Travel / Re: My Trip To Russia & Teaching Experience In Russia by necz: 11:52am On Mar 22
POINT OF CORRECTION: Soviet Union hasn't fueled any war in Africa. The only people fueling war everywhere is the West (EU & US). They are the ones stealing from us, and causing instability in Africa.

You can hate Putin however you want BUT what you can't and would never be able to do is tell us who and how to hate. You do not have that power.

The reason why many of us Africans do not hate Putin and Russia is because Putin has been a friend of Africa for the longest of time. Russia is the only European Country that haven't invaded Africa or supported the oppression on Africa like the fake ass freedom fighter(The West) who goes about funding ISIS, AL-Qaeda, EL-Shabab, Boko-Haram to cause instability in Africa so that they will be able to steal our resources that they do not have.

Do you know what the western countries are currently doing in the Republic of Congo today? Killing Africans and forcing child labour on them? Stealing their resources? That's not Russia that the EU + US.

Russia is the only country who preserve the real identity of our history and culture and I am very sure you do not know this except
I tell you while the west have brainwashed and manipulated, tainted and or erase our history from our people.

I see that you got upset and you're talking about "Africans selling themselves to a new Master". Metaphorically speaking; At least we're no more selling our selves to our enemies since we now know them and we're moving away from them.

BUT then, you're here crying about how Africans are supporting Putin and Russia but you're not worried about your western countries being under the siege of the Elites who have succeeded in destroying your Culture, your Religion(Christianity; Many of you do not every practice it no more), Family(Divorce is on the rise ), Community; and the sense of togetherness. They're also in control of your Farms and Food(There is a protest from Farmers round Europe about this). and lastly, Many of you Europeans are openly supporting the genocide of Children in Gaza but you want to preach to Africans?

We do not need your preaching over here. GO SORT OUR YOUR SH!T first in Europe before coming to lecture us.

Calvilman:

You don't know my opinion on the war yet you blindly jumped into a conclusion ti fit your own narrative.

What is my opinion on the war?

After the fall of the soviet union NATO began a rapid aggressive expansion towards russia's ally terriories, the nato (EU and USA) were the first aggressors towards russia.

Ukraine has been discriminating the russian speaking minority in ukraine, the civil war was caused by ukrainian government for being racist towards russians.
Ukraine caused the civil war.

This war was triggered by passive NATO aggressions and the ukrainian governments diplomatic and racist aggression towards russians.

The EU and NATO are fueling this war, they're sending guns and ammunition to ukraine and they keep making statements and aggressions towards russia and the western media is brainwashing the western people into thinking that the west is the good guys who are

completely innocent and putin is waging this war for no reason at all.

The common narrative in the west is that it's ok if a white country attacks or fuels war in a non-white country like in the middle eas or africa but when white people are going to war thet see it as an atrocity.

The russian govt is evil, the US govt is evil and the EU is run by the same elite who controls the west and enslaved half the planet and started two world wars in history.
The corrupt evil elite of nigeria are puppets to this western elite.

Soviet union and the west have both fueled civil wars all over africa during the cold war, the soviets never started any wars but they fueled wars in hopes of spreading communism through funding supposedly socialist and communist governments in africa.
The west always started and fueled them.

War politics are never charity, thinking any superpower doing anything for poor countries is for good intentions is stupid.
Same way the chinese aren't helping africa to build infrastructure, they're not doing it to help, they're doing it to control africa and put government in debt to them.
The europeans built railroads in the colonial period to steal resources from africa more efficiently, they didn't build railways to help the africans even though the western media claimed to do all this to "civilize and educate the savage africans"

I see this type of thinking among africans a lot, it's called colonial mentality, seeing yourselves as the unbiased neutral based on an inferiority complex.

The west kills millions in some arab country to steal cheap oil, nobody cares.

Russia fuels a civil war to gain territories in ukraine that have large oil deposits and everybody loses their shit.

It's the same thing and it's called western hypocrisy.

