Deebay: Well even if one doesn't want to practice or write the evaluation exams, as far as such person is applying as a hospital or community pharmacist, such person must use Pebc for ECA. Pharmacists who get ECA from Wes are automatically eligible for evaluation exams. It's now left for the pharmacist to decide whatever career path he/she takes after landing. Most people have the misconception that using pebc is only if one wants to practice, but it's not. It's for ECA and for pebc to formally invite you to apply for the Evaluating exams so it's like killing two birds with a stone. Lol Deebay, are you sure about the bolded? |

Popsumfin: Hi everyone,
Whats the procedure to withdraw an application. I am currently in NA2 but seems to be worried about something ( feel i have made an error). I would prefer to start the process again immediately instead of waiting for a refusal that might come in 5months.
I will appreciate responses. Tell the house what the error is and let the them tear it apart, piece by piece and profer you a solution and also others will learn from it. A lot of experienced seniors here. I don't think there is anything to hide, there is no case that has not been dissected here. In fact some ppl here should be working for CIC as case officers. And ofcos ppl will benefit when u share. That's the whole idea. |

I suggest that you confirm you have sufficient balance and the card has been enabled for transactions, if everything checks out, contact your bank/issuer. Last resort, try another card. caon: OK thanks but when I did d application was declined.y is that Hey caon, I think cic online services is having issues with our dollar cards, I had similar issues paying for rprf last week, it gave me a transaction error message everytime. I had to use my naira Mastercard eventually. I think you should do the same. |

cochtrane: Not sure about your first question, but I'd feel you should be able to do your medicals in different hospitals. I saw some guys on canadavisa.com who had their medicals at different places. You may want to check out that site.
Regarding your second question, yes you'd need your international passport before you can do medicals. @Cochtrane How did you manage to pull off this passport submission deadline extension?. I need your advice on this matter. I am not in the country right now . I don't see myself landing till end of February. I have not gotten PPR yet but I think it's pretty close( by his grace), do you think this guys can give more than a 30-day extension? I am planning to write after PPR but someone insist I write before it comes. |

RandV: Hello All,
Please I have a few questions to ask for a post-ITA status
1. Is it a must for a family of 4 to have their medicals done at the same hospital at the same time? Kids and spouse are in abuja and I am in lagos. So we want to do the medicals at different hospitals, but we are being advised against this.
2. Must you have your International Passport ready before you get to do your medicals?
Thanks 1. Yes you can. All medical records goes to a common database accessible to CIC. So it doesn't really matter if the four of you use different hospitals. I don't think that should be an issue. 2. Yes u should take your passport along. |

Bsbabe: So good morning dear e-family.
It’s 200 days post AOR today but IRCC won’t be denting my swag I am here, waiting for whenever they are ready and encouraging everyone in the waiting room to spend this time preparing their paths. He indeed will make all things beautiful in His time. If God has indeed asked you to embark on this journey to a strange land, as He led Abraham, He will lead you. Get your direction and your blueprint from Him. Where should I settle, what should I do? He will lead you to the place of promise. It shouldn’t be a case of ‘this is where my friend is’ and ‘this is what my friend did’. Your friend’s journey may be different from yours. Lot followed Abraham. For a while it worked for him, but it was not his promise so we all know how that ended.
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. Thank God for how far He has brought you. Some of us may have allowed anxiety of ‘when will my PPR arrive’ to cloud our acknowledgment of bring8ng us this far. Forgetting that there are loads of people who don’t know how they will score enough for an ITA, wishing the were in your shoes. May God help everyone believing for IELTS, ECA, ITA, POF, PPR to get to that promised land in Jesus’ name. Amen...beautiful piece. Thanks Bsbabe |

