I'm the one he's referring to and I'm going to login into my only nairaland at Pelxmiye. Which I do not remember the password again cos it's on my other phone, I am the neighbour he's talking about who ripped him and scammed him ,yet he got his Visa extension in a month when he arrived here in Rwanda, I'm the neighbour who got a house for him before he arrived here in Rwanda. Because I have seen Nigerians come here to Rwanda without a plan ,I have seen Nigerians homeless here in Rwanda and my Rwandan girlfriend took that person in at her parent's house for over a month till he was able to start a business here in Rwanda and now the guy is doing well...

I have seen ignorant Nigerians blow their money living in hotels ,an hotel here average is up to 25-50$ daily in some places.

I am not an agent ,I don't have a company, got to Rwanda because I work remotely as a content writer for Opensooq.on, Opensooq.uae among other sites.. I am not in Rwanda to be Jesus to anyone , the two or three people I have helped in Rwanda are close friends or friends or close friends, the guy techjeff would be the very first outside person I would ever offer assistance and that assistance was getting him a space in Rwanda before his arrival, his Visa processing which he got amazingly within a month of arrival was through a friend of mine who I handed him over to.. I have tried to be a bigger person than him by not turning Rwanda to another Kenya filled with untruthful, unfaithful ,disloyal Nigerians , I have gone personally to see him and ask him the problem or where he got all the false information from, if ever I had anything in my cupboard ,I won't be strong enough to come out here to defend myself.

If ever you're in Rwanda ,for your own good stay away from Nigerians, you are better friends with Rwandans, they are faithful and more open than Nigerians..

Check pelxmiye that's my only nairaland account, if ever you find me going into people's DM to come to Rwanda to give me money for businesses or investment, call me out, the guy techjeff has no business in Rwanda and is neither a student as well....

I am a student or was a student of ULK and also have a bike business, and also work remotely and also sell gaming gadgets online, check my Facebook group Living and Working in Kigali, quite a number of Nigerians are there , whites, and other citizens from other countries, if you spot anything shady please come and attack me on this thread..

I don't want to turn the serene Nigerian community which we have in Nyamirrambo, Kigali ,Rwanda to a war zone of distrust, malice, bad blood orchestrated by Nigerians that may have blotted the good image we had in other places and have now come to spread same here..

There are people on this thread who know me personally...you can reach out to them to find out more about me...

Any further post here without evidences , hard cold facts will lead to me adding pictures and evidences on my end to blacken the image of the user Techjeff..he's my neighbor ,but this is how Nigerians are wherever they go, once they get what they want from you, they can become your worse nightmare, if anything I have said here is untrue , the group should tell him to come and defend himself physically. Don't hide behind the keyboard to say what you do not know.

I have been respectful to a full grown man , I expect the same courtesy. I would try to reply on pelxmiye
Thank u for coming out to talk cos I chatted him on whatsapp over this issue. I would have posted my chats with him on whatsapp but I got them deleted cos he didn't answer some of the questions I put to him on whatsapp. Before he traveled to Rwanda on the 3rd of January this year he reached out to me to know more about the country Rwanda and the Kigali city Wich I obliged him my advise. When he made mention of a friend over there who promised to help him get a house and that he should send money to him so that he gets him house ready before his arrival, I advised him against that and also told him to be careful and wary of the person and Nigerians over there. Now after he traveled he told me that he met that friend in KIGALI and that the friend Wich now turned out to be u has bin so helpful to him and even helped him to secure an apartment. I congratulated him and still warned him to be careful of Nigerians over there cos I know wat our people were capable of over there. I was surprise to read about a Nigerian ripping fellow Nigerians off in KIGALI and that didn't sit down well with me, suspecting it might be the guy whom he told me about that has bin good to him which now happened to be u, I decided to chat him up on whatsapp to get the full gist and there on watsap he confirmed that it was u, but that u have bin begging him and other Nigerians u ripped off to forgive u. I was shook, in fact it was a surprise to me cos the day I spoke with him on watsap audio call he said u were with him in his apartment, so hearing this now really surprised me and for that reason I put some questions to him, which I can't remember now but some of them had to do with how it happened and other things, but he never answered to those questions even though he read them. Well I'm a person that several people seeks his attention and advise on different issues and for any one that I tried to guide to now ignore me, such gets me upset and I seldom leave such people any where close to me. I got the chats deleted immediately and decided to mind my business. Now back to u. I will only say this here and that's cos I'm a very open and straightforward person who seldom take rubbish. Kigali is a place I have lived and done some works and even have the contacts of some important people in that city. I was worshiping at Winners chapel church Remera Kigali and the overall pastor there was and still remain my friend. We used to have lunch at Marriott hotel Kigali, just to let u know the caliber of people I related with there. To renew my visa took me just 1week cos of some of their citizens that I know. So if u are into any form of shady deal I will advise u to stop it forthwith for ur own good. U are to help ur fellow Nigerians if u could and leave those u could not, and not to rip them off. One Abia state guy had a serious issue with forgery with a bank in KIGALI that would have landed him into a serious trouble, u know Kagame don't tolerate such, but I stood for him and God helped him out. That's wat we should do for our fellow brethren we met outside Nigeria not ruin them. Enough said, pls change if u are truly wat he said u are and if u ain't, then it's so unfortunate this had to come out here. Thank u.

