God bless you jaree. You're smartly on point.

Visa waka is not by mouth, you have to be smart, realistic and at the same time consistent with the information in the documents you're sending to the VO.

William2323:
Let me just add my two cent. In this quest to collect this visa you have to be well calculated and not be strong headed. Look the embassy people are smart and thats why they change their rules frequently. They recently changed the accommodation rule because according to my embassy plug “a nigerian oh that helped my get my appointment“ he said a lot of people are bringing fake 1month hostel contract or airbnb like contract and getting visa so it was an issue with immigration in poland and thats why they changed it to at least a year. Secondly why they stopped collecting bank statements was because money was being deposited into sponsors accounts simply cos of they were applying for visa and a lot of people were getting thru that..so it casted. So you need to understand that in this case regardless of the fact that when you did it with credit card of 2m in your time it worked, that doesn’t mean it has not changed again. These guys get applications everyday and issue visas every day and they might have seen another trend and that might warrant changes. It could be that they have seen a lot of people going for bsc with self sponsorship with credit card limit of maybe 10million in this case and they are wondering why a young bsc aspirant has such money to self sponsor. So they know that most times its just a way to get the visa and the money removed after. So you that got your visa last month using this method good for you... but things change and these guys update their rules regularly.

Well, it will be very difficult to see a school that states it clearly that they accept HND or offer PGD.

Your best bet is to mail the schools and ask them if they will accept HND. Am very sure you will get a positive response if you mail all the schools. Or better still just apply for another BSc.

Maria154:
Pls, I'm searching for Universities that accept HND or offer PGD but I haven't had any luck in locating one.

Pls my pple, does anybody know?

Re-read my statements very well Dreco.

Dreco:
They deny people going for BSc or what do you mean
TravelRe: Polish Student Visa by necz: 9:42am On Jan 27, 2021
What you do not realize is that a whole lot of things has changed and just yesterday we got another change in process from those who submitted their visa application. But you will never find those details on their website.

If you're very familiar with Visa waka as you stated, you should know that anything can change at any blipping time and you just have to adjust; when you try it your own way and it didn't work, then you have to try what works for others

For your information; we've also heard of some people who got visa with 2M. So what works for A might not work for B; All you need to do is try again with another method. As far as am concerned, from last year October till this moment if not all, a high number of those going for BSc and self sponsored got rejections. You can find out yourself.

Peace

Vlibray:
Bros abi it’s sis
I know a guy who put in for bsc photography and he self sponsored (he got his visa)
And what do you mean by yours is tuition free ? (Since it’s tuition free then I was supposed to show like 1.5m then ,abi what are you saying ) ?
Well, what I have learnt from this visa waka is this
Do what you think is best(with your full chest) and pray about it
When I self Sponsored some folks I met on here were like , why will you self Sponsor ? why will you put 4.6m ?
So all the best
TravelRe: Polish Student Visa by necz: 9:27am On Jan 27, 2021
This is straight forward;

Just get an Apostille on your documents, no need for the MoE in SA to authenticate since the school didn't only request that it should either be legalized or get an apostille.

keleto:
Thanks greatly bro.
The school actually said I do not need to legalized my documents, but to do APOSTELLITE. since South Africa signed the Hague declaration.

My issue now is whether to do only APOSTELLITE or do Authentication first at ministry of education in South Africa , then APOSTELLITE. Infact am in Nigeria. Who to help to do the APOSTELLITE is another issue.
Pls check the link

https://www.students.pw.edu.pl/index.php/Resources/Application-Glossary/Legalization-apostille
TravelRe: Polish Student Visa by necz: 9:17am On Jan 27, 2021
Only your educational documents is needed by the school to be authenticated and legalized. So don't bother with others except you just feel like legalizing them.

Dreco:
Hello guys, my legalization is on the 12th of Feb. What document is needed for them to legalize apart from my Educational Certificates. Thanks, please it urgent.
TravelRe: Polish Student Visa by necz: 9:09am On Jan 27, 2021
Masters or BSc. ?

So you're saying that someone going for BSc can self sponsor? grin Your rejection letter will be in 3D.

Like you said yours is Tuition Free; that's a different circumstance. Don't compare yourself with someone who's paying tuition fee every year for 3 or 4 years.

Vlibray:
My school is Tuition Free
Then I put 4.6m in a credit card account in my name
I got my visa and I know like 3 other people that did the same thing .
so you guys should stop all this the embassy wants to know how you got money .....
TravelRe: Polish Student Visa by necz: 6:51pm On Jan 26, 2021
Exactly.

He should get that sponsor to give him his Payslip and other Sponsorship Documents. That should cover for it.

TravelRe: Polish Student Visa by necz: 6:12pm On Jan 26, 2021
Yes, you have to authenticate your documents in South Africa, but what i'm not sure of is if the Magistrate can stand in for the Ministry of Education in South Africa. Either way you just have to get your Documents Authenticated and Legalized.

My own opinion; you can Legalize your documents at either of the Polish Embassy's (South Africa or Nigeria) after you must have authenticated them at the Ministry of Education in SA. Also; since it's your school that needs your legalized documents. You can ask them if it's possible to legalize it in South Africa since that's where you got them from OR from Nigeria if you prefer it to be legalized in Nigeria.

keleto:
Hello house,
I have my degree certificate from a university in south africa (UNISA). Based on the information i got from the polish school i applied to
,i have to legalise(Apostille) the certificate and transcript in a South Africa Mangistrate.
So do i need to also legallised also in Nigera at the embassy too.
TravelRe: Polish Student Visa by necz: 5:49pm On Jan 26, 2021
You better calm down first and find the error/mistakes you made and then fix it. Don't go and use Payslip without finding out the mistakes you made first before you get another refusal.

deejunioretuk:
I didn’t submit payslip o
I just submitted the CC
Should I have submitted ny sponsor’s payslip too?

