I agree with what you said. But look at Obiano and the industrial revolution taken place in Anambra (although started by Obi). I see a burden of absolving mass influx of unemployed Igbo youths from other SE states into your state in the long run and that is why people like Rochas and the new Governors in say Ebonyi, Enugu and Abia need in ensure that they industrialize their various states.
