The part about 100% responsibility for 100% loyalty, I guess you just included it cos it sounds smart. Every cheat would like to blame others for his/her own decisions. Tell me, what if you do your best, and the other person (who of course doesn't even do much in return) just wakes up and decides she wants (not need) something different and so hops on the nearest train?
