Foreign AffairsRe: Why Is The Us Military Occupying Four Airports In Haiti? by NegroNtns(m): 7:38pm On Jan 23, 2010
Razur and debo,

yeah, there are specialties in the force. America dare not deploy its own military force on its soil unless there was act of insurrection and even at that it will have to first be approved by congress.

In civilian matters, America deploys national guard to help in riots, security and disaster recovery. That's the unit of the American military specialized to handle urban problems of the kind in Haiti, not warriors that are currently stationed there. Why did America not send Marines to help victims of Katrina?

That aside, do you have explaaton for the presence of Israeli Defense Force in Haitii?

Backward educated folks!!

dang dude! lmao!

US Marines is trained for warfare, why were they airdropped into an urban city not at war or conflict with anybody?

For too damn long Sam, we took education and academic excellence as an end in itself. Our parents tell us if we study hard we are guaranteed success. There was no emphasis on self development but too much focus on replicating the mannerisms of the white man. . .in the way we talk, act, propsper and relate. That's the result you see in the way Nigerians process information.
Foreign AffairsRe: Why Is The Us Military Occupying Four Airports In Haiti? by NegroNtns(m): 2:33pm On Jan 23, 2010
why do people take everything United States throw at them ?
I respect minds that ask the right questions.  Great question Sam!

There are two military forces in Haiti - US military and Israeli Defense Force.

Why are they there?  I raised points on this in another thread.

Here is what we need to have in the back of our minds and this is scary.

1. US and Isreal in a mock exercise for an infiltration into Iran to possibly topple regime.

2.  A forward thinking and precedence for how rescue and recovery will be done in future in poor countries.  I say poor countries because I don't expect Brazil or India or China allowing US and IDF access onto their soil to aid victims of tragedy. It is a way of telling the word and those countries in Africa that when catastrophy hits your nation we will bring our militaries on your soil to rescue your people because you can't do it on your own.

Again, good question!

Dang JeSoul!!

You took a 10hr documentary series and cut it into a 1hr 30mins narrative.

Allright, so is it then possible that by regulating the food supply chain as well as modifying few environmental requirements we might bring down the cost of healthcare?

How much injury is done to the respiratory system just by the single factor that we all spend too much time in reconditioned air space breathing stale and contaminated air which with time is further depleted of any residual richness as it passes from one diseased lung to another in the enclosure?

Foreign AffairsRe: Earthquake Test Goes Horribly Wrong! by NegroNtns(m): 1:44am On Jan 23, 2010
debo, go bacl to your source and bring us records of how much destruction, direct and indirect, a 7.0 quake is capable of doing.

Also, your source said that the seismic wave radiates away from the eye. So my question on why only one quadrant out of four was hit by the quake remains unanswered by any of you or Razur. A wave radiates in concentric circle of 360 degrees but the effect is registered only in a 90 degree sector. . .270degree sector did not see anything of the wave.

Please have your expert explain that. Their studies is based on natural occurrence not on artificial one and beside, where did you see me say this was a weapon test?
Get it right then come back with more study reports to explain the science of selective quadrant wave propagation by a naturally occuring eqrthquake.

Apparently my savviness trumps your intelligence, . .if at this point in the discussion you are still struggling to put the counter argument to rest, despite aiding your argument with authorities whose works do not in any way answer the 6 points and questions I raised.

Elrazur + debosky, aided with sourced experts reports and the 6 points remain unanswered. You should stop calling yourself intelligent, you are not!

Negro, Negro, Negro, common now, this is too outlandish for even you
JeSoul, no mind the yeye Negro! lol!! There is a mark of a sensational fiction writer in him.

I forgot who made that movie in the 80s chronicling the nuclear accident in Pennsylvania. Well, two days afte the movie hit theaters, the nuclear facility did undergo a near catastrophy accident and was only 30minutes away from disaster. Department of Energy abandoned some of its own contingencies and borrowed from the director scripts to evacuate the town.

anyone know the movie? I am resourceful and never waste my power of imagination.

ElRazur, along that same line of resourcefullness, I will encourage you to search for what talents are dormant in you that need to be brought to surface. You are for most part bland!

Billygoat, your name is befitting your character. You were lurking in the background afraid to throw that punch. Fool waited till my attention was drawn elsewhere to throw the punch.

