Locked iphone dilemma.

All the engineers in the house,i need your help please.Got an apple iphone 3g(s) 16gb from the UK and on getting to Lagos and inserting my SIM,it indicated incompatible sim.Took it to computer village to unlock and i was told the phone is of higher version and it can not be unlocked

Any solution to this?

have you tried formatting your phone? it could be a virus installed on your phone memory instead of yur mem card.

those files are system files & fragments of uninstalled files. . . DO NOT DELETE THEM !

which fone are u using? 1661 u have to unlock it with a box n software. i can help u with it.
