Travel / Re: My Trip To Russia & Teaching Experience In Russia by necz: 11:52am On Mar 22 |
POINT OF CORRECTION: Soviet Union hasn't fueled any war in Africa. The only people fueling war everywhere is the West (EU & US). They are the ones stealing from us, and causing instability in Africa. You can hate Putin however you want BUT what you can't and would never be able to do is tell us who and how to hate. You do not have that power. The reason why many of us Africans do not hate Putin and Russia is because Putin has been a friend of Africa for the longest of time. Russia is the only European Country that haven't invaded Africa or supported the oppression on Africa like the fake ass freedom fighter(The West) who goes about funding ISIS, AL-Qaeda, EL-Shabab, Boko-Haram to cause instability in Africa so that they will be able to steal our resources that they do not have. Do you know what the western countries are currently doing in the Republic of Congo today? Killing Africans and forcing child labour on them? Stealing their resources? That's not Russia that the EU + US. Russia is the only country who preserve the real identity of our history and culture and I am very sure you do not know this except I tell you while the west have brainwashed and manipulated, tainted and or erase our history from our people. I see that you got upset and you're talking about "Africans selling themselves to a new Master". Metaphorically speaking; At least we're no more selling our selves to our enemies since we now know them and we're moving away from them. BUT then, you're here crying about how Africans are supporting Putin and Russia but you're not worried about your western countries being under the siege of the Elites who have succeeded in destroying your Culture, your Religion(Christianity; Many of you do not every practice it no more), Family(Divorce is on the rise ), Community; and the sense of togetherness. They're also in control of your Farms and Food(There is a protest from Farmers round Europe about this). and lastly, Many of you Europeans are openly supporting the genocide of Children in Gaza but you want to preach to Africans? We do not need your preaching over here. GO SORT OUR YOUR SH!T first in Europe before coming to lecture us. Calvilman: 2 Likes |

Yes, that's your best bet. If you're sure your documents are authenticated at MoE and MoFA. Legalize it on the same day of your interview. Also have it in mind that you will pay 30 euros for each document you're legalizing which is separate from your 80 euros visa fee. heldworld: |

Yes, You should either get a Text from them or a message via email that you used to apply. Oyedee3113: |

Why will the embassy respond to an email confirming the appointment you got from them? That's why you need to be careful who you seek help from. You can send me a direct message if you need help Oyedee3113: 1 Like |

I don't think that's possible. Once the scheduled date for your interview is past, there's nothing the Embassy can do. You will need to get another one. Had it been that you mailed them before the said interview date, they would have rescheduled you for another date while they give your old date to someone else so it won't be a waste. dpacesetter: |

My argument still remains the same. Nigerians with valid Kenya Resident Permit can apply to the Polish Embassy in Kenya. It's the same everywhere in the world except you don't know your right. Simple. hunee: |

You're very funny. You're not the 1st and you will certainly not be the last Nigerian that will get his or her VISA from Kenya. I have helped quite a number of Nigerian Students from different countries including SA, Tanzania, Gambia, Turkey, Dubai, Belarus etc. apply for Student VISA from those countries where they resided, move to Poland and non of them were ever turned down for this. I myself did this back 2017 since I also resided in Benin Republic at a time and I was never turned down by the German Embassy in Cotonou as a Nigerian. Attached is a screenshot of my email with the German Embassy correspondent in Ghana. I was clearly told that I needed a Ghana Resident Permit RE-READ the email you sent to them again; You told them you have Poland Work Permit and not Kenya Resident Permit. If I were to be the consul, I would have also given you the same response they gave you. Also note that this thread is not meant for those going for WORK VISA, so when I responded to you; I assumed you were applying for a Student VISA. hunee: 1 Like

I know you're a novice and you clearly know nothing about Travels and What Permit is. Google is freely available, so make use of it. Let me repeat myself again should incase you're a bit slow in processing things; If he resides in kenya with a residence permit that means he stays in Kenya legally permitted by the law of Kenya, he has every right to apply for Polish VISA from Kenya should they have an Embassy there @Mommakaliq : You will be doing yourself good, if you apply for VISA right there in Kenya because appointment is easy to get there. Same as getting VISA. Goodluck hunee: 2 Likes |

If you have a Residence Permit in Kenya, then apply from Kenya. Getting VISA Is much easier from there than from Nigeria. Mommakaliq: 1 Like |

Anyone that needs appointment can get appointment if they are really serious about it. I'm telling you this because I've seen people do interviews week in week out. 4 persons that I know will still go for interview this week. So quit discouraging people. Not everyone will encounter the same fate that a few people encountered. roqrules04: |

For VISA process? No. You will get denied immediately (They usually don't allow them to continue the interview because you will be sent out on the day of interview to go get another International Passport). This has happened to a lot of individuals I know. So better you get a new one. UntamedKing: |

I disagree "POLISH PEOPLE ARE NOT FRIENDLY, 2YRS HERE GOING TO 3YRS NO SINGLE POLISH FRIEND BUT I HAVE FRIEND FROM UKRAINE, TURKEY, GERMANY ANYWHERE YOU CAN THINK OF, BUT NONE FROM POLAND " I understand what you mean BUT saying they are not friendly is inaccurate. Poles are very shy set of people especially when you can't communicate in their language; This is the major reason why many of them shy away from communicating in English to we foreigners. They feel intimidated with English and they don't want to make a fool of themselves even when they know little English; Many of them want to learn but lazy about it, the same way we Nigerians feel lazy to learn Polish. So they need to be comfortable around you before they can really communicate or rapport with you even if they can communicate in English. I know this because I have them as friends (females by the way) zero male Polish friends Every other thing you've said I AGREE 100% zrocky: 1 Like 1 Share |

It's not late. Mail you school; Tell them the Embassy just gave you an appointment date and that you will need an extension letter because your resumption date would have been exceeded before your visa appointment date. Boneritaa: 3 Likes |

You can't fund a Polish Account. The Polish Banking System is rigid and it doesn't allow that. So your best shot is still to get a Nigerian Sponsor. Hannania: |

Well, we prefer it this way cause it gave even the hopeless the opportunity to achieve their Jakpa dreams. I guess what seems straightforward and easy for many might not be thesame for you BUT then that what the Embassy is currently demanding or asking for. Hannania: |

As a Master student; You shouldn't have a problem self-sponsoring if you can defend the source of your money. Also ensure your account has good inflows and outflows.. As a BSc student; Better you find yourself a Sponsor. NOTE: I'd advice you to get a sponsor whether you're coming for BSc or MSc with sufficient funds. Hannania: |

The embassy as of late doesn't have specific days when they open the portal. I've witnessed Monday, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Friday. So no definite or specific days. You have to be dogged and commit your time to that Embassy website between 8am to 12pm every day. If you can do this, I'm optimistic you will get. enyraver: 1 Like |
