Before Obi took over from Ngige, Anambra is among the top indepted states in the country but now it is among the least indepted states if not the very least. Funny enough, PDP doesn't normally impose candidate. They only manipulate d outcome of of the party primaries in favor of their preffered candidate. APC is worse in terms of internal democracy. It's emergence is good as PDP has to sit up; but they are definitely no better alternative