I don't consider myself a western hypocrite but I do consider you foolish.

The fact that you assume like that is a sign of being brainwashed but I don't know your opinion apart from what you just climed about me so as far as I know, you're brainwashed to think that a european saying negative things about russia means that they are brainwashed which doesn't make any sense logically.

"most African countries are pro-Russia and anti Nazi supporting Western hypocrisy"

Most are, yes, but all are suckers to global superpowers lol.

African countries are just selling themselves to new masters, time to wake up and become independent and stop sucking up to china, russia, saudi arabia, europe and USA.

It should be filled in CAPITAL LETTERS.

hunee:
Please read carefully.

This message is for those who successfully filled their preliminary applications for a polish work permit and are currently awaiting appoitment draws.

Just asking for clarity.

Are all the forms to be filled in capital letters, or small letters, especially 1,2,3 and Email address, including passport number.
Your prompt correspondence will be appreciated, please again read carefully the questions asked.

How do you do yours and made it possible to be validated in time.

Thank you.

Yes, that's your best bet.

If you're sure your documents are authenticated at MoE and MoFA. Legalize it on the same day of your interview. Also have it in mind that you will pay 30 euros for each document you're legalizing which is separate from your 80 euros visa fee.

heldworld:

Yes. This year
So, for now considering it already passed through moe and mofa, but not legalized at the embassy yet, i can decide to find a way of getting a visa appointment date through agents while i have it in mind that i can legalize my documents at the embassy on the same day right?
Travel / Re: Polish Student Visa by necz: 8:26am On Nov 15, 2023
Yes, You should either get a Text from them or a message via email that you used to apply.

Oyedee3113:
Good day everyone, please is this National strike affecting the Consulate too? Are interview been postponed?
Travel / Re: Polish Student Visa by necz: 6:42am On Oct 26, 2023
Why will the embassy respond to an email confirming the appointment you got from them?

That's why you need to be careful who you seek help from.

You can send me a direct message if you need help

Oyedee3113:

But those people no dey reply? I don mail tire before?

Yes, but make sure the documents you want to Legalize are already Authenticated at the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Poland accepts Bank Statement and credit card

Mystery2020:

Is it bank statements that you will submit or payslips?
I don't think Poland accept Bank statement.
Travel / Re: Polish Student Visa by necz: 7:26pm On Jun 22, 2023
I don't think that's possible.

Once the scheduled date for your interview is past, there's nothing the Embassy can do. You will need to get another one.

Had it been that you mailed them before the said interview date, they would have rescheduled you for another date while they give your old date to someone else so it won't be a waste.

dpacesetter:
Good afternoon,
i need your urgent advise, am a Poland student applicant way back 2021, but unfortunately i was stuck at the visa interview appointment date stage.
i waited and waited hoping to get visa interview appointment date, all to no avail. so i asked for my tuition refund, which the school refunded back my money. so i ignored anything call Poland and moved on with my life.
This morning, i just decide to check the mail i used for the application, i just realized the embassy has schedule me for interview since January 26,2023.

Please , what can i do?
can i re-validate the appointment date?
i don't mind mailing the school and start the admission process afresh, but is the interview appointment date is what matters at the moment.

what can i do?

My argument still remains the same.

Nigerians with valid Kenya Resident Permit can apply to the Polish Embassy in Kenya. It's the same everywhere in the world except you don't know your right. Simple.

hunee:

The argument remains the same. Can Kenya resident permit holders(Nigerians) apply for whatever category of visas from Kenya.

You said , Yes!

I proved your assertion wrong with that mail response, so whatever point you are trying to maintain, I have no further intentions to debate that.

I wish you all the best and Goodluck.
Travel / Re: Polish Student Visa by necz: 8:45pm On Jun 05, 2023
You're very funny. You're not the 1st and you will certainly not be the last Nigerian that will get his or her VISA from Kenya.

