[quote author=adioolayi post=117472589]I still believe they will resolve all pending issues... I am certain PDP cannot go into that elections without the support of 5 governors... 5 Governors is huge..if na one now, they can do shakara...but 5 They just have to do something...else, na own goal be that. In other news, I listened to Atiku's speech yesterday....he seems tired and all worked up already...he needs to relax..take necessary rest before he goes out to campaign...it's understandable na old man sha...make dem package his itineraries well... The party Chairman Ayu also scored an own goal by saying they will want to bring back the 16 years of PDP rule....the same 16years Nigerians are saying never again..that's was full of monumental corrupt practices Okowa...the VP candidate speech was also uninspiring....no vibes....not articulate ...they will need to work on him. PDP should put their house in order to give us a befitting 2023 electioneering process...anyone that wins ...Peter Obi, Atiku or Tinubu should not have an easy ride That's all[ur head get better oil, straight analysis without insults and abusive words,I love ur maturity dear patriot, keep it up] |

I feel we nigerian are already used to suffering. God bless u dear,we are the creator of our problems,we dont value people's potential rather we value money, may God Almighty deliver us |

Politics › Re: Obaseki Should Kiss APC Ticket Goodbye If Oshiomhole Delivers Kogi & Bayelsa by Neutrality: 2:36pm On Nov 17, 2019 |
BlackAfrican: Obaseki will most likely not get APC ticket in Edo come 2020 if Oshiomole is able to deliver Kogi and Bayelsa.
Obaseki has not achieved up to 35% of what Oshiomole achieved in Edo state as governor yet Obaseki has been demonizing Oshiomole in the state and openly and secretly persecuting those whom he perceives as loyal to Oshiomole.
All through this political crisis in the state, Oshiomole has not responded to Obaseki except for when he pointed out that the election for the house of assembly leadership wasn't done right and that the governor should issue a fresh proclamation and try to lobby for support so those who agree with him (Obaseki) can emerge.
Obaseki hasn't done this. He hasn't been able to lobby as should be the case in politics and democracy. Instead, he is using force and the power he has as governor to suspend elected LGA Chairpersons, sacking commissioners and other government appointees who dare not to support his dictatorial style while leaving infrastructure and development in the state to collapse.
Oshiomole constructed over 1000 roads as governor, built and renovated over 1000 schools across the state, built several hospitals, built a university, revitalised public transportation in the state and brought in several investors who set up companies that are actively functioning today.
Obaseki hasn't achieved half of the above yet he feels Oshiomole's advice or input isn't necessary in the state.
Obaseki is on a wrong path and except he makes a U-turn, he's definitely not getting the support of APC to continue running the affairs of the state, least he becomes another politician who will loot the state without remorse like the PDP days and use state power to silent anyone who questions him.
This is my humble submission. Dear fellow Nigerian,I wish u can start crying 4d happenings in this country instead of praising evil doers. My xperience in d ongoing elections (daylight robbery) in kogi state is that we are in a one-chance bus wit d current party in power, jst pray we find freedom in d near future. In conclusion, hez doing nothing but open intimidation, harrasment nd barbaric killin of fellow citizenes, may God hav mercy on them all. |
