I was poised on friday to finish up a 30 min exp, return to my desk and have lunch while reading thru those links . . . 4 hours and numerous troubleshooting attempts later I emerged from duty and bolted for the exit before something else went awry. and I'm hardly cyber on the weekends so . . .

anyways, I looked through a couple of stories and yeah some are quite interesting indeed. The thing is because of the times we live in, I can scarcely take such spiritual accounts beyond face value . I don't know if they are dreams and visions that are the fruit of someone's hyperactive imagination.

However if it were to be coming from a trusted source that I personally know and am convinced to be indeed of the faith, I would believe without much reservation. I have a few tales myself . . . but lemme go and peep some more of the stories.

1. I am likewise also a little bit sceptical at times of such stories since I know that there are accounts of "false prophets" and "teachers" also sharing stories and accounts of similar variety.

2. Can we be done the priviledge of getting to know those tales . . .

1. I am a guy, hence in reality its difficult for me to completely understand your perspective and feelings in this scenario. Hence i understand that a few of my statements might be not appropriate when considered from the perspective of a woman (apologies if that is the case).

9. You need to understand some things about we men. Men take pride and show off their wives based on the combination of either of the following.

- Homeliness.

- Brains.
- Wealth.
- Common sense and Maturity.

Hence men end up getting attracted to women based on their preferences and combination of the preferences listed above.

Curling ones air is not sin, however, it comes across that most of the pastors in Christ Embassy is taking the curling affair a bit over-board. It seems that most of them are trying so hard "to be like" Pastor Chris in appearance. The attempt to dress like pastor Chris shows that these pastors are more concerned about his physical looks and how it relates to them that what he teaches and how it affects their lives. They are living in his shadow and that is what people are raising their eyebrows about.

I want to be like Jesus - I am concerned about the spiritual significance of his ministry and how it relates to my life. However, I do not have to dress the way He did because I want to be like Him; I don't grow my hair because I want to be like Jesus. I am me yet I am of Him.

I think these pastors are loosing their personal identities with what they are doing - it is not a sin but it does send a lot of mixed messages.

My question is - why are they curling their hair?

Please note that I am not saying Pastor Chris is trying to be like Jesus . . . I don't know and I don't care, cus only him can really answer that question. . . instead my focus is on this your highlighted statement.

1. This statement is loaded, good, sound and confusing all at the same time.

2. What do you mean by not wanting to grow your hair.

3. The statement implies that you seem to have a perception of what the Hair of the Messiah looked like.

4. Which kind of hair did the Messiah have.

5. How do you think the Messiah looked like.

6. The Bible makes us to understand that we need to tell the Truth at all times.

7. Is there not something wrong somewhere when Pastors (who are supposed to know the Truth) ends up promoting an European image of the Messiah, even though the bible made it very clear that:

Europeans were the Gentiles (not the Africans) and that the Messiah was certainly not an European.