@nwadikeokey11

Kigali is nice and good weather this month of February is so cold, raining each day and development Rwanda was in the middle of an economic boom before the pandemic. social amenities 24/7 light and water here. the country is expensive to lives if you don't have any sort of income. Because most of things here are been imported from other nearby countries like Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania.
things here are been sold in dollar rate because of their currency. Rwanda is, by all measures, a poor country Almost 90 percent of the population lives on less than US$2 per day and half of its population lives on less than US$1 per day.
About business, few Nigeria doing business here not finding it easy some of them doing well. if you have a business or shop will pay three tax monthly for the government tax and security tax and rent tax. so if you want to do business here in Rwanda you most make more money than your income each month for the tax.
Don't let anyone to sweet mouth you Rwanda is expensive I know a friend closed his business this January can't manager it because of this Nigeria guy wrong information to him and he's girlfriends rip innocent Nigeria coming in the country. He will give you sweet story of business plans and offer to help you and rip you off your money. the guy is always on the site messaging innocent Nigeria coming to Rwanda for business or student. Please beware of him. the guy rip three of us Nigeria's with he's girlfriends.
please Nigeria becareful for who offer help to you on the site and always share any information you need here.
To before warned is to before harmed.

last I forget if you are playing football Rwanda is not for you so many Nigeria's is suffering here all the name of aboard and football way out. Rwanda doesn't spend money on football league.
Thanks bro for ur response, is really helpful and aptly said. I appreciate.

My cousin-brother is in his early 30s and has managed to raise one million naira. Actually he raised 500k by himself through savings while the whole family raised the remaining 500k to make it a total of one million naira.

He is single and has basic computer skills. He is not a graduate though.

Now, the challenge is this:
Which country can he travel to (outside Africa) with that one million naira budget?

He can travel to Jordan with that money then raise enough money from there and travel to other better countries in Europe or any Asian country.

How much should one have for what? Well, before i answer that question can you tell me your purpose of traveling to Rwanda? Are you going for just tourism, you visit the country briefly and return back to Nigeria or you want to migrate to Rwanda, as in establish a business and live there? Let me know your intention of traveling there and i might be able to offer my cent advise. Thank you

Please How do we convert Naira to Dollar when we get there? And their own currency too.

They don't use naira in Rwanda so how are you going to travel with naira from Nigeria? NO, you convert your naira to dollar in Nigeria then when you get to Kigali Rwanda you convert your dollar to rwf, that's Rwanda franc, and you can do that at the airport or at any bureau de change. Don't travel with naira oo, because it will be useless in your hand over there.

Thanks guys. If they can't afford fancy phone and doing pretty motorist, I doubt they will value education like here in Nigeria. No county has everything though.
Let me attempt to help out with the little info I know about Rwandan youths and guys. (1) They are mostly into bike and bicycle riding. (2) They drives buses, cabs, city and inter region big buses. (3) They are into petty trading. (4) They repair phones, computers, bikes, motors, etc. (5) They are into hair cutting (barber). (6) They work for international NGOs and some of them established their own little NGOs which they are using to get money from Europe, America and the rest, but they are not necessarily using the money for what it was meant for, (coded fraud) if you know what I meant. (7) They work as tourist guide. (8 They do agent work, like house agent and every other thing in that line. (9) They are into security apparatus of their country, like police, army, air force, etc. (10) They do security guards in shopping centers, companies, hotels, etc. (11) They are into whatever that would give them money legitimately. And lastly (12) This one is about their females. Those ones work as maids in peoples homes, they go to school, yes they love school. They work in restaurants, hotels, bear parlors, sales girls and lastly which is also their major. They prey on any available male visitor who just got into the country, they see you as their bank and milk you not just dry but empty and milk hell outta you.

