Its not that easy to bring it out successfully in one piece. Reasons being;

1. The ship is thousands of feet under water which would prove difficult hauling it onto the surface.

2. The ship having spent over an 100yrs underwater, has started to decay apply pressure on it by lifting it up would make it scatter into several fragments. And this would defeat the goal of putting it in a museum.

3. Currently the ship is on the territorial waters of Canada, so who would bear the cost? Who has rights of claim ? Which museum would it go ?

All these are why it's still underwater.

Best option is the United States With your level of experience and hopefully a good grade, you can apply for a direct PhD and here's the juicy stuff; as a PhD student, you don't pay tuition fees as the department will waive it for you, get a stipend, you can bring your children and wife to the US; and yes, the school will fund you for that. Also, you have an easier path to green card and eventually citizenship after graduation. Now, the process entails you looking for a professor whose research theme aligns with yours. Prepare very well for the journey and guess what? You will spend max N2M (inclusive of flight tickets) for this option because at the end of the day, you are not paying tuition fees nor providing living expenses. Why PhD instead of a masters? You're 31, don't have about 15M+ to present to the visa officer, long work experience and married with two children. An MSc doesn't favour you as most times, the school will not fund you. Trust me, if you opt for this option, you would be in the US mid-2023.

Are you allowed to go for a Ph.D without a masters in the US or anywhere? How feasible is that?

Also I graduated last year(2020) with a computer science degree CGPA of 3.69 is this option for me ? I hope to go for an MSc or Ph.D in the field of Data Science/data analyst.

Those sort of cases should simply be dismissed then problem solved. The police don't need to waste the courts time. Are the judges not being taken care of in your state? How much does a judge need to be properly compensated?

Sir, won't dismissing those case defeat the aim of the judiciary? Then the victims won't have access to justice simply because of the shorting comings of the court/police.

I would profer training and retraining our officers for global best practice for investigating a case with many block ends. (Though not all can still be solved)

Regarding the welfare of judges in my state, I wouldn't know. But what I meant by 'taking care of' does only mean the financial aspect. It means allowing them do the job without oppression/intimidation/or interference. I believe our judiciary are simply no well separated from the Executives.

My guess on why we have numerous adjournment in Nigeria judicial system is because proper investigations are not been carried out to expedite the judicial system. The police and sss still use stone age formats to investigate cases and to get truths from suspects. It's not about the number of judges in the system (to that can play a key role in the latter stages)

When the current ones are not properly taken care of should we then employ more ? No way.

But back in my secondary school days my best friend (till now) is Igbo is father is a wealthy businessman. If you see him he doesn't dress well as he should.
