Use a bank please. Bank rate is still very friendly and cheap.

Try Sterling Bank, Union Bank or Fidelity Bank and request that you want to use FORM A. Also make sure you take along your Admission Letter, The School Account Details and your International Passport

Euro black market is expensive. You will have to pay that your friend more for him to be able to pay your Tuition fee.

I met someone in a group who has been calling for 3 months straight no luck, not until she asked other people for help.

So, I will suggest you tell more friends and family to also help you with calling. If you have like 10 people calling for you. i'm sure you will get thru sooner than when you call for yourself alone.

Using foreign sponsors is like playing Ludo with the Devil; You should know the outcome.

Statement of Accounts?..............It's like playing rough play with demons. Besides did you see anything like statement of account on the embassy's list of requirement on their website?

As for you friend whom you want to use as a sponsor: It's okay to use her. Just make sure all the documents are on point, signed and stamped. Also ensure that she earns more than 550k a month.

Because that’s a very easy document to come by especially if you have some one in hr dept... it’s just a matter of putting the figure you want on it .. if there were cross referencing it with statement of accounts ...ehen ...but you all said they don’t use statement of account ... my sponsor is my blood who lives abroad and now every one is suggesting against it , if I use a friend in hr nko ...she can provide her company details for me( certificate of employment etc) and for her salary she can make it 700k although she receives less , do you advise against this ?

I can tell with all authority that those who got denied didn't provide all the needed documents that the embassy deemed fit to have gotten them WIZA.

If you truly want to travel, you will find that money. Beside not everyone who got VISA had the so called money in their account. And be careful. with all these low funds in CC. Someone just got denied with 4M in CC this week.

The embassy (i mean VO's) of last year or 2 months ago is different from the one there now. So it's best you do more than 4M.

Just to be on a safer side please use Allianz Insurance 1 year and 1 month is super enough for both Masters programme and BSc programme

1 year 1 Month is the least you're expected to buy for Polish Student VISA.

Some do 2 years and 3 years respectfully but it will waste the moment you get to Poland. So just buy you 1 year and 1 month

That the Embassy doesn't accept scanned copies of admission documents? WoW.....The new sets of VISA Counselors we have on this platform these days is quite alarming.

About 95% of admission documents were sent via email as scan documents. Where are you guys getting your infors from?

Most embassies DOESN'T ACCEPT SCANNED COPIES OF DOCUMENTS and. I think Polish Doesn't accept scanned copies either.

So please allow your school to send it through courier service.

Guy please don't give people wrong idea here that will land them a VISA denial.

Ok so either you are self sponsored or you are sponsored by your wife. If you are self sponsored using a credit card , the credit card certificate must be in your name .

If you your wife will be your sponsor then the credit card certificate will be in her name and additionally she will need to provide a sponsorship letter stating she will be covering all your expenses while in Poland , signed and notarized.

Cc should be in your name preferably and not sponsors name. The credit card limit certificate will be issued in your name as well. Go to any first bank or access bank for the cc

There's no issue with that. Just ensure you get one of your parent to write you a sponsorship letter stating that they'll be sponsoring your studies in the Republic of Poland and as a matter of fact they've sent some money into your account.etc

As regards your age; It won't have any effect your VISA outcome, so don't be scared.

No 3 is Insufficient Funds; What Proof of Fund did you use? Pay Slip or Credit Card?

If CC how much did you Block? If PaySlip; How much is the monthly Salary?

No 8 is Youve not justified the purpose of intended stay; Make sure you either have a 12 months Accommodation Contract with an accommodation confirmation letter or you have a 12 months hotel reservation. For No 8; You might also want to get an extension letter if your school has already commenced lecture.

Some schools like Poznan University of Technology will request for your Eligibility Letter before you're being offered admission.

So it's a YES & NO for me because about 90% of the school wouldn't need your Eligibility Letter at the admission level.

Did your school request that you should Notarize your school documents? if NO; Then don't bother.

Also if your school request that you should Legalize your documents then please do so at the Polish Embassy.

NOTE: Notarization can't take the place of Legalization.

You don't need any of you Nigerian Academic Document to apply for Polish Study VISA

And Yes, you can Legalize after getting your Student VISA

Wow it great to see this group is still waxing strong. Thanks to all who have been of help. Poland is really a wonderful place to be in it's not easy but it's worth it.

I have something to share and it about accommodation.

Note: the first fee you pay for your accommodation is not your rent. It is a deposit. You still have to pay your first month rent on arrival in Poland. While your deposit is help just incase of damage to the rented property and all.


Now make sure before you apply to a school they have a student hostel. Student hostel is far cheap compared to rent a private accommodation outside.



Now please I beg you please avoid all this private hostels like student depot, starter or las. I am a living witness to and I don't want you to go through what I am going through, thank God I have wat is given money to pay my bill. Imagine other student paying 750-800 PLN for a room outside, imagine renting a 1 bedroom flat for 1300pln with everything inside fully furnished, now here is your guy paying 1550pln a month for an accommodation with nothing inside(no pot, nothing , I mean nothing) just house. And worst you can't cancel your contract except you get someone to take up your contract.


So please run away from this private hostels I stated above.


This is the best I can give you all for now

For MSc Studies; You will need 60 Euros (30Euros Each for your BSc Certificate and Transcript)

That's how people like you will get others with a denial ase on No 3. If you know anyone here who get VISA recently with 3M CC tag the person here lets verify.

Check my profile well and ask around from those who know me or those i've helped with information's such as this one. I don't say what am not sure of or what I don't have proof for.

Don't deceive yourself with that statement. Just 2 weeks ago someone was denied with 3M CC. The same person appealed with 5M CC and got visa last week.

For those who cares to listen; Make sure at least 4M limit shows on your CC Certificate.