There is no big deal in this but when you meet agent they will want to collect small change form you grin angry.
The way we get invitation letter from outside Nigeria to apply visa at embassy is same way you can write invitation letter to him to apply for Nigeria visa from his country. Write a letter and notarized it, and Send to him. Normal letter address to Nigeria embassy in his country then give it to a lawyer for notary public that's all, lawyer will charge you 5k for it. You can add a copy of your passport page.
Bro not as easy as you think oo. Even abroad not every one living abroad can issue invitation letter to people oo, there are some requirements and processes. You have to be a citizen of the country, a tax payer and also work in a registered organization over there, etc. Is same way in Nigeria. To give an IV to any visitor you must have a registered company, business with CAC or work in an organization that's registered with CAC. You must also present the evidence of your tax clearance among others. So just been a citizen of a country doesn't give you the eligibility of sending IV to people, there are procedures that confers such eligibility on you which some of them i have already stated here. No bi every citizen that can issue IV to visitors oo.

@Nwadikeokey11, please stop responding to any of these Ghanaians, it's a big DISRESPECT comparing Ghana with Nigeria. Nigerians shouldn't be arguing or comparing with any of these people, it saddens me when I see this on nairaland.
Ghana!!!!!!!!! They should be comparing themselves with their fellow smaller countries like Togo, Benin Republic etc
My brother the thing tire me honestly. I have never responded to any of them here or any where before but as they keep talking rubbish here all the time, I asked myself, which of the Ghana are these people really talking about? The one I have visited before in West Africa here abi there's another Ghana may be in America or Asia? Though I have decided never to respond to that one ever again no matter what he typed here. I far prefer and would rather live in Cote D'lvoire than Ghana. Ghana is far too local to be compared to Nigeria, is really a big insult as you said bro. As much as I'm not impressed with the present situations of things in Nigeria but it can never come down to Ghana level, because no matter how bad a cow purges it can never be reduced to the size of a goat, that's impossible.

what have you been smoking? Must be pawpaw leaves, huh? By the way, who told you Nigeria is a rich country? grin grin don't ever say that again grin Nigeria is NOT a rich country, and the tragedy of Nigeria is that it is becoming poorer and poorer each passing year. grin

By the way, how do you measure how rich a country is? Yes, in your opinion, what are the indicators or factors that define a rich country and a poor country? grin I hope yo won't come tell me it is determined by how many posh cars you find on the streets grin or how tall the gele of their women are grin or how people throw lavish parties and block roads grin

as I stated, the wealth of a country is measured about how well the people of the country are doing. Key indicators like life expectancy, personal security, access to water, electricity, jobs, quality education, quality health care etc etc.

go the UN Human Development Index, which provides ranking of countries around the world. You will weep to see how lowly Nigeria is rated grin

stop deceiving yourself that Nigeria is a "rich" country grin by the way, nigeria is the poverty capital of the world. Ghana, with its $1 GDP attracts more FDI than nigeria, chai grin

Nigerians in Ghana are doing well? who told you? grin most of them are pr0stitutes and armed robbers grin Ghana's jails are overflowing with your nigerian brothers and sister grin

Nigerians are doing well in Ghana, but cannot do well in Nigeria? and their country is now a shambolic shiithole grin grin grin oh dear oh dear grin

and while Nigeria's economy is going down, its population is booming. That is recipe for disaster. Nigeria will have the third largest population in the world grin grin grin grin

[s][/s]
I see you lack manners and proper education. Ghana is among the poorest of the poor both as a country and individuals, you people are so poor that it shows all over you and your poor capital the moment one arrives there so, get lost from here, you desert monkey from a lowly poverty ridden Ghana, you worth no response from me, nitwit. I repeat, i will rather relocate to my village because that will be far more better than move to a useless poor local village called Ghana, can't even go over there again on tourism let alone going to live in that gutterhole country. I have most of your poor citizens cleaning gutters and garbages for a living here, dirty things. This my last response to you dummy.

