Your scenario does not exist and your point holds no water, and even if it does it remains a womaj's right to choose for herself what she wants. If you cared about sanctity of life support laws that will make pregnancy easy for women, maternal mortality rates to be close to extinction, helping the children off the streets, supporting climate change regulation, keeping your environment clean, supporting scientist in their search for finding life changing cures for diseases etc.
That is the real sanctity of life not monitoring a clump of cells in a woman's body

So if you have a case in your state, and it ends in the Supreme Court, you cannot win!

And everyone knows that if a pregnancy threatens the mother or the child, it can be terminated because it is towards saving a life.

In all honesty, you have not been following the trends in US who are the champions of equality and gender rights.... They have tried it (a woman can khill the baby in her because it is her body) and are now regretting it by reversing it.

What you said is strange and has occultic undertone because that is that is their style, how can a company say a year after you left them you can work for similar company so if you are in Abj and you get offer in Enugu or Ondo state they will come looking for you? Or which employment law stated such occultic contract signing method?

It's either its an acultic set up or you are just not telling us the truth.

I'll give you an example: if you are employed in company A and they are into Pizza �, they will have a clause that states that you can't work in another company that is into Pizza � for a period after you've left them.
Perhaps this is to ensure that you don't pass along their trade secret or procedures to another company.

However, it'll be difficult to prosecute anyone here in Nigeria just as you've pointed out because they don't have the resources to do so and it'll put the company in bad light (My opinion)
