Thanks to bolt and Uber. Son of man finally left the country 3 days ago.

What did bolt contribute to my journey? Well, the experience isn’t a waste. Plus I sold my car, same car I got because of bolt. The money was really helpful.

My target was NOT to exceed 2yrs in the hustle. I exited at exactly 1yr 6 months. So yes, bolt is indeed a stepping stone. 😁

Peugeot 307 is good. Just make sure it's manual and brainbox functional. Go inspection with a good Peugeot electrician before buying.

Hey bro, my advice for you is; Buy 307 manual transmission. Check whether the brainbox is ok(very important). Peugeot can give wahala if you no Sabi am oh. I don talk finish.

206 if in good shape will pass unless they have changed, and yes the 307 is a bit bigger but they are not the same price in the market.

Bros, 206 can't pass bolt inspection here in Abuja. I don't know about Lagos. Make that guy no go buy car with his last money, then the car no fit do the work. Unless, he's going for 207.

206 may not pass bolt inspection because it's too small. Go for 307. Then, buy the manual transmission because the auto transmission get wahala. The gearbox dey quickly get issue and make sure you inspect whether the brain box is still okay before buying.

Wetin he wan dey learn for welding for 2 to 3yrs if he is serious person? If someone is serious, within 3 months, u have already gotten the basics in welding, then within a year u are already good with it.
Or unless maybe he wants to learn from those road side welders.

Mind u, there is difference between welding, fitting and fabricating. Once one is good with the welding aspects, he/she can go out there to start hustling for his/herself, and from there he/she can start gaining enough knowledge and experience in fittings and fabricating

As in bros, I was really terrified yesternight. Never been so scared in my entire life. As we were going back from the main gate, the flood water kept increasing. That stranger was just God's sent, he got into my car and kept directing me to the other gate.
He will at intervals get down and direct me to a safer terrain, even got soaked with both rain water and floodwater.
When I exited, I felt like I owe him my life. We gonna link up real soon.

The challenge with many of us is that we don’t do research and understand prior to blanket statements.

Let me clarify the culture to you:

1. All ancestral land Owned by the father is inherited by the sons.

2. Other property including estates that are not ancestral land are shared among children.

3. At their Traditional marriage , the family gives the daughter her inheritance to go with to her new home. This goes from cash, purchased houses/land, shares, furniture, cars etc according to the family’s wealth So that she can go build her new home.

4. All the mother’s estate is exclusive preserve of the daughters including land, houses etc provided they are not ancestral land bearing the family name. Only exception is in the case of a polygamous home where a house is built by the man for each wife. In this case, that house owned by the wife is inherited by the last son ( because it’s built on ancestral land).

5. All daughters have a seat at the family table to influence the direction and growth of their fathers houses. These are the Umu Ada who continue to earn proceeds of economic property ( Agric plantations of old) from their fathers house. Daughters own these and get the yields. Their sons can be given inheritance lands. Again,these same Umu ada culture Upheld in Igbo land to preserve the strength of daughters is being attacked by these same people who don’t understand the inheritance culture when they say a wife has the only say in her husbands house.

So, this culture creates a balance where all ancestral land is kept to promote the family name and inheritance along the male lines while
Other estates are given To daughters.

The key is to understand what “father’s estate” means first in Igbo land. Again an Igbo man builds his wife up with business etc and all that is totally inherited by the daughters. The sons don’t even look in that direction. E.g: Most if the big shops that have been set up and grown By a husband for his wife when newly married Is totally owned by a wife and shared to daughters only, no sons!
No one looks into those.

In summary, most people don’t research but go ahead to denigrate a culture that has kept balance in the society from day 1.