I have helped quite a number of Nigerian Students from different countries including SA, Tanzania, Gambia, Turkey, Dubai, Belarus etc. apply for Student VISA from those countries where they resided, move to Poland and non of them were ever turned down for this.

I myself did this back 2017 since I also resided in Benin Republic at a time and I was never turned down by the German Embassy in Cotonou as a Nigerian. Attached is a screenshot of my email with the German Embassy correspondent in Ghana. I was clearly told that I needed a Ghana Resident Permit

RE-READ the email you sent to them again; You told them you have Poland Work Permit and not Kenya Resident Permit. If I were to be the consul, I would have also given you the same response they gave you.

Also note that this thread is not meant for those going for WORK VISA, so when I responded to you; I assumed you were applying for a Student VISA.

hunee:
With due respect to every decent person on this platform who responds and allay the concerns of people with courtesy and respect. I will not be quoting any irrational response to my earlier post on Nigerians Not been able to Process Polish visas from Kenya

For the young man above who assumes me to be a learner or novice on traveling, i thought it is important to let you know, my first international trip was in 2018. I will leave it there.

This is the response from the Polish Embassy in Nairobi, Everyone is advised to always verify whatsoever is posted here so you are not misled

If you need further clarifications, please copy the email and re confirm.

Goodevening everyone.

I know you're a novice and you clearly know nothing about Travels and What Permit is.

Google is freely available, so make use of it.

Let me repeat myself again should incase you're a bit slow in processing things; If he resides in kenya with a residence permit that means he stays in Kenya legally permitted by the law of Kenya, he has every right to apply for Polish VISA from Kenya should they have an Embassy there

@Mommakaliq : You will be doing yourself good, if you apply for VISA right there in Kenya because appointment is easy to get there. Same as getting VISA.

Goodluck
hunee:
Update this information from the polish embassy portal.

Confirm your university place: You must have accepted an offer from a Polish university and have proof of your place before you can apply for a visa. Find your nearest Polish consulate: You will need to visit a Polish embassy or consulate in your home country to have you visa application processed.

Please confirm your facts.

Goodluck.

If you have a Residence Permit in Kenya, then apply from Kenya. Getting VISA Is much easier from there than from Nigeria.

Mommakaliq:
Hello, I'm a Nigerian currently in Kenya and working but I'll like to Forge ahead via study route to Poland

Is it easier to get an Embassy appointment date in Kenya? Cos i know it's quite difficult in Nigeria

I'll appreciate more information. Thank you

Date are released every 2 weeks.

Zagee:

Do you have a guess as to when dates will start popping up on the website
Travel / Re: Polish Student Visa by necz: 12:42pm On Apr 16, 2023
Anyone that needs appointment can get appointment if they are really serious about it. I'm telling you this because I've seen people do interviews week in week out. 4 persons that I know will still go for interview this week.

So quit discouraging people. Not everyone will encounter the same fate that a few people encountered.

roqrules04:

Did you read the posts on this thread about appointment date ? Well, if you’re probably ready to be delayed or later request for refund from the university then go ahead
Travel / Re: Polish Student Visa by necz: 10:29am On Apr 07, 2023
For VISA process? No.

You will get denied immediately (They usually don't allow them to continue the interview because you will be sent out on the day of interview to go get another International Passport).

This has happened to a lot of individuals I know. So better you get a new one.

UntamedKing:
Yes, can I be using the old one for admission and visa process while waiting for the new one?

