Don't deceive yourself with that statement. Just 2 weeks ago someone was denied with 3M CC. The same person appealed with 5M CC and got visa last week.

For those who cares to listen; Make sure at least 4M limit shows on your CC Certificate.

Hi, I too was rejected on the grounds of financial means, number 3.

I am appealing again within two weeks and wanted to know if these documents I would be submitting would be okay.

* Certificate of Credit card limit of about $50,000 (in my name) (is there a way that this has too look because the bank(zenith) gave it to me previously in a letter format but stamped?) Is there an issue if this account is in dollars?
* New father's sponsorship letter
* 6 months payslip (the payslip is in euro- would that be an issue?)
* Employment letter
* Referral letter from the bank stating my father has 20 million Naira in account
* Tuition fee for 1 year paid in full
* Accommodation for 1 year booked

My degree is medicine, so proof of amount should be higher right?

This visa process is actually just a stress.

Your insight would be most useful because this is the second time applying and having to do an appeal for the second time again. This time i don't want there to be a negative result. Amen.

You put 50,000k dollars in your name? not even in your sponsors name? and you're going to Poland for what exactly?

My friend you need to keep it simple. It's not by exorbitant figures.

Which school and When are you suppose to resume class activities?

Note: If your admission is for 2021 October intake, you have to wait till June/July before you you can apply for VISA.

Age doesn't matter.................Over 38 years got VISA recently. So far you have an admission; you age wouldn't be a barrier to getting VISA.

For Legalization; You have to book an appointment via the Embassys website

For Tuition Fees: Go to Sterling Bank, open an account there and fund it with your tuition fee. Get Form A from them for Tuition payment. Also give them your Admission Letter, School Account Number and a copy of your International Passport. Within a week or 2, your school would have received the fee.

Tell your school that your organization requested for it. In that case you have to provide the Name of the Company, and address which your school will send it to. That's the only way you can have a copy of your Official Transcript.

After then, make several colored photocopies for admission purposes.

You're still young to go for BSc, so you have no issues.

Even a 35yrs old going for BSc got VISA recently. So you have nothing to worry about.

That's a blatant lie.

The embassy will only reject you VISA if you do not submit the required documents. A lot of us here know what's going on, so no agent can deceive us.

Guys please I'm planning to apply to nursing program at VPU Lublin for the winter intake. I've familiarised myself with the school's requirement and I have all my documents ready but earlier today, a friend who is a travel agent advised me against aspiring to study in Poland by this time because their embassy in Abuja rejects majority of study visa applications even when you submit all their visa requirements correctly.

I want to know how true this information is before I go and waste my money in getting admission only to be denied visa by their embassy.

It's better you use a friend in Europe or in the US to help you pay.

You can also use Skrill if you've been verified on the App.

All the same, I was banned by Antispam bot, my reply which you quoted deleted also. I later sent a mail to MODS which I believe they looked into to resolve the issue. Check your profile if you are under a ban

If he his truly the CEO of the Company as he claimed, then he has nothing to worry about if you ask me.

More so the Embassy do not need his Statement of Account neither do they require any of us to submit it. All they need is either his Credit Card Certificate OR his Payslip & Employment Certificate, & his sponsorship letter stating that he will be sponsoring you.

Both options are very easy. Just make sure you follow the Embassy instructions. Simple

You should go göre credit account route if it is possible for him. There is a possibility of the embassy trying to verify the payslip and the rest through their own method.

With credit card, it is simple, straight forward with peace of mind offered to you whether the embassy tried to verify it or not.

My dear. It would be difficult to give him/her a particular reason without accessing his/her documents. BUT here are 3 major causes of No 8 that i am aware of;

1. Insufficient documents that supports the purpose of travel and stay in Poland. ie; Accommodation documents, Confirmation Letter etc.

2. Insufficient sponsors document that matches the requested financial situation

3. A mismatch of date on his/her travel itinerary when compared with the date on his presented documents. i.e When you can't meet up with your resumption date (Extension Letter is needed)

NOTE: There might be other reasons ooo before nairaland landlord starts opposing but what i've listed are the common reasons for No 8 that I know.

I have seen more than 5 cases of appeal and it’s either a week or two. That’s it. Must u always oppose people here.

Thanks for your response anyways. Those i've seen are all within a week or 2. While i agree that there could be cases of persons whose appeal might have been more than that; If there's anyone who have had more they should tell us here.

Yet, I will still maintain that he should be able to get his visa within a week or 2.

Yours - or whoever's experience that led you to this estimation - may have taken a week or two. But every case differs. There are those whose reconsideration has taken a fair bit longer. And others much longer.

Young man, Trust me when I tell you that I've been there and I've done that.

No one here will tell you openly how to get a sponsor other than to go and seek help from your friends and family.

Its about paving a way for yourself. Many people who do not have a sponsor just like you and I ended up getting one.

So the baton is in your hands; you have to decide what to do with it.

Submit what you have, pray and hope for the best. OR

Better still look for another sponsor that can use a hand signed signature for you. Simple as ABC

I don't think getting a sponsor is that difficult young man. Reach out to family or friends that work in an Organization and talk to them about your needs; such as sponsorship documents.

To be fair. The ekonsult is no more the best platform to use as Agents now hijacked the platform, thereby filling all the available dates and then sell them later to those who are in need of it.

That was the reason why the Embassy changed it to Phone Lines. Although this Phone calls is more difficult and frustrating. No caps

its sheer disrespect for us, the ekonsulat platform is the best solution, we can't even count on the inept set of individuals we call diplomats in our country because their wards don't phone in to get appointment, the just book it from the foreign affairs for them, naija my country.

Something must have gone wrong with your Payslip or sponsorship documents for them to have rejected it

There's always a way. If you need it so badly, trust me you will get it.
