The guy is right, I live in Abuja.

Those areas they mentioned have no lands anymore...they are built up already and the suburbs like kubwa,airport roads,Karu,Apo and Nyanya have recently increased their rents some in doubles.

I pay 1million in a two bedroom apartment here,many people can't find a place yet,as the demand for accommodation is higher than the number of accommodation available thereby causing people to move to Abuja villages to either rent or build there.

I am not surprised at all,600sqm2 of land around f14 and Fo1 areas in kubwa that used to be around 2.5million and 3.5million two or three years ago are now going for 15-20million naira and these lands are in high demand that people are rushing it yet it is still not much in supply.

Same goes to other suburbs and many more like that.

The situation has really gone bad.

In few years to come,it would be like a miracle to see the poor in the heart of Abuja.

I really pity those poor men and women around us.

To be honest with Nigerians,the worst PDP govt is by far,better than the APC govt.

Look at the country,everything got worse under this present administration. Even if u are paid 1million naira it wouldn't be enough to solve your problems.

Yet he said, he has delivered the change he promised Nigerians.

Katsina benefitted a lot in terms of FG presence. Ogun state however did not benefit anything because Osinbajo was not able to lobby.

But the quality of life in Katsina state is dangerously low compare to Ogun state.

Any development without human development is a bad omen.

The disadvantage outweighs the advantage.
