During your participation in the Assessment Centre, a variety of techniques will be used i.e. Interviews, Questionnaires, Group Exercises, Role Play, Presentations, etc.

This will be employed to observe and measure your comprehensive attributes and skills (both as an individual and, in interaction with others) across a range of standardized situations.



Several Assessors/Observers are involved to minimize bias to as low as reasonably practicable.



Note:

· The duration of this exercise will be from 8.00am to about 6.00pm, please go prepared

· Snacks, drinks and lunch will be provided by NLNG at the Venue

· You are encouraged to go online and get more information on Assessment Centers

I missed the show as well. But from the initial two posts I read earlier but are now cleared, one guy came and declared he will be squealing after his and some other guys were asking him when his was gonna be so they can know and take advantage of it. U can guess what happened hither to:

So if i want them to cancel this very very very long recruitment exercise, all i need do is take the following steps.
1. Go to the assessment center.
2. Try hard to pass but if i get the impression that my performance was not up to par.
3. Come to this thread and spew everything that happened on that day + names of those assessing.
4. Take a chilled coke and wait for the cancellation mail.

Er...I am guessing u are not having the AC starting next month. Because I don't believe anyone still in the race will still be asking this question by this time.
Anyway word out there is that it's big bucks. As a matter of fact most guys here have no real idea what the package is like. They just know it is big bucks. And that's enough to keep them up all night praying to get the job. Some will even become celibate during this time. So u get d idea

Well I for one do not think anyone has the right to come here and tell us wat we all should n must be discussing. That's why it's a thread filled with different sets of people. If a president is dead, the VP becomes president and can choose another VP, everybody knows that. My point was in the case where we lost both the president and VP, the senate leader takes over.
