I doubt if most of our pastors are truly called by God! Jesus Christ says whoever will follow Him should not count the COST! Then He taught us to forgive 70x7 in a day!! Pastor Ibiyomie decided to count cost in terms of defamation from Kemi and decided to endorse her detention in prison for 13 days!!! He also failed to forgive her like Daddy Adeboye did recently. I leave Nigerian Christians to judge the matter based on teachings of Christ!!! I have resolved to leave whenever he is invited to preach in my church! Can't stand hypocrisy! 2 Likes 1 Share |

The Pastor that did this to Kemi should ask God for forgiveness! He has not shown love to a prodigal daughter as required by God!! Even, Jesus Christ pardoned the woman caught in adultery and was patient with the Samaritan woman he met at a well of water despite using foul language to address him. Pastor Ibiyomie caused Kemi Olunloyo to be detained in Port Harcourt, albeit illegally! Apostle Sule sued Stephanie Otobo for N1 billion! Haba, pastors!! Whatever some idiots say on this platform, Soyinka is a great Nigerian and is entitled to take personal decisions without query from busy-bodies, meddlesome-interlopers! I agree with him that majority of Nigerians have a slavish mentality and are moronic!! If not, politicians will induce voters with 200 naira, get their votes and turn around to loot the treasury and throw them into deeper poverty. Just this morning, jollof rice, egusi soup and pounded yam were reported to have been imported into the country with the scarce forex, yet our manufacturers are crying for forex to import machineries. Fuel importers stole the country blind under government subsidy policy, yet none of them has gone to jail. Many government agencies spent 450 billion naira revenue generated by them instead of remitting same into Federation Account. Jubrin made startling revelations about the massive stealing happening in the National Assembly, he was suspended and Nigerians are unperturbed!!! All these rubbish are happening, yet our moronic mentality will not allow us to be outraged and demand for speedy trial of culprits. Instead, Soyinka's decision to tear his green card interests us more! Very shameful!! |

Anytime I read some of the captions given to national issues by managers of Nairaland and the rash of stupid comments that follow, one cannot but feel sad and lose hope in this great nation.