@bbaby84 @optionese @Julie2018 @ladyAy and everyone...thanks alot and amen to all your prayers. We will all get there. @ladyAy Coupled with what optionese has given, I used https://applygcms.com. it came in one month, I think it's 18 or 20cad. If you're on a spot for too long please order gcms notes- in my case I was IP1 for like 3 weeks when I ordered, it took a month to come, then I saw my issue. In fact I gathered or someone said it here that when u order, besides giving u the full status of your app, it makes the case officer take another look at your case file. |

bbaby84: Just to add to this... use your LOE efficiently. We submitted like 3 POF documents and I made sure to explain it in the LOE e.g Bank of America acc USD 10,000 equivalent 000000 CAD Stanbic acc N 5000000 equivalent 0000 CAD Total unencumbered funds CAD 0000000
Congratulations Nozzle! I remember we got ITA at the same time 12th July. It will end in praise. Yeah 12th of July, you're correct. ITA is always like the delicious desert, it gets you so excited but the joy is shortlived , but PPR is the full course meal, better banga soup with Akpu, e dey last for brain You are very right about the bolded. I actually submitted a letter of explanation. But I didnt break it down this way. As a matter of fact, if I were to do this all over again, LOE for POF should be on its own, it should probably be the first page of your pof document. So for instance in my case, if I really want to be flawless, I would do this LOE as suggested by bbaby84 and then bank references and the bank statements will follow..all in one PDF file. With all the experiences shared on this platform I don't think anyone should have a problem packaging POF, the only challenge will be to get the actual funds. |

Congratulations in advance!!! This is a sign to me. I’ve been thinking of how to leave my POF for about 6 months. But I have really learnt from this. Not touching it Yeah, fix deposits, tbills are wiser options. You can make some interest while the money waits for ITA. Just be as less complicated as possible. If you have to go my route i.e. cash in the bank, ensure it is one account please. One account to avoid complications like mine. |

Hello my ppl, Let me share my story to encourage somebody. ITA July 11 AOR Aug 5 Medicals passed Aug 18 IPI Aug 19 Aug 26 daughter was born ADR sept 5 schedule A submitted Sept 18 added daughter plus her medicals I was on IP1 till Dec 6th!!! By October 11, I got gcms notes and found that I had issues with my pof. I submitted two bank statements and a bank reference. My dorm account in dollars had 95% of the funds and my savings with d rest 5%. According to d gcms note all the funds they saw was $4,515 which obviously didn't meet the threshold for a family of 3. Actually the bulk of the money $16k was in my dorm which they had erroneously skipped. So they only checked my savings and converted to get $4,515. I was devastated. I got a few advice from my good ppl here, sent them couple of mails and raised several CSE. Re-scanned all statements and sent to them. They didnt respond!. I couldn't print new statement cos i had actually used part money for some things. They totally ignored all the mails, and probably dumped my case as its a dead-end. On dec 6th, I woke up to a letter of refusal! The worst has finally happened. It was the same reason - insufficient funds. You can imagine the traumatic experience. However I braced up myself, decided to write again. But this time it was going to be with some fury! I was so irate. I explained how unfair the system is and sent all the statements again. The fault was clearly from them and not mine. You missed out on my major account details and you got me disqualified for no fault of mine. Dec 7th, I started another application. Got 451 and entered the pool again to start the process all over To be truthful I actually gave up, but my wife insisted we do it again. She encouraged me to start all over. God bless her. Dec 14th, I got an email like an update on the rejected application. When I logged into my app, I noticed my refusal has been reversed. My old application is now back online. I cudnt contain my joy and up till now that I write, it looks and feels like a dream. I stared at d app profile for hours to see If it is really true or if anything would change. So all the mails I sent and my CSE i raised finally paid off at last. Just this morning my app moved to NA2 and immediately i got a mail to pay our rprf. Right now I have an app that's close to ppr and another in the pool waiting for ITA. I wish I can transfer that to someone. God is good. Lots of lessons to learn; Don't risk touching ur pof o. Anything can happen, u may need to send a fresh statement or reference showing current balances, you just never know. Finally, never say never, if u want something desperately enof u will get it. God is indeed great. Thanks to u all for ur insightful advices. Before I over celebrate pls does rprf request mean PPR is near |