Foreign AffairsRe: Earthquake Test Goes Horribly Wrong! by NegroNtns(m): 10:26pm On Jan 22, 2010
Again you keep forgetting that Natural disasters are not 100% predictable
that's what distinguishes them from scheduled and controlled manipukation of elements. . .the unpreditability! what's new about that?

so therefore your claims of ", would not spare the runway" do not hold am afraid. Your assertions that a runway surviving the severity of the earthquake do not in anyway proof it is man made. No?
An earthquake that originated at sea will result in concentric circles rippling from the eye of the fault away in a radius of coverage, wreaking havoc along that path. If this was a strong wind we can say its force will sweep laterally close to ground surface damaging standing structures but sparing pavements and streets and runways and taxiways because they all lie along its vectoral plane of travel. Wind is fluid and so it behaves like water, washing the surface but pushing against cross-plane objects.

An earthquake on the other hand is a saw action. . .it tears and shears along its plane and as well as cross-planes. It will not tear buildings on one side of a field, then hop across the dividing pavement or runway or street to the other side of the road to continue its destruction.

Its not everything that require evidence of proof but because you have been educated to believe that your own independent ability to logically reason and navigate through scenarios must be subdued to a more authoritative source of conclusion. . .you are left unequipped to challenge the most absurd of issues where just simple curiosity might have freed your mind and enlighten you to the most unimaginable dimensions of mankind's abilities, hidden and transparent. Pragmatic realities that can be deduced by simple logic does not require advanced education or proof to conclude. They are just that. . .a yes, it is possible or a no, it is not possible.
Foreign AffairsRe: Earthquake Test Goes Horribly Wrong! by NegroNtns(m): 6:56pm On Jan 22, 2010
This is not true - many roads were destroyed by the quake, only after earth moving equipment is being moved in can the rescuers visit many sites.
You are mistaken. No road was destroyed by the quake!  Falling structures that collapsed frontward and spilled on the narrow streets throwing concrete and debris all over impacted surface damage and blocked access.

For your information, earth moving equipments are heavy machines with stabilisers to support their weight on the surface so they do not sink or tip over during manuevers.

When earthquake damages roads, until that road is resurfaced or re-compacted no heavy machine would be allowed to use them.  So  it is rubbish to claim that roads were damaged by quake and then heavy machines were immediately brought driven over them to access victims.  On the other hand, if as I claim these were just surface damages, then the roads are serviceable and all they need is to bring in heavy machines to clear the blocking debris and get in to victims.

Besides, earthquakes affect structures VERTICALLY most of the time,
Oh no kidding!  You ever seen a structure erected HORIZONTALLY or maybe DIAGONALLY?  Just how else does Debosky expect the impact to occur?  . . .hmm, most of the time eh?  How about the few other times. . .I guess those will be the DIAGONALL and HORIZONTAL impacts, right?
. . .hence buildings and bridges which are above ground often feel the impact of the forces.
you know, you don't have to say anything if you are yet to collect your thoughts on the issue.  Wait till you have something substantial for response, please!  Stop all these nonsense about buildings and bridges above ground, there is no bridge buried underground or under sea anywhere.

This is an unintelligent attempt to analyse the mechanics of materials, earthquake forces and tensile stresses in a single sentence. If it were that simple, I wonder why the Japanese spend billions trying to understand the destructive effect of earthquakes.
lmao! Here we go, intelligent vs unintelligent! I will remind you in case you forgot. . .I do not claim intelligence. I am shrewd, I am savvy . . .that's my claim to superior mental capacity and creativity. You can cling to your title and be the intelligent one here you have no competition.
The Japanese are spending billions studying natural phenomena, not the type we are discussing here. This one has a signature of articifial trigger. I'm not saying who created it or how it was created but there are many plausibles that its impossible to connect the dots in favor and conclude this was a natural quake. Neither is there enough evidence to swear that this was man made. However, I am a shepherd. . .not a sheep! Shepherds lead, sheep follow!! Shepherds ask questions and are analytic. Sheep accepts unquestionably and form cliché with the "intelligentsia". Which one are yu?

