IamPatriotic: The 2019 Presidential election isn't about Buhari and Atiku, but a supremacy "battle" between Yoruba and Igbo, if you're Yoruba and you're here shouting Atikulatoor or Obituary, you are not just an idiot, but an omoale. Ask yourself, how many relevant Hausa/Fulani will genuinely support another tribe at the expense of a fellow Fulani, if Jega could have soft spot for Buhari at the detriment of Jonathan who appointed him, or the then National Chairman of PDP Adamu Muazu openly castigated Mrs. Patience Jonathan because she used slur language against her husband's opponent or an IGP Suleiman Abba supported his kinsman at the expense of the man who appointed him, guy are a complete "omoale" to support Obi's PDP against Osinbajo's APC because you feel Atiku will give out free money, let me ask you, what did you do with all the free money you got during Jonathan's regime? It is because of comments like this that Nigeria is not United and moving forward. You lack proper understanding, Nigerians will be voting for Atiku because Buhari has performed woefully and not because of ethnicity. We want Obi too because (you saw the debate) he is capable of rescuing Naija's economy. Of course, I'm Yoruba and I don't have to sheepishly follow Osinbajo because he's also Yoruba. I will follow what's best for Nigeria and it's citizens! Wise up! |

joeaz58: It is not very common for babies to be born while flying at 36,000 feet, but when it does happen it is generally a newsworthy event for a plane to land with one more passenger than it had when it took off. This week, a mom gave birth to a healthy baby on an Air France flight from Paris to New York before they could reach the ground at JFK. Luckily, there was a doctor on board to manage the situation until they could get the mama and baby some on-the-ground medical attention, and in this case, everything seems to have worked out just fine.
A common question that comes up when this happens (in addition to does the baby get free flights?) is what citizenship is a baby given when they are born on an airplane? The country where the airline belongs to |

gh0sts: met Ide two weeks into camp. On one of my naps, I had slept off on J's bed as usual and woke up to not find my glasses. I checked everywhere. Under the pillow, under the bunks, on her wardrobe, her box, on the top bunk...literally everywhere. I thought I was gonna find it later, so I went out using my old prescription. Everything was blurred that entire evening. I rushed back to the hostel early before it becomes too dark... the gutters in that Mangu camp are too big and lots of people had fell into it, as in alcohol induced falling. Infact it was big enough for rumors like; people having sex in it even got to nairand. I didn't want to fall as well, so people won't think I was drunk too. Or, I was also having sex inside. I asked around J's corner if any body had seen my glasses, but nobody did. By the next day, I was worried sick. How was I going to tell Pops that the glasses I just got in March was missing and no be small money too o. The next day, my sense was sight was almost useful...I had to squint in order to see clearly. Jul's was the closest of all five friends to me. And she suggested that I met with OBS. By 7pm, I went behind the main auditorium, to where the OBS studio was. I knocked on the door, but there was no response. Then a guy came from outside and asked in this accent that sounded like he's never been in Nigeria what I wanted. I told him about my missing glasses, that it was recommended and looked like cat eyes. He laughed at my last statement. He asked that I waited outside, while he goes in to check among the lost item they have. While I waited for him, a light skinned, slightly chubby girl came in and asked for the broadcasters. She was a little bit chatty, so I played along and told her about my missing glasses. She too had come for her missing cap. So, we waited together. He came out and asked the same question he asked me. Somehow, there discussion got to name and where they came from...they are both Yoruba's. Dude is from Oyo, babe is from Osun. I was already liking him, so I just assumed that didn't stand a chance. Not when they are both from same region. He told me my glasses wasn't in their lost collection but if I could write the description down, they could notify if they see it. I left soon enough. By the time I got back with the writing, still hoping to catch a glimpse of his face and nice accent. I was stopped at the door by one of those OBS drag queens... she took the paper from me after asking so many questions.
Two days later, I saw him close to the OBS studio as I was coming back from Mami. I stopped to ask if there was any hope, by then my eyes were itching badly and sore. He hadn't seen it, but he offered his number just so I call to remind him to keep checking. And that my friends was how I met Ide.
I called to ask if we could hang out. Because I'm like that. When I like someone, or I want something I just go for it. Time is too short to be delaying. He obliged and we met in front of the OBS building. We sat on the step and talked about everything. He was smart and versatile. I liked him even more sef...I like when guys are smart and can hold discussion. It was the first night I stayed out till 10pm and it was fun. Ide and I spent time together and sent a lot of text. He even gave me designated survivor season 1 on my flash. And every night after that was fun. While others went in to watch pageantry, I would be in the studio chilling. But then, his calls began to reduce. He doesn't reply my text as fast as he used to. We never hung out again. I was surprised I could chase away a boy so fast, even I didn't know I had it in me...I did a recollection of all our discussions, if I threw a bomb by mistake. I also checked the messages to check my grammar and spelling. At a point I thought he had left camp(he was a batch b corper). But no, I saw him on the bonfire night and just concluded he didn't really like me. I hate to drag on shit too long, after a while it starts to stink. So, I just left things quiet down as they started. So friends, that was how Ide and I ended shit on camp. ma, enjoying your story. Just wanna let you know that at the time when NYSC was paying 9800 there was nothing like Designated Survivor. thanks 3 Likes |

