That means they are just denying their igbo heritage so that other ethnic groups in rivers will allow them to govern and be in control of the huge oil and gas deposits in rivers state?

That's what they are doing and they are going about it in a very wicked way.

However it is time for others to take over. Ikwerre people are not the owners of Rivers State.

When Wike wanted Uche secondus to be the chairman of PDP he met the south east governors for support. All the PDP delegates from Igbo land gave him block vote on that day.

We can't continue to support a wicked set of people called Ikwerre. Never.

Ipob is stubborn and are blinded on the realities on ground but they wouldn't listen, there are many times on this forum were we igbos told ipob to limit the struggle to southeast states alone but they wouldn't listen,do you know if biafra referendum is to take place only obigbo would join the southeast?
The idea of joining south south to biafra would be a total waste of time , because first the map of the proposed areas of where the agitations have a stronghold would be presented and if you areas where the agitations are not strong Nigeria would bring up evidence in court to prove to you that they have denied igbos many times, forget delta igbos, forget ikwerres ,forget south south minorities you can never have them, because they aren't interested In the struggle so why the waste of time,

The Obigbo massacre is to prove to you the height of igbo hatred in the ikwerres blood...

Ipob is annoying. I'm not keen about Biafra though.

The kind of hatred most Ikwerres have for the igbos no be here oh same kind of genocidal hatred the fulanis have for the igbos I don't even think the ijaws have such kind of deep hatred. I don't know wether it's
because of the oil and gas deposits in rivers state.

Ikwerre has no oil but they are benefiting from the oil money more than the oil producing communities.

It's time to support saner tribes in Rivers State.

You can see that the other ethnic groups in Rivers State are happy that we are withdrawing support for Ikwerre. They praise wile's action in public but celebrate the support that he is losing behind.

They have been warning us
about Ikwerre but our people were doing sentiment.
Eye don dey clear now.

Politics / Questions Over Wike;s Action In Oyigbo. My Advice To Igbos by Nwadiuto247: 8:26pm On Nov 05, 2020
At first we believed Wike was sincerely trying to control the excesses of the IPOB but with the testimonies coming out from Oyigbo , we are beginning to reason that Wike;’s mission was beyond the IPOB story he was telling us.
Of all the states in the South and even in the North, how come it was only Wike that screamed IPOB? ,Meanwhile what happened in Oyigbo happened in several other states
.
Even when false accusation was about to rise between Igbo and Yoruba, the leaders of both regions quickly resolved the matter and it ended. How come Wike handled his own recklessly?

South East governors and Ohaneze Ndigbo rejected IPOB since 2017, how come it took Wike three years after to reject them,?
Igbos ;learn your lesson and stop your sentimental support for Ikwere . You can see how wicked they are. Learn to support people based on their track record and not sentiment.

I ve always said it that Ikwere people are
not needful to us.. They are not the owners of Rivers State. There are better tribes to support there. Stop sentimental support.

Ikwere should go and rest, they have ruled Rivers State for the past sixteen years and has been on Rivers state.s ministerial slot for abiut twelve years now. Support other tribes. Some of these tribes in Rivers are far much better than Ikwere.
Odili ruled Rivers state for eight years and there was no issue that suggested anti-igbo. Amechi ruled for eight years and there was no issue suggesting anti-Igbo. Just five years of Wike, see issues rising. The only reason why Igbos are against Amechi is that he fought against Jonathan and this same Wike

Those of you trading in Ikoku and Oil mill market should go and buy land in Abia/Rivers boundary and build your business there. This will make that place to be economically busy and your loyalty will be to Abia state governor. The revenue will go to Abia state. Stop begging Wike. That place is less than 30 minutes drive from PH.

Finally to IPOB, you and your Nnamdi Kanu should stop your noiae please. IPOB is not an IGBO agenda so you cant force us to accept you.

Port harcourt is Ikwerre land and if you’re not okay with our decision to stand with Niger delta struggle rather than Biafra then you can relocate!

I hope they will listen but don't forget that each time they do their ipob sit at home , your Ikwerre boys go on radio to cry about loss of revenue for that day.