Let me educate you, huh? do you know the prosperity of a country is not measured by how nice or beautiful its cities look? Do you know Norway is considered a very rich country? Do you know why? It is because Norway has the best cities in the world? Have you been to Norway before. Well, Norway is my second home.

You see, the greatest resource of any country is not its gold, oil etc. It is about living conditions of the people. The United Nations Human Development Index. There are universally accepted indices to measure how prosperous a country is,huh?

What is life expectancy?
how secured are human lives?
how many hours of electricity do the people get in a day?
how many of its citizens are gainfully employed?
how many people have access to clean, potable water?
what is the quality of education?
how many people live in poverty?

[s][/s]
Don't even go there bro. In Africa alone Ghana can never come any where close to been a rich country, that's impossible, and to say Ghana is as rich as NIGERIA not to talk of been richer is to be among evil most evil. It is like saying Ghana is richer than the USA, India, China and other countries with bigger population. Or don't you know that because of Ghanas small population you are likely to have more poor people in the USA, China and India than in Ghana? And does that mean Ghana is now richer than those counties? Of course you know that's impossible. The reason Nigerians in Ghana seems many is because most of them are doing well in business and other things whereas over 98% Ghanians in Nigeria are just too poor that no one notices them.

Well, obviously I know more about Nigeria than you, huh? the federal govt started a pilot in some states for feeding students, but as usual the whole project was swallowed by corruption grin

The nigerian government has never provided free books or free uniforms. stop spreading lies, huh? grin

Honestly I'm not happy the way things are in Nigeria, because by both human and natural resources only a few countries of Europe, America and Asia should be more developed and better than Nigeria and no African country, not even South Africa or Egypt should come close, let alone Ghana, but for rogues who calls themselves politicians Ghanians now brags and insults Nigeria and Nigerians any how. I will never talk down on Ghana but the truth is, if relocating from Nigeria to go live in another country means that i have to move to Ghana i will rather move from Lagos where i currently reside to my village, reason been that i had visited Accra Ghana in 2017 and to be very honest i couldn't believe that that was the over hyped capital of Ghana because there was absolutely nothing, not even one thing that impressed me about it. Well i wouldn't know, perhaps that could be because i had bin to several developed cities of the world, including some capitals in Africa and i must earnestly state here that Accra was the least developed of all. Nigeria may be a shithole but then it can never be in the same league with Ghana. You have said it here many times how Nigerians are many in your Ghana but are you aware that your citizens are far more in Nigeria than Nigerians in your country? I love and respect Ghanians and citizens of other countries but this boastful habits of Ghanians trying to compare or compete with Nigeria and Nigerians is so insulting to say the least.

Senior man.
My boy, I'm ain't from Enugu neither do I reside there, I'm just stating the facts here cos I had been to both cities, again I'm ain't those that evaluated the both cities on google and gave their findings and scores. There isn't no where on any search apps where Uyo comes even close to Enugu in been good let alone before it. PH doesn't even come before Enugu let alone Uyo, or are u also implying that Uyo is more developed than PH? Owerri is even better than Uyo let alone Enugu. My friend is at the heart of Uyo, which is plaza and i had bin there, in fact it was from his mouth i heard it first that Owerri is better than Uyo and now u want to compare Uyo to Enugu? My boy wake up ok. I have nothing against Uyo or Akwa Ibom people, in fact one of ur brothers served me for many years and if he read ur response to me here he will fight u. I love Uyo too but I'm just telling u facts here. Enugu is on the hill and that's even where it derives its name from, so there's always a scarcity of water and that isn't even peculiar to Enugu alone, as some developed countries of the world do experience the same some times. Shortage of water can happen any where in the world no matter how developed. Google about scarcity of water in the US and then come back and talk to me. My boy we ain't no mate in any thing ok, forget that internet had given people the privilege to talk to people they would never have bin able to cross in life. Some wise ones make good use of that opportunity to get some thing good from those people that internet had offered them the opportunity to meet while some foolish ones abuse it. You are a local village boy, an Igbo village can't be compare to you Akwa Ibomite city, we ain't no mate in any thing kid. I told you to check on google, you weren't the one who analyzed these on google neither was i, so isn't it better you ask from an unbiased source, little village boy?