The Catholic church believes in tithing, The Protestants also believe in tithing.
T.B Joshua does not fall in any category, so it is ok for him to tell his members to pay their tithes in anyway they deem fit. The question is, is that scriptural?

There is this girl I've been dating for few months now. Her beauty is one of a kind, she is down to earth. But she lemme know she has a boyfriend, I said no problem. We started getting along, we do things together, walked together, party together. In fact she never wanted me to do anything alone.
She started loosing interest in her boyfriend. She hardly pick his calls, they argued on phone everytime. Things started falling in place for me until her brothers infact everybody told her to dump me. They said the guy love her blah blah. The pressure was on her then one night she told me we should break up. She cried out her eyes, I told her I'll be fine so she would stop crying. The next day I started crying, I couldn't handle the break up. I cried like a baby. I was depressed,If not for God and my friends I almost commit suicide.
She said we should get back together that she can't live without me. We got back together again that's when the problem started. The relationship is now very strong now, I started feeling jealous and insecure. We spent more time together than before. We are still in our early 20's. I'm getting obsessed over her. You call fried rice and eggs crappy food? Were they supposed to eat Gucci rice and champagne just because they guard Aso rock? Buhari is a prudent president and he won't allow the status quo of wastage practiced under Goodluck Jonathan. 1 billion might be budgeted for feeding, it doesn't mean the whole money must be spent on feeding. Nigerians are used to wasteful spending and Buhari's govt is here to correct that. If a whole presidency can feed with such prudency, then the common man on the streets should be confident that we are in safe hands. emailaddy: We boarded the vehicle my people this vehicle was smoking, tattered and messed up, the driver announced to us that if we are expecting AC den we are jonzing. The Vehicle started jerking as we got to Lagos Ibadan express way, the driver made a call that he needs to change the vehicle and they asked him to chill at Sagamu, first Vehicle change. I didn't take a pix of this cuz I was excited expecting a better bus.
The second bus was not any better.. in fact the first had a better exterior.. the second bus broke down at Ibadan, we spent 4hrs at Ibadan waiting for a replacement.. I swear on my life 3 other Cross Country buses were also change at that same spot, I will attach a pic of this.
We took off from Ibadan and on getting to somewhere around Edo that links to Lokoja route the bus broke down and we had to push it.
I even thought that we will sleep at that village only for the driver to say that he will manage it to Lokoja. I was scared cuz it was already bloody late and I was scared of robbers.
When we got to Lokoja he got someone to fix the over heating. I wanted to pick something from my box only to discover that a box that contained my suit for the event which I was the best man for was already missing.. I told the driver and he assured me that the Ibadan manager will send it to Jos the next day...
As soon as we got to Abuja, the bus broke down for the 4th time and this time it wouldn't start at all. We dey Abj enterance ohhh not the town but d place very close to Kogi where no soul existed.. attached also is a pix of a rescue bus they sent after waiting for 1hr.
We were attacked, yes we were by robbers... we luckily chased them away as we had more guyz in the vehicle than women. Luckily the Fulani dudes were with only knife and no gun..
The driver brought out his jazz, while we all held sticks, wheel spanner, stones etc.
We got to their park in Abj, and without apology they abandoned us in the bus. We had to find a way to help ourselves.
By 5am about 3 more peeps discovered that their boxes were missing.. attached will be a video of one of the person complaining.
I was tweeting it all through... it was a terrible experience and I don't wish my enemy even a condemned terrorist experiences something like that.
Till date they are yet to find my box, the driver stopped picking my calls: Driver Segun Cross Country:
Ibadan manager: Stopped picking as well
The only person that acted nice was the new driver that took us from Abj to Jos : Moses OP u need not say too much. I experience this every time I travel with them. there is this short black boy in that their ib office, he is so rude ehhnn. I think CC is an overrated mass transit line. I was coming from Sokoto can u believe that they did not manage to put on the AC? The drivers believe they are God once the bus leaves the park. And for ur missing properties i think u have to Sue them. ahhhh, CC show me pepper ooo. I wish their Chairman can read this. |
