rikamann: @ Suxees2005, No problem with your asking. I normally attend the Middle East Electricty Fair (www.middleeastelectricity.com) in Dubai in February and also take out time to relax for 2-5days after. If you want to do business now, go to the Middle East and Orientals. Crack your brain and see what you can do to bring honour to Nigeria. Thanks to many in this forum that are combating fraud in their own ways. wats dis suppose to mean |

Cowards!!! of the highest degree.In a place where some people can not afford three square meal, dey are showing off by donating a whole N150,000,000 to haiti, Infact all the countries that donated money to them are a cowards, haiti is like the poorest carribean country and its known for suffering for many years, nobody volunteered to donate money to them then, now cuz of the earthquake, everybody is showing Mr. Nice Guy, we have a couple of them countries including Cambodia,Vietnam and so on dat are suffering and nothing is being done about them, so in my own view, Nigeria shuldnt have donated that Money!!! cuz it culd be used to solve asome of our problems |

tunapa4dem: i just want to know maybe is it possible for me to school and work in dubai Well it depends, i dont know of the Emirates but like Oman where i school, u can not work and study, u av to choose one, either you work or you study, cuz even wen you arrive the the airport, the immigration will mark the type of visa that you are being granted, i.e (Employment & Non-Employment) AND if u wanna work anywhere, they will ask you to show your Visa or Resident Card, so since UAE is also a GCC member state, dey *might* be employing the same method, hope this helps a bit?? |

woye77: "Wives, submit to your husbands as to the Lord." Ephesians 5:22 - that's what the bible says but it seems nowadays the world is changing and the whole world is changing. Ladies are becoming westernised and are finding it increasingly hard to submit to their partners. Why is this so? is submission still relevant in modern day climate? Guys what are your views on this? dats d cause of the whole thing,(MODERN DAY), for a wife to do d laundry, she claims dat only a slave does dat or it *MUST* be shared, all in the name of 21st century!!! no wonder some females are still single at 40. |

felifeli: You people have very little understanding. If we allow attitudes like this to go on against Nigeria we will eventually become the greatest joke in the world - you and me included. Do you continue with a marriage in which you are being treated like a dog ?. No, it is a nonsense marriage. I will vote that Nigeria suspends diplomatic relationship with US until the matter is resolved. Let us be able to walk with our heads high for a change rather than grovelling for acceptance. We are a great and intelligent people, not criminals like these countries are turning us into. SECONDED |
Romance › Re: Is It Compulsory To Wash Your Husband's Clothes? by noblegas2(m): 10:19pm On Jan 03, 2010 |
ginky: @swezenberg-I know that I might have started getting personal earlier on this thread but I never was against any1 who said yes to my question. If you read my 1st post well,you would notice that I was asking the question mainly to the ladies. There was never a woman I went against as you put it. What pained me was the way the males were answering and making it look like women are slaves. Even the posts I supported were mainly from males who were of the opinion that they wouldn't say it was compulsory but would really like it their wives did it. From their posts,it was obvious that they respected and appreciated their wives.Infact,their wives even wash it for them. It all boils down to the fact that if a man treated his wife in the right way,she would gladly do anything but then,marriage is all about compromise.When I made this topic,I was infuriated by the way men treated women badly. From the replies I have seen so far, I have come to the realization that most men are sexists
hahahahahahahahahahahahahaahahahaha hmmm, 4 cryin owt loud, dat was a -ve stereotype!!! |

harakiri: Brother,
Abeg help me tell them.Most of the feminist-wannabes here are kids below the age of 25. . .those older than that are definitely since and probably broken hearted and what they aim doing is to brainwash the naive younger ones to follow their footsteps and end up like them. . .lonely,single and unmarried at age 40.
@Dummy feminist-wannabe-called
If you are married, have a son and his wife is a feminist, would you welcome that?Would you tolerate any daughter-in-law who isn't submissive to your son? How would you feel if you came visiting your son and you saw doing all the laundry,baby on his back and booking for household needs on the phone while the "wife" is off to get her nails done?
I am damn sure NONE of you will put up with that crap.Even those of you who have brothers will raise all hell and alarm if you notice that.So why all the backwards talk on here.Don't tell what you watch on TV or the magazines deceive you.Feminism is a movement for population control.I will set up a thread for that sometime later.DON'T ALLOW YOURSELF TO BE DECEIVED! ! ! In addition to dis, every bullshit is been blamed on the 21st century, mhen Bleep d twenty wateva century, if u aint gonna do ma laundry den Bleep off ma crib, its like askin if its compulsory for a man to provide for the family, no wonder dey never get a *HUSBAND* all in d name of 21st century!!! |