If you had sufficient powers of observation, you'd realise that not the entire palace was flattened, only the vertically elevated portions COLLAPSED on the structure below due to an inbalance between the forces moving the ground and the force required to hold the roof up. The ground will not always split or divide in an earthquake.
debo, you need an adventure. I'm giving you an assignment here. I need you to go visit the epicenter of an urban area hit by quake. After that experience, then you come back and swallow these mumbo jumbo you are saying. Observers ask questions that cause others to take a deeper and close look at events and issues. Everyone in NL, except of course you, know my power in that area and can witness to my power of imagination and curosity to that end.

Structures ABOVE ground will always be preferentially affected in earth movements - please stop this ignorant 'layman' analysis.
Listen yo yourself and look in the mirror. . .there staring at you is ignorance. Are you aware the number of times you have repeated "structures above ground"? What else does your ignorant mind think we are talking about. . .underground bunkershuh
Foreign AffairsRe: Earthquake Test Goes Horribly Wrong! by NegroNtns(m): 5:58pm On Jan 22, 2010
You made a claim that C-130 needs at least X amount of runway to land, yet one of the selling point of c-130 is that it can land on a unprepared runway, i.e it do not have to be a proper run way for it to land.
You just lost yourself in the maze of whatever points you wee attempting to make.  C-130 can use paved and unpaved runway is a spec for the aircraft and does not give any fact one way or another of the condition the Port Au Prince airport runway is in. However, the fact that the military aircraft and civilian jetliners (which are not equipped with such adaptations as the Hercules) are able to land and take off conclusively lend credibility and support to the claim that the runway was wholly serviceable in its entire length.  A 7.0 quake, of natural cause (not man made) hitting a city where many structures inside the airport itself were flattened would not spare runways.  We are not talking of one runway but multiple, including taxiways. . .none of which was touched.  Highly improbable and the argument for is more credible that the one against the claim that this indeed had a signature of artificiality to it.  You can huff and puff and run circles around what c-130's specs can do or not do, it does not in any way address the merits of reality at the epicenter of the quake.

No sir, I am telling you that there are several variants - i.e based on the same design - and it is not far fetched to think one of these variants may have improved landing ability - especially considering it uses for military application.
my friend, this issue is not about military aircraft specifications. you can reference it in your qualifying response but by focusing so intensely on it at the expense of any points on the epicenter it appears you have gone on a limb and departed from the main theme of the argument.

Now sir, how about the points I raised? I am guessing they are unworthy of replies, not because they are rubbish, but because they blow your theory and the conspiracy of Horus away. lol. You are one funny guy.
you are making points about C-130 specs, . . .I don't know if Horus is interested in engaging you on that but I'm not. Sorry!!
Foreign AffairsRe: Earthquake Test Goes Horribly Wrong! by NegroNtns(m): 4:05pm On Jan 22, 2010
.  . .I said answer questions on its merit.  Don't you know what that means?

Don't give me an escapist response, I need analytical response to the qualifying merits of the points and the questions I posted.

You are telling me that C-130 is adaptive for take off and landing. . .expand your imagination.  This does not address te merit, and how about the unadaptive airliners that are using the same runway to land and take off. HOw does your response apply to them?
Foreign AffairsRe: Earthquake Test Goes Horribly Wrong! by NegroNtns(m): 3:56pm On Jan 22, 2010
Razur,

First, I'm not a conspiracy theorist.

Second, I'm focused on the epicenter of the quake and doing, remotely, "Forensic Analysis" at ground zero.

All those power generating technologies you talk about is for later discussions when we get there.  When a murder is commited you get on scene and do forensics data collection and analysis before you start on ballistic test to determine what weapon and ammo was used and from what distance and direction the weapon was fired.

So join me in the analysis and please start answering the questions on its merit, instead of using labels to attack personalities.
Foreign AffairsRe: Earthquake Test Goes Horribly Wrong! by NegroNtns(m): 3:46pm On Jan 22, 2010
.  .   .now, let me add salt to injury,

The earthquake is intuitive!  It understood the merits of urban planning and that if it struck the aftermath destruction of the city would need to be cleaned out and rescue and relief teams would need reliable access roads to do that.

So it flattened house on the left side and the right side, knocked down power lines and phone lines but. . .selectively, left the paved roads between those houses intact.

It mangled and flattened Presidential Palace but left its lawns and fences immaculately standing.

