But where he would have problems is when he stops or try to stop oil theft. It is all about body movement. The cabals in high places will watch how he shakes bodi, if it is the usual paddy paddy arrangement they will continue, but if they see he is keen on stopping it and will not condone egunje. It will stop. As Obi said, if you as oga at the top, your family and close circle are not chopping, you have solved 50% of the problem. Tinubu na sharp man based on his alleged deal man past. He knows how to handle the oil theft mago mago, and can stop it if he wants to. Abi can you guy a guyman? |

Every move Asiwaju is making has been pre planned before inauguration. Better calm down, we want goverment policies to succeed, for the new president to do well, why? If you are not in his inner circle, the only way to benefit is if the economy improves. Even if the merging of the exchange rate is good (which is making you run mouth in ecstacy), how has it improved you or Nigerians if not made them poorer? Do you understand that if you need personal travel allowance of maximum $4k, instead of paying ₦1,840,000, you will now be paying ₦2,520,000 with this increase in cbn rate? Do you realise if you want to pay eg $10,000 school fees, or medical bill, instead of ₦4,600,000, it us now ₦6,300,000? What is making you happy about being poorer? |

Where you messedup is with that Ali fellow of customs. Is it that you do not know how that man has destroyed import and export trade?
Eg, imagine shipping a truck and it must come in empty. Previously, you look for things to buy, load in the truck, car or bus, this helps you offset the cost of vehicle purchase, shipping and clearing. At the end of the day, you have a cheaper vehicle to sell locally, the goods in the vehicle is bought by traders, the business chain goes on and on. Now Ali comes there, block headed, no business experience, blocks everything, bans items inside vehicles, end result? Expensive trucks, bused, cars, fewer and more expensive goods in the market. Lower customs revenue from vehicle importation. |

Hamachi: Laconically speaking, subsidy is GONE as mentioned in the inaugural speech was as good as pronouncing any other items of the speech which is not bad.
The removal is obviously not effective yet. People need to see this and focus on the sellers/marketers who are hoarding the fuel in an attempt at to sell at a higher rate.
Price regulation is important to cushion the subsidy fraud, and I hope government will look into it. Subsidy is gone. This means price of petroleum products is left to market forces. Gov will no longer determine how much a fuel station decides to sell. Some can decide not to sell, some can decided to charge 2k per liter. It is their market. Ultimately, buyers will decide which fuel station is cheaper for them to buy, the more expensive ones will have fewer customers forcing then to reduce prices. There cannot be price regulation in anyway, if not, it is still subsidy. When you say marketers are hoarding the fuel to get higher prices, if you were in their shoes, wount you do the same? Assuming they sell their stock at 190 per liter, where will they now see capital to restock when depot loading price would have increased 2,3,4 folds. |

FuckDModz:

Lazy bastards.
Give them your car, they will damage it and run away.
Give them a car for hire purchase, they will still damage it and run away.
Moove is exactly what they deserve.
Work hard or go home! Exactly. Nigerians don't pay debt. They are the meekest, most humble when it comes to collect, but to pay, they bring sentiments. I called Zenith bank last week for 300k soft loans as the app option did not work. Guess what, they said it has been disabled, as people do not pay loans. Not having fuel is not an excuse. You that know you work with fuel ie driving, should know you should have 100 liters stored somewhere incase there is scarcity. Infact time of scarcity should be when you even charge more to make more money and easily pay the daily payment for those vehicles. |