I disagree "POLISH PEOPLE ARE NOT FRIENDLY, 2YRS HERE GOING TO 3YRS NO SINGLE POLISH FRIEND BUT I HAVE FRIEND FROM UKRAINE, TURKEY, GERMANY ANYWHERE YOU CAN THINK OF, BUT NONE FROM POLAND "

I understand what you mean BUT saying they are not friendly is inaccurate. Poles are very shy set of people especially when you can't communicate in their language; This is the major reason why many of them shy away from communicating in English to we foreigners. They feel intimidated with English and they don't want to make a fool of themselves even when they know little English; Many of them want to learn but lazy about it, the same way we Nigerians feel lazy to learn Polish. So they need to be comfortable around you before they can really communicate or rapport with you even if they can communicate in English. I know this because I have them as friends (females by the way) zero male Polish friends grin

Every other thing you've said I AGREE 100%

zrocky:
ADVISE FOR TODAY

IN POLAND PUBLIC UNIVERSITIES ARE FAR BETTER THAT PRIVATE (EXCEPT BRITISH UNIVERSITIES WITH CAMPUS HERE)
AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE TRY TO GET A PUBLIC SCHOOL.

AVOID WROCLAW TRC TAKES FOREVER TO GET

TRY TO LEARN POLISH BEFORE YOU COME

LEARN AN EU LANGUAGE TO B1 LEVEL
THE TWO POINT ABOVE THIS WILL GIVE YOU MORE OPPORTUNITIES

BIG CITIES LONGER CHANCES OF GETTING TRC WITH LOT OF OPPORTUNITIES, SMALL CITIES BETTER CHANCES OF TRC BUT FEW OPPORTUNITIES

IF YOU WANT TO ACT MOVIES OR BE A MODEL WARSAW AND KRAKOW IS THE REAL DEAL.

POLISH PEOPLE ARE NOT FRIENDLY, 2YRS HERE GOING TO 3YRS NO SINGLE POLISH FRIEND BUT I HAVE FRIEND FROM UKRAINE, TURKEY, GERMANY ANYWHERE YOU CAN THINK OF, BUT NONE FROM POLAND

THE LADIES CAN BE YOUR FRIEND BUT ITS DIFFICULT TO BEFRIEND A POLISH GUY, NA LUCK IF HE ASK YOU OUT (LADIES)

CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST HERE. FOR YOUR MONEY THEM NO GO SEND YOU

It's not late.

Mail you school; Tell them the Embassy just gave you an appointment date and that you will need an extension letter because your resumption date would have been exceeded before your visa appointment date.

You can't fund a Polish Account.

The Polish Banking System is rigid and it doesn't allow that. So your best shot is still to get a Nigerian Sponsor.

Hannania:
For Option C, just to be clear, it means I can fund an account with a polish bank with the yearly living expenses of PLN 9300(950k Naira) plus the return ticket PLN2500(250k Naira) which amounts to 1.2m. Though for rigidity, I'm thinking of 2.5-3m. Plus 1 year tuition paid in advance

Is that right?

Please need inputs from all those experienced in this.
Travel / Re: Polish Student Visa by necz: 8:35am On Aug 13, 2022
Well, we prefer it this way cause it gave even the hopeless the opportunity to achieve their Jakpa dreams. I guess what seems straightforward and easy for many might not be thesame for you BUT then that what the Embassy is currently demanding or asking for.

Hannania:
I'm going for a master's, and I'm self-funding. how I wish they use a block account model like Norway, Germany, Austria, Sweden, and Switzerland. It's straightforward.
Travel / Re: Polish Student Visa by necz: 10:59pm On Aug 12, 2022
As a Master student; You shouldn't have a problem self-sponsoring if you can defend the source of your money. Also ensure your account has good inflows and outflows..

As a BSc student; Better you find yourself a Sponsor.

NOTE: I'd advice you to get a sponsor whether you're coming for BSc or MSc with sufficient funds.

Hannania:
Hello guys, it's been a while I came here. Whats Polish embassy's stand on self sponsorship ?

I intend to self sponsor my self. For those who did it recently, who did it go ?

The embassy as of late doesn't have specific days when they open the portal. I've witnessed Monday, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Friday. So no definite or specific days. You have to be dogged and commit your time to that Embassy website between 8am to 12pm every day. If you can do this, I'm optimistic you will get.

Please for those that booked appointment date themselves, please kindly reply with the day of the week & time. You guyz answers might give us an insight cos i don dey live ontop that website and i no see anything