I Laugh Out Loud!!!  What an intelligent 7.0 earthquake we had there!!

grin good question!

Lets see. . .

In numerous ways in the scriptures God told us what stealing is. He told us what adultery is. He told us what murder is. He even defined manslaughter. He told of prostitution and homosexuality.

I'm sure He has answer for us in the scriptures for what "terrorism" is. Am I right?
Foreign AffairsRe: Earthquake Test Goes Horribly Wrong! by NegroNtns(m): 9:44am On Jan 22, 2010
Otawa, so far, you have the best response to the posted article.

To those who disagree here are few questions for you to ponder.

An earthquake of magnitude 5.0 occuring at sea has monumental energy to create tidal wave originating at the fault line and spreading havoc in a uniform radius of up to 6miles.

At a 7.0 magnitude, the impact extends well up to 10 miles or more.

If the fault line is underwater then the spread is rapid as the tectonic plates shift and the massive ripples is transformed into wave current generating tidal wave along coastal territories within distance.

If the fault line is in an urban area, then the tectonic shift creates forces and compression and expansion, simultaneously crumbling structures and moving the ground.

In Haiti's case, it was reported that the fault line crosses latitudinally from the sea across terrestrial land going into Dominican Island. It was also reported that the earthquake originated at sea location North of Port Au Prince and the shock went through the terrestrial firma going south and ripping through the city of Port Au Prince.

Here are the questions;

1. Why are there no tidal waves in the wake of the earthquake?

2. It happened in the day time under clear and warm climate, why were there no filed reports of any ship, boat or marine vessel witnessing the event in and around the coastal towns of the three countries (Haiti, Jamaica, Cuba) adjacent to that fault plane where the earthquake originated?

3. Unless this hit was a controlled activity, it is very plausible that a 7.0 magnitude earthquake was limited only to within a quadrant of the circular radius of the eye of the fault epicenter.

4. US Air Force flew its C-130s and landed at the airport. This aircraft must have a minimum runway distance of 3miles for take off and landing. It is very unlikely that a naturallly occuring tectonic impact would leave a 3miles stretch of tarmac wholly untouched and in serviceable condition.

5. Ever since Pearl Harbor, US swore never to be surprised again from sea. Then since the missile scare of the 60s when Cuba had USSR made missiles aimed at US, this country has doubled efforts to ensure that the Carribean Sea is guarded round the clock. Matter of fact, US has nuclear submarines pernanently stationed there, armed to the teeth. Didn't any of these sub patrols have record of the quake. . .and if they did what was the report?

Wellcare, not Helathcare!

Hey, guess what? Palin is the future, not Democrats, not Republicans. She has a down to earth pragmatic understanding of politics. She is shrewd and savvy! Look, Coakley made just as much blunders as Palin did but no one is dismissing Coakleys intelligence. You know why? Coakley remains in her envelope, commfortably! Palin does not. . .she is submissive to her husband as head of household and respective of family values but on the other hand is not intimidated by nature and the environment, a traditional protectorate of masculinity. Men venture into the woods, gun toting hunting for wild beasts. . .not women, particularly not one very beautiful and sexy as she is. That's hard for our ego to reconcile. We are unconsciously programmed to look at someone that gracefully beholding as a sex object, not a leadership model and so we barked and growled and bared our fangs to intimidate her back into her nest with the babies. Separate her blunders and the way she has wrongly be portrayed, take the gun, the knife and fishing rod from her and just listen to her views and passion, she sound like a reincarnate of Reagan.

We need to start demanding personal accountability and get away from party identity. Ideological pursuits tempered with civic duty is far more honorable than political popularity devoid of compassion. I never align myself with any party, I vote along issues but Palin has changed that. I follow where she goes.

On the issue of terrorists trial in the homeland, President Obama has a respect for the brotherhood of mankind at a cosmic level. He believes he has power of persuasion to bend adversaries and win them over to his side. This is possible but there are many factors that will contribute to such an outcome. Through persuasion and using symbolic and tangible tactics such as treating the terrorists humanely, he can create a relative dimension for the terrorists to view Bush as the bad cop and Obama as the good cop.

