Different Ways To Get PET Bottles.

This is simple and straight forward you don’t need a piece of land
neither do you need to build any truck or buy a bus nor all you
need to do is buy the PET bottles from people (aboki) who go
round picking it up.
All you just have to do is give them money for net and they
will bag it for you and then load up and you take it straight
to the company.
That’s exactly how I do this business and this brings in Cheques
every week sometimes 2 to 3 times a week.

Hope You Get??

Let me know if you don't...

They bring you the nets every night and you dump it in your parlor right? Then the next morning, you hire a vehicle to transport the 4-5 nets of komkom they brought to the factory. Is that your idea of a business worth millions Besides, how many kilos can fit in each net? These are empty cans, not 24 carat gold.

Guys i know do earn up to 400/500/600k per month, it depends on your skillset and experience

Have a good set of projects you have work on.Be knowlegeable in different stacks, say frontent (vuejs/react/angular --either of them+ the regular CSS/HTML5/JS) then backend (Node/php/python/ruby/golang --be very fluent in at least 2) have good sql and Nosql knowledge a little server administration. Just that no one would dare offer you <300k.

If you are a mobile dev at least be fluent in Java(Android) and Swift or Objective-C (Apple'ish), some SQL/NoSQl favour. and a backend language. You should be good to go at <=300k at any reputable company.
shocked shocked shocked egbon mbok list the reputable companies make us the 10-10k programmers go tender every document we can lay hans on

^^^ This is exactly why I told OP to desist wasting his time on redundant exercises and brainteasers. Exercises ask you to build GPA calculators even your retail store mom won't use. She can't use it not because she hates you but because it's practically useless! You need to productively try your hands on real life projects. But since you have no experience yet (and can't score any jobs yet) mail our senior programmer in the house, Asalimpo the Lout cheesy (or any mainstream Java guys you know i.e fulaman198 wink , talk2hb1 etc), so they share their workload with you and you grow from there.

Then after a couple years, when you're balling big and living large on a fancy island off the proceeds of some offshore Java coy placement with a juicy take-home, come back to these lowly neighborhoods and worship me for giving you the advice that turned your life around.

Anyone disparaging the exercises because of the date they were written is drunk with cluelessness.

Yes, you did reply me but in truth, your shot was fired far off the mark. Now, do yourself a favour and reread my first post before rabidly quoting me. Rein in the eagerness to show off the new words you just picked up and read it until you are capable of deriving its message thereof. Swallow your pride and hire a private tutor if need be. Let him/she guide you as you study that post, in your long journey to escape encroaching ignorance, no offence.

solve all the exercises in head first. if it has no exercises, get a copy of deitel's Java how to program,
they shoud be enough exercises there to keep you busyfor years. Do as manyas you can.

You always give the worst advice, don't you? undecided . For how long will he keep solving hypothetical problems that add zero value to anybody? Those dumb exercises do not accelerate his hands on technical knowhow in any way whatsoever. What you can do to help him--if you have genuine intentions to--is to send him real life projects you're working on or will work on. That's how people learn things that will be beneficial to them, realistically. That's how you get peeps prepared for employment opportunities and independence/guruship. Collaborate and appraise his code, send him your code so he reads and learns what good code/best practice looks like. Do you even know when they wrote that Head first Java? Book that the first edition was published on tablets because paper hadn't been invented yet angry My dear, OP needs field experience, not puzzles. He's not trying to assert an inflated IQ adept at critical thinking.

And you OP, PM the asalimpo dude so he can cc his current projects to you to kick off your apprenticeship at the feet of the master kiss

asalimpo can I PM too?? sad

Programming / Re: Astro Programming Language 0.2 (indefinite release) by Nmeri17: 5:31pm On Oct 01, 2017
asalimpo:

There's another opportunity that opens up with language design though, that i find to be unresolved.
It's in writing a cross language compiler that takes away the need for programmers to learn another language.
Just use your favorite language and convert it to another lang. e.g python guys can take their old code and convert it to php, ruby etc. There's huge labour savings to be made here. Just thinking about it.
I know it will be very very hard and they're nuances but i think it's a gaping problem.

Something like that has long been in existence. Although thankfully, no "huge labour savings was made". Amen smiley . You want your colleagues to lose their jobs abi? Back to sender. wink

Nothing to contribute @OP. You won't be the first to try. Definitely won't be the last neither. If you can't deal with it, please you're at liberty to keep increasing Nairaland's posts count unnecessarily. kiss