TravelRe: Polish Student Visa by necz: 5:33pm On Jan 26, 2021
So sorry about your plight.

Kindly send a mail to the Embassy; Explaining explaining the issues surrounding why you won't be available on your appointment date and if they can reschedule you for a later date (in February )

Or

You can cancel your appointment on their website. Just locate *Cancel Appointment*, you should be able to find it.

Oskha007:
Please i need a perfect advise on what to do cos am lost. I tried every possible means to go to Abuja today from Imo state for my visa appointment which is on the 28 jan. But the dusk to dawn curfew (no movement) distroyed all my plans, soldiers everywhere, bullet flying up and down...What do i do now? Can i postpone or reschedule my appointment? If i can postpone please brothers how do i go about it? I need your advise urgently...thanks.
TravelRe: Polish Student Visa by necz: 2:05pm On Jan 26, 2021
What the MoE & MoFA in Abuja does is called 'Authentication'; which is to prove that your documents are genuine. So it's important to authenticate your documents.

But the Legalization we're talking about here done at the Polish Embassy; Most Polish schools requires this as well. This Legalisation makes documents suitable for use in another country(Poland). So pay attention when going through the University admission requirements.

Maria154:
Kindly clear my confusion concerning this legalisation of documents. So, I have to legalize it at MOE, authenticate it at MOF in Abuja, and then, take it to embassy for another legalisation?

I read that MOE and MOF must done in Abuja. Is this still so pls?
TravelRe: Polish Student Visa by necz: 1:11pm On Jan 26, 2021
It's now take 4 weeks to legalize documents now. Also you can't legalize anymore during your VISA Application. You will have to book a separate date for Legalization.

PimpinPips:
You can submit documents for legalisation on the same day as your visa appointment. But impossible vice versa.
TravelRe: Polish Student Visa by necz: 5:20pm On Jan 25, 2021
Re-read the last 3 - 5 pages (Page 176). It was explained there

Escanor:
Guys that have gone to poland how many month did you pay for accommodation
TravelRe: Polish Student Visa by necz: 5:19pm On Jan 25, 2021
Yes, you can legalize your documents on the same day you're told to come and submit your VISA application. But you can't submit your VISA Application on the same day you were booked to legalize your documents.

Bawz007:
Hello everyone, please can one legalize on the same day and also submit his visa application documents?
TravelRe: Polish Student Visa by necz: 10:51am On Jan 25, 2021

TravelRe: Polish Student Visa by necz: 10:41am On Jan 25, 2021
You're right. But not all branches know what Credit Card account is. If you're in other states different from Abuja and Lagos. Pls print out the embassy requirements as some of those staffs might not understand what you mean.

PimpinPips:
Most definitely bro, 4M is adequate.
Your best bet - and this is subject to suggestions of others who may know better - is to go right ahead and open up a credit card account at a bank that will have it set up in 1 week max. The bank will then issue you a Credit Card Certificate based on that account (once you tell them you need this for visa purposes, they almost always know exactly what to do) and you'll be good to go!
TravelRe: Polish Student Visa by necz:
Yes, it's enough if you're going for Maters.

Just go to Access Bank and open a Credit Bank Account and collect the certificate/letter of the credit card.

nelsonnnaji:
Hi Guys,

I don't have a sponsor right now, but I have up to 4M Naira.

Will that be enough to sponsor my self?

If yes, how do I go about that and which documents will the embassy accept?

Thanks

Thanks much for this information.

I'd like to reach out to you if you wouldn't mind, please how do i do that?
TravelRe: Polish Student Visa by necz: 6:07pm On Jan 22, 2021
If the school has issued you a Letter of Accommodation Reservation, then that should be enough as a lot of people have gotten visa with the reservation letter that I know.

The ones who got rejected were those whose schools didn't have hostels or dormitory but they got a reservation for a private housing contract without payment. Which they later have to pay before they appealed and got their VISA

PimpinPips:
Oh wow you seem knowledgeable in this department.
Abeg, do you know if they made this paid reservation via their school or by other personal means?
I just feel more comfortable with getting a paid reservation than the letter provided by school simply saying accommodation is provided.
TravelRe: Polish Student Visa by necz: 4:21pm On Jan 22, 2021
No, it's not necessary to pay for the whole year.

So get an accommodation reservation of a year with one month down payment. I know someone who had to get a year reservation but paid for 6 months. He has his visa as I speak. So you can go ahead with a month down payment

Maria154:
Pls, are we required to pay for one year dormitory fee while applying for visa or a year contact with one month down payment?
TravelRe: Polish Student Visa by necz: 4:16pm On Jan 22, 2021
I know about 2 people who had the same #9 refusal issue as yourself and they're currently in Poland.

Is the accommodation reservation from the school?. and how many months reservation was given to you?

Also send a mail to the Embassy to ask the reason for the visa refusal/denial.

Cutealexio:
yes, I included payment confirmation and even extension letter from the University
TravelRe: Polish Student Visa by necz: 11:38am On Jan 22, 2021
Did your school give you an accommodation or were you able to get an accommodation contract?

Also did you include payment confirmation evidence from the school?

Cutealexio:
Please if someone gets Number 9 (You have not justified the purpose of travel and conditions of stay), and planning to file an appeal, what are the things to be worked on? Thank you