damidamsel: Thank you everyone for the congratulatory messages. Ire a kari ooo....
So i am back to tell my story after thanking God in church
Sorry it's gonna be a long read.......
Began journey in 2014....sent in package late from US and it arrived Canada last day of FSW in December so it was returned untouched . Put in application in 2015 but got no ITA till it expired a year later. Like play like play, my friend and i decided to give it a try again and got serious with it. Had to retake IELTS in Jan 2017 as the previous one had expired. Had a CLB 9 ITA sometime in March but FBI PCC no gree me submit till May 21 Application went thus.... - Used old reference letters from 2014 in addition to one i got for my last job that ended in 2015 - Current work is a self-employed job so I included intro letter with company letterhead, invoices for jobs done, letter from client attesting to work done, tax receipt and clearance, TIN number, company's 6 months bank statement and bank letter - Hubby transferred 100% of the POF to my personal account and did a deed of gift. I included the 6months statement and letter from bank (No statement from hubby) - My husband had had more than one US visa refusal and we both have 2 UK refusals among others but i stated only one each out of ignorance and did not fill Schedule A but included copies of refusal letters i could find and didn't bother about the ones i could not find - I uploaded 2 of my reference letters in the wrong placeholder - I forgot to include letters of non- indebtedness from banks . . Amongst others...
Med passed on June 29 and application Document review changed to "We do not need Additional Documents" IP1 on June 30
Requested first gcms note one month after AOR where i saw on the notes that REVIEW REQUIRED based on statutory questions answered....this was where i realized that the canada visa refusal i stated for hubby was not his first and thus his file showed he had once applied before that - I raised a CSE to state that i had forgotten about the first application - I later raised another CSE to upload letters of non-indebtedness and to state corrections about letters uploaded in the wrong placeholder - I raised another CSE explaining that I did not know I had to state all visa refusals even if they were from the same country. I then listed them out one after the other
I requested another gcms note a month later where i saw the note stating that i had mixed up my IELTS scores - I quickly recalculated my CRS score using the correct mix and saw that I still had the same CRS score - I raised a CSE stating the error, correcting it and resubmitted a copy of my IELTS result
File was transferred to LVO on Aug 15 Requested another gcms note in October only to find out my file was never touched since FTD Emailed LVO on Nov 15 and was told my application was awaiting review
Emailed again on Nov 20 that my application was 6months (though less 1 day). Got response that it was in process Emailed again on 22nd and CC'd Ottawa. Emailed Ottawa on 23rd and checked my CIC account one hour later only to see i had moved to IP2 after 5months ( Skipped NA) GOT PPR ONE HOUR LATER
In all, no single ADR....
Baba God did it!!!
Please can one stopover in USA before heading to Canada? For those of us still on a very long and 'epic' wait...this is very inspiring! Thank you damy and congratulations |

Good morning my ppl, I need some clarity Other than ordering a gcms notes, is there anyway i can find out if there is something Wrong with my application? Nothing has changed in my application for like 2 months now. From what I am seeing, I am still on IP1. AOR was august 4th. Medical passed Aug 20th. My daughter was successfully added Sept 20th and medical passed too. My application still says additional document is needed. I sent an email about that they said they do not need any document for now. Could something be wrong with the application? Has anyone waited past the speculated processing time of 6 months? |

I'm still practicing. I just get distracted for some unknown reasons. Maybe because I'm doing it on my phone via ieltsbuddy.com
Please, what's the best way/medium to learn from? Not a good way to practice. i would advice downloading the videos and turning off data, use your ear piece and practice as many full length listening practice questions as possible. There are tons of resources on youtube. Ielts practice questions with answers are so many on youtube. |

Please, what's the best way/medium to learn from? IELTS Listening is like a game, for every game you need focus, speed and accuracy. focus to really understand what is being said, speed to catch up on the topic and the speaker's line of thought. Accuracy, putting down in writing what you just heard has to be done as accurately as possible, that's where spelling also comes in. Many of the listening answers are short easy answers, but when you transcribe the answers to the main booklet, watch your spellings o. when i did mine way back, i had 38, the two i missed was as a result of wrong spellings. |

I haven't been able to view my ielts result. Keeps saying no results found. Anyone having this issue? I plan to go to their office this morning to pick up my TRF. 'No result found' is usually when the results are not ready. But if you have crossed the 13-day mark, and you've obviously seen others get results for same test dates then i think you should call or visit their office, its either there is something wrong with their system or your result has been sampled out for re-mark i guess. However the case, i have a strong feeling you have a good score. |

I noticed that my ADR in my profile stated ' we would require additional documents to review your application' its been like that for 3 weeks after i added my daughter to my application. I sent them a mail to complain about that part of my profile. if i added my child and all documents are well received, should ADR still be active, all things being equal? they replied that they do not require any additional document from me.
