For sometime now, i have not been too active on Nairaland but i follow posts. Igbos should know that they are not larger than Ijaws. We were unjustly balkanized into 6 Nigerian States of Ondo, Edo, Delta, Bayelsa, Rivers and Akwa Ibom States. With only Bayelsa as homogeneous Ijaw State, when all Ijaws are fully together and are not scattered by God.
We are of Ijaw Republic, some great Ijaws on Nairaland like Captain 8 endlessly say this to you but you continue to tell lies to yourselves.

U sound too uneducated to buttress a pointless point. If what u wrote here makes sense u will not add igbos to ur problem. Igbos are not ur mate any day any time.

Apart from oil that is also found in imo,abia and Anambra today,tell me what u have used ur tribe to achieve since u were born.

Buhari is the president of Nigeria, not the president of Katsina.

On the other hand, Osinbajo is the vice president of Nigeria, not the VP of Ogun State.

As for the benefits, there were projects that were sited in Buhari's state to please him. For instance, NNPC started building a federal hospital worth 21 billion in the state in 2020. Amaechi did the same thing with 18 billion naira oSchool of Maritime in Daura that doesn't have any sea or ocean.

As for Osinbajo, that man is more of a Lagosian than ijebu man. He was busy giving speeches for 8 years and sharing TraderMoni. 🤣 In fact, he had to move his polling unit from VGC to Ijebu Ode because he knew he couldn't influence the voters in the highbrow estate

I really don't know what to say exactly,but i can narrate what happened over the weekend precisely on Saturday. I went to the salon with my son to have his hair cut and mine while my wife and my daughters were in the car.

While I stood waiting for our turn,u know as usual with some barbers and their gist now,the barber was just talking about Tottemham and how they spoilt his game and lost so much and the other one narrated his arsenal wahala and both of them were just talking about the money involved.

After a while my son finished barbing his and I took him to the car as I noticed he was about to sleep,then I returned back only for one miserable looking guy,just came out from the bet Shop opposite the saloon sat down down like one who was beaten like someone who stole a village goat at night.

He stood there without talking to anyone,not even the barber and his chat mate, he was looking frustrated,disappointed,dissolutioned and mentally exhausted. And i got to know that he was shouting outside on how Athletico mardrid messed him up and my wife even said, before he went into the barber shop,he was shouting and asking while the flood light of my car was on all because of the money he lost from the game.

The rate at which young men now gamble is alarming and I don't know if this can be stopped because if not,hmm! it will not only destroy homes but community and the human society would be badly affected.

Katsina state no doubt is one of the poorest states in Nigeria and till date,the state has consistently produced three presidential materials...the Yar'ardua's and Buhari,that is to say,the senior and junior Yar'ardua and Buhari yet the states can not boast of any meaningful thing that has ever enhance human lives.

For Ogun state,apart from private industries which is as a result of its location to Lagos just like Nasarawa state is to Abuja, yet Ogun has more poor people than Delta state state with less industry even with their IGR.

Don't also forget that president Jonathan was there and yet and it is on record that Bayelsa didn't gain anything from his presidency not even a world class road leading to his village nor any Niger delta state because it is on record that the east west road has not been completed to this day by Buhari.

Are we then to say that,that the presidency is like a curse to one region and blessing to those who don't have it or in a generic term,a curse to the country as a whole.

Something must be wrong,because during the time of OBJ's presidency,he refused to work on lagos Ibadan express way and when he left power,he complained about the same road to Jonathan which Buhari has almost completed.

Say ur opinion and as this is my personal findings about the Nigerian presidency and its backward politics of not doing the needful to their regions.

I am always puzzled when people keep referencing Lagos as Tinubu's achievement. But, many people fail to realise that Tinubu, just because he was a two-term governor of Lagos State, has virtually converted the state into his private property, enriching himself from the proceeds of the state.
