You should know that majority of workers in Nigeria are less paid, it is not lecturing job alone, some private school teachers that have such qualifications like those in lecturing field are even praying to get such job while those in the field are complaining. Again, I never said that they are been paid well but when compared with their fellow in private schools with such qualifications, theirs are till better. Remember that as their level rises, the salary continue to rise unlike those in private sector where salary can be stagnant for years without increment, the best you can do is to leave if you are not satisfied with the pay.
