approach embraced by the Buhari led administration. It is definitely too early for “APC Activist” like Omojuwa to forget how Dr Kayode Fayemi in his rejoinder to Prof Soludo’s “Buhari Vs Jonathan: Beyond The Election” made it glaring that the APC government “to be” was ready for the worst case scenario and gave a being like me more reasons to give out my precious one vote to the APC family but if he (Omojuwa) has, let me also remind him the way he reminded us of how terrible PDP and GEJ was even when its ten months of change without a budget.

“APC does not promise Eldorado. Neither our candidate nor our manifesto has made such promise. Our programs are based on the critical awareness of the difficult task ahead, while holding out a ray of hope to our people. The promises that we make reflect our innermost belief that the people must be at the centre of development. Especially, we believe that any economic growth that leaves the majority of the people behind, and does not protect the weakest and the vulnerable among us, is merely delusional. – Dr Kayode Fayemi”

If this has changed, what Nigerians deserve is an apology and not a weekly fairy tale of how PDP was a monumental failure, I guess we all were aware of the terrible state we were under PDP and that was why we voted them out, why put such tune on repeat?

For an APC “Overload” like Omojuwa to deviate from being an APC “achievements” or “to be-achievements” propagator to assume a position of a “reminder”, designated to keeping us informed with stale stories of how the previous government was a disaster is another disaster on its own. If activist like Omojuwa who was excessively arrogant in his criticism of the previous government is now stylishly campaigning for a soft criticism approach for this government, then you are left to admit the fact that “hypocrisy has no enemy”. You likened a president to a “pig”, saw nothing wrong in El Rufai’s inane assertion of “must be killed list” but today you have put on a garment concocted with excess “moral value” and now sees criticism similar to yours back then as unnecessary and obnoxious, hmmmm, a redefined “hypocrisy”?

You said they are wailing wailers, they are irrational beings but truth be told, your assertion about them as being “Irrational” was also from an irrational angle selfly seen as “rational”. By the way, if you think they are wailing, they actually are, but a “wailing” built on two obvious foundations:

The relegation of GEJ to Otuoke

The unarguable appalling reality of the day ( remember you used occurrences similar to what we are experiencing as campaign tools )

I actually expected a righteous activist like you to neglect the formal reason and embrace the latter reason but you chose to widely sell your well-endowed skills in divisionism. If the best line you could put up for a national daily publication is “those are irrational haters of Nigeria and everyone who supported Muhammadu Buhari to become President”, I see nothing but another anti-national identity move by you, you might not know but it is, difference in political party or tenets should never be seen as hatred or anything of the like either for the country or hatred among the citizenry. Even if a section of the populace sees difference in political party or tenets as reasons to propagate hatred, joining them to transact such automatically makes you one of them, any qualification (adjective) you give them is directly applicable to you also.

Dragging a Senator’s personal business into mud for political correctness is the least I expected from a self-acclaimed righteous activist like you, I never believed you will dive so low to the extent of de-marketing someone’s business to increase word counts in your semi rational piece. The only reason for failing to mention how this same senator you are making reference to has tried his best to employ Nigerians might be as a result of an unexpected amnesia and nothing other than that. You were too sharp at mentioning the limitations of his enterprise but was vice versa to remember this same man has thousands of Nigerians on his pay list, what is that? By the way, being silent for 16 years should not be the reason(s) to neglect criticism coming from such person, take the “Sense” from the “Nonsense”, get the message and neglect the moral justification of the “Messenger” and if you can’t do this? You are also guilty of divisionism. The last time I checked, we are all Nigerians and we all have right to criticize even if the basis for criticism is vendetta. Let’s preach unity and not hatred!!!

Politics › Re: Shocking: Fayose Claims Chibok Girls Abduction Was Fabricated To Oust Jonathan by ndcide(m): 8:18am On Mar 31, 2016
It takes a chronic APC supporter and a hater of GEJ not to agree that the Chibok issue was a conspiracy.

Agreed, some girls were taken, But it was a well orchestrated conspiracy to fight GEJ and bully him out of power.

Every thing about it was political. Some will easily say GEJ didn't call the governor, he didn't issue a statement immediately. Absolute bull. The security apparatus of state does not need the express command of the C in C to have intelligence. The dss DMI, CID all have what it takes to have to know how these girls moved.

That it happened that way, showed a strong conspiracy against the president. That is what we are saying.

The last president did everything possible to unravel the Chibok issue those with souls know this. We are not saying make GEJ president again, we are saying say the truth.

Silly thread. Which APC state is not ridden with graft?
The @*op, is only trying to justify his vote. But it's not necessary.

The fact is your so loved APC will run on its own merit.
The figures you see around is just to demonize Pdp in the place of clueless leadership and failed campaign promises.

Also it's because a different party took over. What ever happened at the center happened at the states.

Remember fashola 's books were opened before things settled. What if another party took over from APC in Lagos and was determined to demonize fashola and the APC, you think the world won't be shocked?

If this government does not deliver, no sentiments will save them. Get that into your head.

If you like be mentioning parties without national presence like kowa, you are wasting your time.

If APC and buhari don't deliver, sorry PDP will take over. It's so simple.

Asalimpo, and those who agree with his point are not wrong but are speaking from the point of low understanding or self inflicted delusion or are many of those who don't have a good prayer life but want to make church arguments or among some of the likes I've met who have occult influence and want to take charge of their environment by saying things like this.

Question

-what are your enemies How do you define it/them.

If you truly answer this question you'll be able to deal with the idea. But if you don't, you could go on with your thoughts, enjoy yourself.

Next, God have given you authority over serpents and scorpions, what ever you allow on earth is allowed in heaven, what ever you stop on earth is stopped in heaven. (Matthew 16:19).

Question
- if an infirmity / affliction is an enemy (don't know how you define it) what will you do.

Allow it or stop it? Even if it's in human form.

I'm not going to tress this issue because I don't want to convince anyone. I honestly don't want.

The present day level of satanic influence in the activities of mankind is in its highest dimensions ever

The occult world hate antagonism. They don't even want you to pray against them/it. They want to manipulate untimely deaths here and there and be scientific about it, take control of their environments whilst the princes and children of Abraham walk on foot as said in the error preached in Eclesiastics 10:7; They operate everywhere both in churches work place, highways etc. If you don't pray aggressively against satanic operations and stopping them through Divine instructions and angelic assistance, you are on your own.

Who says threads like this may not be a form of manipulation. I may be wrong but I've see thread here that if you click on it and view the pictures or video something leaves you.

No one should quote me, I'm not interested in any back and forth.
