On Maintaining Frame....

Any understanding of how to maintain frame begins with understand this phrase:
WOMEN MAKE RULES FOR BETAS AND BREAK THEM FOR ALPHAS

This explains how frames work.

"frame" is reality. And "maintaining frame" simply means being in charge of your reality, your world, as in, it's your rules and your programme. You will is done.

Now, women make rules for Betas and break them for Alphas:

Every human being has his or her own frame. Men and women have their own frame. And generally 80% of the Male population (the Beta majority) by default break frame when they deal with women,, as in they leave their own frame and enter a woman's frame, as in they abandon their own dominance of their reality and break their own rules to satisfy/align with/live by, the woman's rules - which is her frame.

A strong man awakens a woman's femininity. And inspires her to break frame for him.

Whatever state you're in, a woman will automatically become the opposite of it, because male/female interactions are by nature based on contrasts.

It really painful cause I thought he will be different from all my ex boyfriend but no he’s also like them he’s even more corny than them

The guy I admit into my apartment, with support for skill acquisition, went ahead and borrow money from his family members to pay my house rent secretly.

Remember my rent is 4 months to due.

But as God has it, he whom liveth and doeth with good heart, can never came out unfortunate.

Proceed to the day of payment, while I was on a trip, my neighbor called me to come back as soon as possible, that he's been outside to dodge his presence.

Thinking that it's a joke, till he brought out the money the guy I admit gave him to help and make the payment. Behold was fed up with goosebumps.


And guess what?

I packed all his belonging, and he lost the skill he's acquiring.

Fear humans, especially your town ppl.

While I was working for a company. I got diagnosed of a kidney infection and was admitted in the hospital for two weeks. I was staying with my father’s elder sister at the time because my parents were here in Abuja

Two weeks of constant drugs,drips and injections on my *you know* and guess what, my aunt and her family never came to visit for one day. My friends(even tho I didn’t have a lot of them) were to busy to come see me. No company representative to pay me a visit.

Everyday I would walk to the little store close to the hospital to buy biscuits and yoghurt because no one would bring them to me.


Betrayal hurts so bad because it never comes from strangers but those of your household.

This is why I recommend people live like they are alone on this planet. Have zero expectations. Any human can become anything at anytime.When u expect so much from people, betrayal is inevitable. Live ur life without expectations.

It just happened some minutes ago and that's why I decided to bring it up. It's too much — every single time.

As soon as I change position and the phone is safe, the sleep disappears and I'll be awake till 4 AM or even 8 AM, the next day. Others will be going to work and I'll be going to bed.
