There is something that bugs me in this section (well there are a few but this should be easy to resolve). Please, Please delete redundant topics; most especially if the first thread on the same subject is still on the first page of the politics section. Redundant threads are an eyesore and push threads that are still relevant down the list.

There are some thread starters who are bent on starting threads even if there other threads addressing the same subject. If you take it upon yourselves to delete redundant threads immediately they are started; those posters will be forced to look through the first and second pages before starting redundant threads.