I think why most young Nigerians are being harassed is because of their look and attitude. Why should you be looking rough and carrying dreads? Nigerians dress responsibly it matters.
Did the guy tell you he was on dread? Let's even assume he was on dread, does that warrant him to humiliate him that way? Can he dare treat an American, European or even a Asian who is on dread like that?

I weep for Nigeria honestly. Even poorest Rwandan immigration now want to form with his master Nigerian? Wonder shall never end. May be that was your first time of traveling out of the country and you acted so primitively, not like a Nigerian, that could have given the immigration officer the impetus to treat you in that manner. Let me tell you and others this. If you are traveling to any African country or a country like Rwanda as a Nigerian, you ought to hold you head and shoulder up and high, never behave timid, because no matter how bad Nigeria is, no African country could belittle her citizen, unless you don't know who you are. That country respect Nigerians a lot, i would have refused to show him or her the money on me if i was the one and they wont do nothing. Next time behave like a boss, don't be timid and disgrace us, bro.

Honestly you are right most of the Africa countries respect Nigeria a-lots and see us as money making machine just that our people always show they have all the money and break the laws in the county.my experience in Kenya earlier this year June was bad the immigration officer stop all Nigerians coming to Kenya on that flight and ask us to sit in one office and request $50 from us or you go back to your country. And l notice all other Africans is allow to go in Ghana and South Africa and the other nationality and the rest. And the immigration officer said me. You don’t know what to do? I said no and he ask again don’t you have brother or Friends here in Kenya that has explain to me what to do.I told him l don’t have anyone here just me and only here to tours visit for 2weeks and he said pay me. We are 10 of us from Nigerians hold at the entering at the immigration ask is to paid before going into the country. And the most painful part of all the taxi man that took me from the airport told me Nigeria here has money and big boy living big. I was surprise he charge me more each day he took me out on a ride to African restaurant and also request l should give him free money and also the house keeper of the apartment l later rented always request money from me. All l notice was that they feel Nigeria has money and big people. Even at the market it was wrong will add money on any items you want to me also experience it at Philippine. I believe with time Rwanda immigration will join Kenya immigration and request for money fee before allow in the country. Please don’t mind my English just sharing my experience in Kenya immigration at the airport.
Forget English bro, who that one help. You are saying the truth, most African countries believe that Nigerians have got loads of money and can afford to path with some cash when threatened but we should know how to stand our grand and refuse to be cowed into submission. As for Rwanda turning into Kenya, i assured you, that will never happen bro, because Rwanda isn't a lawless country like Kenya. All the security operatives and paramilitary officers in that country respect the masses, only if you are against Kagame their president and their country that they would come after you with no mercy, apart from that, you have so much right as a civilian in that country that no security officer dares treat you bad. If only the brother had refused to show the immigration officer the money on him, he would have still stamped him in as long as he didn't commit any crime known to Rwandan law. As an African the Rwanda immigration law permits him entrance into Rwanda without him showing prove of fund. The only important things he is required to show the immigration officer at the point of entry are his international passport, prove of accomodation, that's where he will be staying in Rwanda, return ticket and verbally tell him the reason he is visiting Rwanda finish, he will stamp him in, he doesn't have to show prove of fund at all because by Rwandan immigration law, he is not permitted to do so. The immigration officer sensed panic in him and wanted to shine through him. Imagine a Rwandan immigration doing that to a Nigerian? That's preposterous. Can 95% Rwandans afford a vacation to a fellow East African country let alone outside of it? How dare an immigration officer of a very poor country like Rwanda whose president was begging Nigerians to come and invest in his country now threaten a Nigerian? Nah craze dey worry am. But bro, did you you and the others later give the Kenyan immigration the $50? A brother whom i met in Kigali told us his encounter with a Kenyan immigration in Kenya. The brother is a Nigerian doctor who resides in Tanzania and even married to a Tanzanian citizen. He had traveled to Kenya to make enquiry on a Kenyan university as he wanted to do a degree program there. According to him, on getting to Kenyan boarder an immigration officer on seeing a Nigerian passport with Tanzanian resident permit refused to stamp him in and instead wanted to stamp DENIED. The brother said he shouted at him and warned him never to put such stamp on his passport, and ask him to return the passport to him, he handed him his passport and he went back to Tanzania. Imagine such rubbish? A man who had traveled to many countries outside Africa, a practicing medical doctor and you want to kill his passport in ordinary Kenya? Something that didn't happen in Europe, America and middle East where he had both visited and lived and you want to do it here in Africa, Kenya for that matter? He said he warned the immigration officer not to dare it or he will witness real madness and he gave him back his passport. They know that what they are doing is wrong and a crime, so some times we need to be a bit vocal and mean, not to be timid.