Offenders bare their soul to the good cop but they respond antagonistically to the bad cop. It will not happen overnight but if he keeps the symbolic gestures and stays on message, barring any outside impact to derail the effort, I believe with time he will start to win hearts over and influence drop in terrorist acts. On the other hand, the Middle East is too volatile for the action of Obama alone to effect change. . .it has to be in concert with other nations supporting his moves. I am hopeful that if the next five successors in line after Obama's presidency will continue in his footsteps, then it might not be totally impossible to expect that even Osama Bin Laden himself might initiate negotiations for peace with America. However, this is wishful thinking! Soon as a Republican get in there all the idealism and brotherhood doctrine will be thrown out with the rug.

Anyway, the rules is not what is important in all of this. What is crucial is a precise and discrete definition and qualification for what constitutes terrorism.
Foreign AffairsMedication & Healthcare. . . A Political Dosage by NegroNtns(op): 6:53pm On Jan 21, 2010
In America, from the time you get up in the morning, till you go to sleep at night and wake back up the next day, all the in-between moments and aspects of living, sleeping and waking has prescription medicines designed to fill the gaps for you.

When you rise from bed there is a medicine to knock the drowsiness out and keep you alert. At bed time if you are too wound up and can't fall asleep there's a medicine for that. There's a time capsule designed to give your slumbering organs a kick start and bring you out of slumber so you don't oversleep. If you feel that's too much management, then there's a one pill wth three coatings, the one pill takes of sleep, wake and alert. The pharmaceutical companies want to look out for your well being and good health so instead of swallowing three tablets you take just one.

Inbetween, if you are a very energetic and hyperactive person then you suffer from an abnormal behavioral pattern and there is a medicine to calm you down. If you are withdrawn and laid back, you have an abnormal behavioral pattern and a medicine can correct that. If you blink too rapidly or you rock your legs while in a stationary sitting position, or you belch more than three times in an hour, or you fart often, or you pee more than two times within a 60minute window, or you have a heartburn, or you don't laugh to a funny humour, or you raise the tone of your voice in a hgh decibel, or you have too much sex, or you don't have enough sex. . . . . .and so on and so forth! In America all these are abnormal behavioral pattern and are symptoms of a health problem or condition.

This list is not including ailments like headache, toothache, arthritis, chronic respiratory and allergic pains, highblood pressure, diabetes, cancer. . .etc.

In this society, anything classified as health problem or condiition must be attended to by one of a doctor, a therapist, a psychologist or a social behavioral counselor. Sometimes a patient will need two or more of these people. Anyone attended to by these specialists is definite to get a prescription. Everytime a prescription is written a pharmacist must fill the order.

I'm going to pause here and let this soak in. The question we ought to ask is not why Healthcare bill should pass or fail but why the medical profession has hijacked from the ordinary citizen their individual right to liberty and life and how the Government is aiding that effort to make it illegal to be healthy and problem free! Health choice and decisions should be individual, no one shuld be compelled to choose between having a healthcare insurance or going to jail.

The second part of this will come late. Enjoy the read!
Foreign Affairs2010 Election. . .the Tea Party Paradigm by NegroNtns(op): 8:23am On Jan 21, 2010
. . .a coalition movement operating at the grassroot of the society has immense power and influence to restore power to the people and reform Government.

This is what President Barack Obama once said in a radio interview years ago when he was a community organizer.

The Tea Party is exactly that! It is a coalition of different ideologies with broadbrush agendas. All which in an honest effort to champion the Administration lost following and appeal, becoming villain instead of an hero!

As President, Mr Obama owns the White House, in its glory and in its challenges; likewise he owns the Democratic Party, in its electoral successes and failures. The President must be keenly aware of his position and respond magnanimously to threats against these two traditionally American institutions. It is worth repeating that their ownership rests with him. . . ."The Buck Stops Here" that is!

There are many lessons to learn from yesterday's loss in Boston. The "Buck Stops with The President", not with candidate Coakley.

"We The People". . .are dissafected with Washington and with situations in the economy. The repeated claim that it was an inherited problem is a lazy and reckless response, "The Buck Stops with The President", not with the Ex-President (now private citizen) George Bush.

2010 is an election year. So far under his 12months old tenure the party has not had any electoral victory- four losses in four elections! Some say the election in NY Congressional District 23 was a Democrat victory. No it was not! That was a collateral win - a default outcome, not because "The People" overwhelmingly wanted the Democrat candidate, but rather that they overwhelmingly rejected both the Democrat and the Republican candidates and embraced, shockingly, the Independent candidate. Hence the thin margin between the winning Democrat and the Independent.

