Try to read the Embassy's requirement on their website so you won't be misled. What the Embassy accept now is Statement of Account.

How can US and Russia have an agreement in 1991 after the dissolution of USSR that NATO won't move an inch to the East and ever since then, US & NATO kept expanding and added Estonia, Lithuania & Latvia which shares border with Russia. Now the people in the west of Ukraine supported the coup while those in the East didn't because they were Russian speaking Ukrainians. So those in the East started their own protest to reinstate their President or they will divide the country. Those in Crimea quickly did a referendum to join Russia. And that how the war started, the new Government supported by the US drove their tanks to East Ukraine and killed 14k Russian speaking Ukrainians from 2014 -2021. US and UN never said anything then. Is that not wickedness?

Now that Russians has had enough, you said it goofed? In 1962 when Russia was putting it base in Cuba US threatened a World War 3 and Russia abandoned the Military base idea. So why can't US and NATO do the same if they had a clean motive?

Now to answer your question; Russia's economy might be slightly affected for now but can't crumble because EU will struggle to also survive without Russia's Gas, Oil, Coal, Wheat & many other resources etc. Germany, Hungary, Italy and many other EU countries largely depend on Russia's gas for survival. All over Europe now prices have increased by 10% and by next month it is expected to climb another 20% so it is affect everyone.

And as a matter of fact; US dollar value with be on a decline now while Rouble will continue to gain now that Ruble is now backed by Gold not by USD. So if you want to buy anything from Russia, you buy in roubles. Despite all the useless sanctions, Roubles has come back to the initial value of 75rouble/$ exactly the price it was when the war started before jumping to 145R/$ when sanctions started pouring in.

And to talk on China taking advantage; Well, the EU has even been enjoying cheaper price from Russia compared to the new deal they just got from the US. India has also signed a deal with Russia for a cheaper oil and gas from Russia just last week. It's business, Russia has the oil in abundance, so it won't lack oil in the next 50 years. try check the amount of Land Russia owns. It's 8 times bigger than the whole Western countries.

While it's good to plan to pay your one year tuition fee and cost of living (which is what is expected from you in the first place) there is also the chance of getting good jobs in Poland while studying. From my own experience, I am studying tuition free and I arrived Poland with almost 18 months experience in the financial sector. Within two months of my arrival, I got a job with a good company in the same financial sector and it's going to be very hard for me to leave here after my studies because I don't see what I can get in other countries that I'm not getting in Poland. I have friends who are students as well working in IT, banking, education etc in some kind of companies that you can only fantasize about getting a job in, in countries like the UK. My story is different from yours because I had a plan and I did my research well. No country is heaven, if you do not have a plan, you will go there and suffer as well.

Irish embassy doesn't accept part time programs for study visa. It must be full time study.

For the online programs, it depends on if your school can sponsor your visa to come to Ireland. If not, you'll take the entire program online in Nigeria. I believe there is a list of eligible schools and courses that are capable of sponsoring visas.

Please I would like to ask or confirm if Embassy do grant VISA for Online Masters program and Part-Time MSc Program for NUI Galway University to be precise.

It depends on the Refund Policy of your school. Go and read their refund policy on their website.

Some will deduct the number of days you used to receive lectures. Some will tell you once you enroll for 1st semester they won't refund the 1st semester fee. Some will refund 100%.

Well. If you can appeal your studentship removal early enough before the embassy makes the decision OR notice, then it shouldn't affect your VISA decision.

I want to inquire more on this issue, i submitted my application and my documents at the embassy on 14th September and the collection will be on the 13th October. My fear is that the resumption deadline of october 8th is stated on my offer of acceptance from the school and failure to meet up will lead to removal from the list of eligible students. Yes, rightly said. No 8 could be any reason from invalid Accommodation, late resumption date without extension letter, inconsistent travel date/Flight itinerary plan etc.

This situation is a bit different Bc the applicant resolved the initial decision but upon embassy trying to issue him the visa they noticed that if they should grant him the visa he no longer has valid grounds for entry into Poland because school has resumed and no valid letter to extend resumption . So there is no legal basis for entry into Poland any longer so the embassy could not issue a visa in this case.

So let me put it this way..... once u resolve the reason u were denied initially, upon appeal the embassy will issue the visa as long as the issue date of the visa is not after your resumption date in your admission/acceptance documents unless u have a valid extension letter in place that shows that you still have legal grounds of entry into Poland.

Well.........From experience, it's not always like that.

I've seen many cases like this and it's not even new.

i.e; Assuming you got an Accommodation Contract for 1 year but you paid a deposit for the month of September 2021 and upon submission you're denied for No. 3 after a month (October 2021); which means Insufficient funds right?

Now here is the tricky part. Many people forget that they're suppose to pay their house deposit again for the month of October before appealing the initial No 3 they were denied for initially. If you find yourself in such cases, you will later be denied for No 8.

Hence, the need to re-examine/cross-check all your documents again to see if they're all still valid (most importantly Insurance and Accommodation) before appealing.

I have responded to this b4. When u appeal, your appeal should only be based on the reason why u were denied initially.

For example in ur initial application, if you were denied on basis of financial reasons (number 3 ) , your appeal should only be based on addressing number 3. Once u resolve that number 3, embassy will reverse their decision and give u the visa, if u do not resolve number 3 in ur appeal embassy will retain their initial decision. In appeal they will not give you a new denial reason. They either keep the decision they made initially or reverse it if u have solved it.

There's nothing like Statement of Account.

Follow and Obey the requirements listed by the Embassy. It's either you use the Credit Card Certificate option or the Pay Slip option.

Check all your documents all over again to see what's missing
Check your Accommodation date, Flight Itinerary/Intended Date of Travel & Resumption Date.

Check very well if the date you put on your Sponsorship Letter carries the same date the Notary Public also put on your sponsorship letter.

I don't know what your Letter of Introduction looks like but I'm guessing it doesn't look like a Certificate of Employment
Just for clarity sake. Here is what you need to submit, if you're going the Pay Slip route.

Pay Slips (3 month)
Employment Certificate
Confirmation of Employment Letter
Sponsorship Letter
Sponsors ID (Not compulsory)

You can fill a new VISA form if you want but I don't think it will be considered. So many re-filled forms were rejected lately.

I went for my interview yesterday and my letter of Introduction and sponsorship letter were both rejected. While making enquiries what could be the cause of rejection because my sponsor letter of Introduction was printed on company's Letter headed paper but the signature on it is automated one directly from first bank head branch. My sponsorship letter too is original fully stamped and signed, also notorized. Please I need your suggestions on what to do. Also, is there a way to correct or resubmit a new visa application form while submitting additional documents.

Ask your sponsor for:

1. His or her recent 3 months Pays Slips
2. Employment Certificate/Verification of Employment Letter
3. Confirmation of Employment Letter.

Those are the list of documents you need to get from your sponsor.
