Tinubu and Osinbajo's own put together no even reach Obi's own God! Abeg, I hope Obi supporters will break that deadlock this time around and come in large number to vote |
Mkpurumiriaddic:So, you call this country beautiful? |
Tinubuadvocate:This is not propaganda but the reality |
Tolupe:Even if they don't know, these guys are machineries-- almost all of them have voter's card. |
THE OWO MI DA I am not against Tinubu's candidacy, but many indices are against his candidacy. And one of them is the Abgero Menace in Lagos. In Lagos, an average Lagosian believes that Tinubu is the grand patron of Agberos and street urchins and all the money collected forcefully from them are being remitted to him through his proxies. With the pain these urchins are inflicting on bike riders and trailer drivers who are mostly northerners and commercial bus drivers who in turn transfer the burden on commuters, do you think people are happy with Tinubu? I was so surprised that even cart pushers, barrow pushers and even the ones carrying the loads on their heads are still being tolled or force to pay money for carrying load on their own head! I have heard Yorubas complaining bitterly about his Candidacy, I have heard Hausas saying that they are waiting to embarrass him and to the Igbos, it is a no go! But can I shock you? Now listen, when I worked as an observer at Lagos Island, I discovered that these Agberos or street urchins all have voter's card. We were all shocked to see them file out to vote. As haggard as they looked or seemed, they still obeyed orders. And as uneducated as they are they still understand the power in the voter's card. They are more politically enlightened than an average Igbo petty businessmen on the street. It got to a time, I thought if he could stylishly disassociate himself from these Agberos at this auspicious political season, but no way! They are his soldiers. They can turn election around to his favour in Lagos anytime. Even the dunce amongst them understand the power of the PVC. Hating or not liking Tinubu is not enough to wrestle power from him-- This is a game of number and they understand this so well. If Tinubu wins this primary, forget it! He will coast his way easily to the presidency. But the fear in the heart of the majority of Lagosians is: if Tinubu becomes the president He'll embolden these urchins and agberos the more, and may even arm them to the teeth. If you don't have voter's card in Lagos or Nigeria your fear definitely will come to past, and you don't have any moral justification to condemn Tinubu cause he is playing his game well.

ULiTv:Not just in this country. All over the world! Even the Bible said that Jesus was favoured by God and by men. Na connection wey Jesus get make dem bury am for rich man grave. Na God connection sweet pass. It covers the length and width of the entire world. |
KINGJAJA888:That's your choice. But your eyes go still clear--- then you'll realize that we are not alone in this world--- for there is more to this life than what you see. I can't go deeper than this cause you've not seen the other side of life---so, it will be a waste of time. But sure, I know how God can get your type when or if He wants to. |
mrvitalis:The blend of the two is better than having each of the extreme of both. I think China has that same blend and it is working for them... |
mrvitalis:I know, I am talking about the other candidates. We want options, and not just Peter Obi. The rest are just shouting: "I can!" But how can you can? That is what I don't know. Can a man give what he doesn't have? |
I am tired of hearing, "I can do it", "I am qualified", or "It has been my life time ambition," and "I am fit enough", and "I will serve Nigeria with all my heart." How can you savage this sinking ship? What are the steps to take to move away from this quagmire? What are the sacrifices to make cause we have to be realistic? |

seunmsg:Seun, what makes him a lying machine? Because the wrong comparison he made? Even statisticians sometimes miscalculate. You guys are just struggling to give a dog a bad name just to hang it. Face the truth, this man is the most credible candidate followed by Osinbanjo. The rest are business as usual. Una no dey pity for this country? Una no dey think about the future of your children. I and my entire family na for Obi. I am not saying this because of the Igbo factor. If not him I will go for Osinbanjo. But sincerely speaking, I have listened to both, Osinbanjo only sounded like an enlightened Buhari, and Peter Obi seems like the one with the formula. |
Abeg, how can I donate or support this campaign? |
Peterobiisathie:If Peter Obi is a thief, then what will you call Tinubu and Osinbanjo? Saints? Why una like suffer for this country? Almost all my neighbours that supported and voted for Buhari in his first tenure lost their jobs as soon as he was elected. And if not for the fact that I got a grip on myself I would have called them out just to shame them. Sincerely speaking, if Nigerians choose to elect another thief because of Igbophobia or hatred for the Igbos their suffer will be ten times worst than before. My second choice is Osinbanjo. Either of these two I am ok. But my first choice is The Rock--- Peter. |
MyopicMods:I was there when he said it and I smiled. It was the plain truth-- I believe that these churches are fulfilling their ministries-- and they are still of great blessing to the Body of Christ. I bet you, it is the conservative nature of the Catholic Church that is helping the Body of Christ in general, because, the way some petecostal Churches a going, if not checked they will cut rope o. Don't get me wrong, I am just trying to be objective here. I am a pentecostal minister and I pray for all the ministries including Catholic and the Anglican Communion. |
Tingotoe:The Igbos are not just any other ethnic nationality, they are with the top three. You're getting it wrong if you're categorising them with just any other ethnic groups. And please, forget this entitlement thing. Who feels more entitled more than the North where political power had been with for long, or the West that enjoys the leverage of Lagos being our only sea port of entry? I hate being sectional, but you guys like pushing someone to that brink. |
PrinceOfLagos:Has Osinbajo stepped down for Tinubu? |
Sincerely speaking, you just hit the nail on its head! "Nigeria has the Igbo problem to solve, first." How can you admire someone, and at the same time hate them so much? How can you sell your piece of land to him and yet not want him to build? How can you not want someone and yet you need them? The big truth is that the Igbo is like a very big bone in Nigeria's throat |