4 out of 4 times now, a 100% trend, the dissafection with Washington has translated into losses at the polls. A clear and distinct attribute of a grassroot organizing commandeering the political future. That future is a short one; only 9 months away!

The President, in order to be effective, need a strongly bipartisan team of loyalists that support his programms and policies. They do not necessarily have to support his politics! Short of that bipartisanship, then he needs his own party to be in the majority and in control of both Senate and House. At no time during his Presidency is it good to have the opposition party in congressional majority and it is even, to a degree, bad omen to have the opposition in majority of the House, assuming his party has majority of Senate. Senate represents statutory power, House of Representatives stand for political voice.

So what can the President do to change the dissafection against Washington, win the 2010 midterms, keep his congressional majority and accomplish the goals he has set? Right now its just one thing.

If he wasn't the President and The Tea Party rallied in Chicago, I wouldn't be surprised that Mr Obama would be one of the organizers. . .he speaks their language for change, for independence and for accountability. So why does he find it hard to connect and align them to his leadership?

Mr President, The White House need a communication script for The Tea Party. . . no more mockery and disparaging cartoons to discredit their values and agenda. As you have seen,. . . . they have power of influence to tranform Washington.

PoliticsNew Age Skills For Nigerian Leadership by NegroNtns(op): 5:27am On Jan 18, 2010
When leaders start talking of using force and aggression as the lead-in to cross-cultural conflict resolution then we are faced with catastrophic future should that conflict escalate beyond managable proportions.

To that end, these leaders need to be trained and developed with techniques that will strenghten their capabilities for negotiating and maximizing the outcome of disputes that involve people of different cultures.

What is culture?  It is a lens or a window through which a community of people are able to showcase their values, customs and collective protocols of living and surviving.  In the interest of surviving, the objective is to project one's culture as an extension of identity and ego.

When the identity is challenged, the ego comes to its defense. The manner in which that defense occur is what gives rise to conflicts. It is a legitimate cause to defend the culture, in fact it is a noble cause! The problem we have is that our leaders are not empowered and so our cross-cultural differences end up becoming ignoble.

Nigerian leaders need a new training and development for managing these conflicts. Below, I compose a sample curriculum that will give the needed skills and help steer them away from using war or force of aggression as a tenable threat to divide the country. Whether or not the country stay together, using war as a building block to the future is not progressive for the country or any of its component regions.

1. Empowerement
2. Individualist/Collectivist Paradigms
3. Coalition Building
4. Compromise
5. Understanding Power
6. Transformation
7. Sustaining
Foreign AffairsRe: Support The Relief Efforts In Haiti by NegroNtns(m): 6:02am On Jan 17, 2010
It is surprising that France is not at forefront of the recovery march. . .but it is not totally unexpected that they held back.

The people of Haiti speak French. In a time of tragedy, direct communication and presence helps the survivors to hold on to their humanity and sanity. There will be fear and apprehension and panic. I wouldn't expect a Spanish or French speaking country to manage disaster recovery in Nigeria while Britain stands at a distance. Rescue can be done by anybody but recovery is a therapeutic step and requires intimacy of language and communicatuon between the support and the victim.

All in all, this will bring big changes to Haiti and gives US the crack in the door it had always hoped for. For a long time there had been talks about the insecurity of Haiti and its impact to US, in a very sinister sense! Equally, Haitians had lobbied for years to get a change in the "Rescue at Sea" law. The law, by default, makes any Cuban illegal immigrant rescued at sea by US Coast Guard eligible for admission onto US soil and subsequently for residency. Haitians in similar conditions at sea are classified non-desirables and are to be rescued but not eligible for legal stay on US soil.

There is no space here to discuss the politics of that disriminative law but let me hint that US is respecting its treaty with France. Haiti disgraced France and France is determined to bring it to its knees and collapse, by all means possible. Where did Papa Doc and Baby Doc Duvalier go after they raped and destroyed their country? France of course. . .shielded from facing justiice.

I hope this tragedy usher in healing and forgiveness and build better grounds for Haitians to finally find relief and dignity in the pride of what is left of their country.
