Though another weekend is almost around the corner, lemme quickly brief the concluding part of our pre-meet.

*we talked on the name of the group. I suggested 3 names. Slidewaxie agreed with 2 of it, while the other members of the group agreed with 2 of it via BBM group chat.

*we discussed on creating our website and fanpage. Though two of the group members have volunteered to help us with this free of charge ( one with hosting & domain, the other with web design )

*we discussed how to motivate members, where and how we get resources to achieve this. Slidewaxie offered some tips and I also offered some; part of which includes sponsorship. ( though suggestion is welcome as we increase our membership )

* we also discussed where to meet regularly.

Meanwhile, conversation is regular on our BBM group where we throw observations, suggestions, advice, tips of the day, intellectual debate etc. if you are not yet on the BBM group, you are missing out. We are already familiarizing with one another b4 d physical meet.

Good morning house,
I hope you all had an interesting start to the week yesterday. As I stated earlier that I will give the account of the pre-meet we held on weekend, here is it:

As scheduled, I met with @Slidewaxie. @Fjoksy wasn't available, she has actually informed the group earlier. She gave us nod to go ahead in anticipation for the outcome of the meet. I received Slidewaxie's call around 11:30 am while I was in a community youth meeting. He reminded me of our meeting and I assured him we are going to meet. In a nutshell, we met physically at 1:30pm at Sky pavillion. Brief intro was made, hands were shook and we went indoor.

Initially, we sat at the skyCafe (an area of the pavilion ) but the bartender didn't have what both of us drink, so we decided to move to the quick service restaurant ( Chicken republic ) area on the same building.

We got our drinks; slidewaxie took coke, I went for water, and we moved to table for serious business.

Slidewaxie wanted to be sure of what he is getting involved, and na so he suppose be. So, I gave him a brief description. I told him: the group is going to be a community dedicated to foster entrepreneurship in the city and its environ, by encouraging aspiring entrepreneurs to concede ideas and start-up; and also supporting founders and start-ups to grow.

Then we moved to next agenda, which I will continue later in the day cos I have an appointment to catch.

Am studying Mass communication. I sell ladies wears shoes,bags and beauty products and also market them on line. Am also into mini importation (I learnt that from nairaland).