What happens when all the people that Merkel brought into Germany so that she could celebrate diversity end up being unwilling to celebrate diversity themselves? Grab some popcorn and pull up a chair. Germany is in for some interesting times. Thursday at lunchtime at the Frauenbergkirche in Nordhausen: Pastor Klemens Müller happened to look out the window and watched a man carry the movable furniture out of the church. He has already lugged chairs, hymn books, the cross from the church wall and other altar items onto the forecourt and didn’t seem to be finished with his work, reports nzz-online.de. Addressed by the pastor, the person seeking asylum justified his actions with religious principles: “Can’t accept Christian faith” The “refugee” describes the Christian faith as “wrong” and takes the view that it is fundamentally a mistake that Jesus Christ is God’s Son. Which is why he felt compelled to redecorate such a house of worship, as the aforementioned online portal writes. He made his point of view clear that he cannot accept the Christian faith. However, he was so understanding that he finished his clearing work after Pastor Müller confronted him. While the pastor was in dialogue with the representative of the Religion of Peace about questions of faith, his secretary called the police, who ultimately banned the intruder from the house and, after recording his personal details, issued an expulsion order and filed a complaint. Christ figure destroyed, display case broken open There will not be a figure of Christ on the cross for the time being, because it broke during the “transport work.” A showcase inside the church was also broken into and cleared out. Psychologists will probably earn a lot of money to find out whether he is guilty or just has the usual mental illness. “Asylum seeker” came with the surge of migrants in 2015 The believer comes from Afghanistan and came to Germany in 2015. It is not known whether he was pelted with plush teddy bears by crazy do-gooders when he arrived. Since 2016, he has lived in the district of Nordhausen. I wonder why? Wouldn’t he be a better match for his fellow believers in Afghanistan, who are now on the verge of building their paradise on earth in advance? And he would not have any problems with the Christian faith there, nor would any of his fellow believers who are being fed here. https://www.jihadwatch.org/2021/10/germany-afghan-migrant-vandalizes-church-because-as-a-muslim-he-cant-accept-the-christian-faith |