He said Uyo can't be compare with Enugu in all ramification..

I asked him to name roads or streets in Enugu that Uyo cannot be compared with he ran.
Oga ENUGU IS TOO BIG TO BE COMPARED TO YOUR Uyo, UYO cant even measure up to Owerri let alone Enugu. Now to help you understand this and to avoid further argument, please google the best cities in Nigeria, or 10 best cities in Nigeria and see whether your eldorado Uyo comes any where near that list. Uyo is all about plaza and around government house, finished, no where else in your Uyo worth any thing. I have been there. I see that all you have ever known is your Uyo that's why you see it as heaven, wont blame you though since you don't know any better. Bye

Lol, at Edward. Well I was in Rwanda for 3 or 4 months too. That place cost die. The duty on their cars is 100%. Imagine buying a car of 1m for 2m, I once bought iPhone 6 for 120k rwf, phone of 30k or 40k in Nigeria here. Even d house we stayed in Gacuriro is $1,000 per month. Well internet is cheap (liquid telecom). The country is good generally, nothing concern me with their leader. And if I’m ever going back, I’m going back cos of those tinder ladies Make woman no kill me lol.
Abeg bro make woman no kill you oo. Actually i don't think there's ugly woman in Kigali, because i didn't see non. They seems to have one of, if not the most beautiful women in Africa. You are damn right, Kigali is sweet but every thing there is damn too expensive.

Got to Kigali around 20:30 on 26th , was delayed by one immigration, he asked me to wait behind, asked many questions and i kept on telling him i'll be returning back to Nigeria. The representatives of the hotel i made reservation for was already waiting for me, they just called the name of the hotel and he responded, then we left.
Are you there on tourism or you intends to live there?

Thanks
It's all right bro, you did well. Just that I have never read or heard of their immigration treat any visitor that way. I lived at Kanombe, right opposite that Kigali airport, in fact if you scream loud in my house people at the airport will hear you, that's how close my house was to the airport. One day I went to the airport to change money and was stopped by a police sergeant to identify myself, which was normal because every one going into the airport is expected to have a means of identification, i had my international passport on me but wanted to see how civil their police are. So when the police sergeant asked for my ID i told him i didn't have any and he told me that i can not go in. I told him but i must go in and he said no, you can't, while we were arguing a 2star police officer beckoned on us to come. When we got to him he asked to know what the matter was, so the sergeant told him that i didn't want to identify myself, so the senior officer again requested for my Id and i told him that i cant provide it, then he politely told me that the rule says NO id NO ENTRY. I put my hand in my pocket and brought out my passport and handed it to him, the moment he saw the green passport and noticed I'm a Nigerian, he shook his head, laughed and said. Nigerians! and gave me back my passport and said go in. I smiled and went in. The point I'm making is that they have regard to their laws and they respect Nigerians and others.

What exactly is your point though? Because from all you said, you also did agree Rwanda is doing way better than Nigeria. Your problem is with Kagame? But this is the same Kagame that is pioneering the Rwanda progress. If the RULERSHIP thing is working for them, why change it?
So to you ''rulership'' or should i say ''good'' ''rulership'' is all about cleanliness? So to you it doesn't matter whether the alleged ruler is a tyrant and a murderer who kills at will whoever that dares have a contrary opinion or view regarding governance? So in a country of over 12million people just only one person has the best insight on governance and others are dummies, so he must kill off every one who says otherwise? That's your own idea of good ''rulership'' and you think you will still be alive to type all these here and hype on Kagame if Nigeria is really governed like that? The little Buhari is perpetrating against those who opposes him are you comfortable with it? Well, you are in Rwanda now, so enjoy your stay, and please my advise, don't you ever say anything bad about Kagame or Rwanda while you are there even if you see what you do not like about him or Rwanda, or you may never come back to Nigeria again, God forbid. Nah so one 4ever EDWARD who had only been in Rwanda for just few months was hyping every thing about Kigali, Rwanda and Kagame, including misleading people here on how cheap things are in Kigali until realities stirred on him. He is back in Nigeria now and now charging those who wishes to travel to Rwanda to go with enough money.