When oil mill market was closed , it was also your people that went on radio to cry of loss of revenue so don't pretend here please.

Ikoku and Oil mill traders stop begging gov Wike to open your business pls.

Just go to Abia state/ Rivers State boundary and buy the empty land there on Abia State side and set up another branch of Ikoku and Oil mill markets pls.

People go from PH to Aba to buy goods so going from pH to the boundary to buy goods will not be a problem for people here in Port Harcourt. It is less than 30 minutes drive so it's not a long distance at all.

This will generate revenue for Abià state and save you the stress of wike.

This will also make other businesses to spring up in that area and that place will become very busy. That's how development takes place.

Stop begging wike to give you access to your shops . Establish and develop another Ikoku and Oil mill markets in Abia State boundary.

Wike note these point

1. Don't let your opponents make it look like wiki vs Igbo fight. This can be dangerous to your political carreer and that of Ikwerre. Don't fall into that trap.
Continue to single out ipob.

2. Don't allow the security officers in obigbo to overdo things and create a bad image for you. Hope you are seeing how they are now trying to push the
Lekki blames on the governor of Lagos State. Be careful. They willl always be loyal to Abuja.

3 your opponents are not sleeping. Be wise

the truth is that Rivers state and south south want Restructuring and Resource control,
This heterogenous Biafra thing led by that noise maker in London is a NO NO for me.
he will lead Igbos to the slaughter house if we are not careful
Truth is that this Ipob of a thing is now a sorethroat to Igbos ,
its time to lay low .
don't raise an anti-southeast antics in the state.
enough of Ipob stupidity in the state.
Rivers stands for a Restructured Nigeria
South east will gain the most under a restructured Nigeriq but if Biafra agitation is something you can't drop,
then Limit it to the south east states!
Long live the Igbo nation!!!

ASUU tried avoiding the meeting because their struggle didn't take account to their sister associations.

FG have to combine them all to share the money for the EAA with a condition ASUU must accept IPPIS.

Indirectly if ASUU keep rejecting IPPIS they deprive other sister Associations of getting their EAA.

And they will turn against ASUU for doing that!

It's all a game at Students detriment!

You are deceiving yourself. ASUU can never be pressed by the other union or FG.

Politics / Re: #EndSARS Dissolution: Double Problem For Nigerians by Nwadiuto247: 4:19pm On Oct 11, 2020
Ademola47:
The Inspector General of Police, IG Muhammad Adamu has, through the Force Spokesman, DCP Frank Mba, announced the dissolution of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) tactical unit of the police this afternoon.

But then, some things in the Memo released call for concerns. They said the SARS officers will be redeployed to other units of the police. That's good, after all they were first police officers before being attached to SARS unit. Now, these same men will be given arms when taken to other units. The truth is that the inclination they have towards humiliating people won't changed. They are still the individual brutal people they have always been.

Why can't they redeploy them to some units where they won't have much direct dealing with people. For example, they should be redeployed to Banks as security guards, Aides for VIP's, officers in the advance teams of governors etc. There, they won't be working like the conventional police men.

Secondly, they said another tactical unit will be formed soon. Fine, we need extra-trained police officers to help us curb the menace of armed robbery. But setting up another anti-robbery squad with another name is just too political. We craved for #EndSARS and not #RecycleSARS or #RenameSARS because this is like just renaming SARS. What happened to extending the mandate of the hitherto tactical unit such as Inspector General of Police Intelligence Response Team to include armed robbery curbing.

And lastly, the recruitment process. We need sane, emotional and mentally mature people in the new or extended tactical unit. We don't need people that explaining oneself in their presence is attract capital punishment.

If otherwise, it's double problem for Nigerians. The officers in the new unit will be humiliating people, and the officers of the defunct SARS will still be humiliating people in their new post.

Cc: Lalasticlala

Things will never be the same again for the police.
They have now seen that the masses have ultimate power over them.
The masses have also realized it that have the power to fight evil.
Even the politicians have seen the power of the masses.

Gradually, change is coming. Not the APC and PDP kind of change.