The things I see on my farm in Odeda area of Abeokuta here is better left unsaid. These days and for a long time I have been unable to effectively monitor the progress of my farm because I hardly stay more than 30 to 45mins at any point in time. I have never dared to sleep there. The whole place feels so unsafe, you could feel danger all about you. The average Fulani Herdsmen and their controllers go about with a deadly air of invincibility and superiority over the locals and they are actually very arrogant about it. Touching a Fulani is tantamount to unmasking an ancient masqurade, even the various DPOs handle their cases with extreme caution and reverence. It is so bad that the understanding is that if Fulanis and their cows venture into your farm you are not expected to challenge them aggressively. You have to beg them and the matter will then be at the discretion of the Herdsmen. Where there are disputes, between Herders and farmers, you are.expcted to report it to the local Seriki fulanis and not your Baales or Obas. As a matter.of fact there has been a case involving the farm of the Baale, he had to report to the Serikin Fulani who is based in Alabata. It when that Seriki finished his adjudication that the case is truly handled and whatever he says is final. Any attempt to go outside that, you are inviting trouble. There was a recent case where a whole village was evacuated for fear of fulani attack. The typical fulani herdman will NEVER GREET you and even when you greet him, he responds with such contemptuous look on his face as though you were a lower being. And it doesn’t matter whatever you are. And you can’t find them without sharp cutlasses. They are so sharp that they must always be sheathed. And Abeokuta city is now brimming so disturbingly with a frightening Population of weird-looking guys of No identity, Names or fixed addresses who are all over the corners pretending to be Economic migrants riding Okada. By the time these guys will activate their various cells around us into terrorism in the South West, we will be too destabilized to coordinate a response. And they have the whole security agencies to back them up. And they are already armed… *© Adedamola Adetayo* |
As Nigeria’s two major political parties struggle to shake off the ensuing schism over power rotation in 2023, a former lawmaker, Senator Shehu Sani has stated that the latest quest by the North to retain power was due to the fear that a southern president could accelerate break-up of the country. Sani who was a member of the ruling All Progressive Congress,APC, and won election into the 8th Senate on the platform of the party, stated this on Monday in Abuja while fielding questions on the ensuing controversy on power rotation among the various component units in Nigeria. While members of the APC from the South have stated many times that there exists a gentleman agreement that after the expiration of the tenure of President Muhammadu Buhari in 2023, power would shift to the South, the North has however chosen to ignore the arrangement, saying power rotation breeds poor leadership. The People’s Democratic Party, PDP, on the other hand has zoned its National Chairman position to the North, with the hope that its presidential candidate would come from the South. The issue has led to in-fighting among the two leading political parties and has pitted the North against the South. However, Sani, who is never shy of controversy, has provided an insight into the thinking of the North saying that the ensuing agitations across the South is causing anxiety and fear in the North, which believes a southern President would not be willing to suppress. 10 Ways to Lose Weight Without Dieting Beauty ProLife by TaboolaSponsored Links Critics in the south have accused President Muhammadu Buhari of being eager to deploy the military to clampdown on separatists while ignoring bandits in the North despite the high level of insecurity in the region. However, Sani said the North’s major concern is the possibility of Nigeria breaking up under a southern president, adding that “Politicians hardly honour gentleman’s agreement.” Sani stated further that the belligerent attitude of southern governors on open grazing and Value Added Tax has also spurred the North into kicking against ceding power to the South. The former lawmaker pointed out that collection of VAT by states is not in the interest of states in the north, and a president from the south can easily make it happen. Sani also commented on the different situations in the two biggest parties and how they may react to 2023 presidency going to the south. He said the two main parties have different targets because of their unique circumstances. He pointed out that “the separatist agitation have changed the narrative of the North, and there is a likelihood if the situation were normal, they (North) would have agreed but it has reached a stage where daggers are drawn.” He further averred that, “For the APC, it is honourable for the party to shift power to the south, but the condition is not the same with the PDP,” pointing out that the, “PDP do not have the leverage and the privilege to say this is where the candidate will come from. “There is no viable presidential candidate in the opposition party who is willing to pump all his resources in the quest for the presidency of Nigeria as an opposition party. Atiku Abubakar remains the only viable person from the opposition party for a number of reasons because he has been contesting for a long time and they do not have the power of deciding where the power should come from. “How they (PDP) will win the election is first paramount to them but for the APC, it is incumbent on them to, because the President would have spent 8 years by 2023, so it is morally responsible for them to honour it but in PDP it is dicey because they are not in power.”

I am Igbo, but I must confess to you, we've never had it this bad before. This generation of Igbo leaders lack character-- always ready to sell their people. |
If you understand history you definitely will take a chill pill. I don't really know Reno's intents but the Igbos need to calm down. You don't react to everything! Now listen. If any one had told you that the Japan we know today had in so many occasions subjugated China for many centuries or decades would you have believed? The United States you know today is largely made up of the descendants of Irish slaves and prisoners, Scottish slaves and prisoners, African slaves, English fugitives etc. But now, can England the chief exporter of slaves to the New World stand face to face against the United States in Battle? The answer is NO! Can Japan now even try to cough where China is? Never! I have it before means that it no longer belongs to you! Can the Bini Kingdom stand face to face against the Igbos now? I don't think so. It sure will be suicidal. Can the Itsekiri stand face to face against even the smallest Igbo subgroup? I don't think so. Then why are you guys so troubled about their past glories when at present they have non? Where is Greece today? Where is Sparta or Athens? Where is Rome today? Where is Babylon and the Ottoman Empirers? All these arguments are merely to stir up their egos. It is only a failed man that basks in the euphoria of old and lost glory. |
If Nigeria Police, Lai Mohammed and The Nigeria Army go on lying sprint or competition who go win self? I am just thinking shaa |
