Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) has filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission seeking to prevent Indian automaker Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. from importing,selling, marketing,advertising and distributing its jeep looking Roxor in the U.S.

FCA said that the new diesel-powered Mahindra Roxor ,a side-by-side (SxS) four-wheeler modeled after the iconic Willys Jeep of World War II ,infringes the iconic boxy design of the Jeep brand and may confuse consumers with its boxy shape, flat hood and round headlamps

The Italian-American owned FCA also believe some consumers looking to buy an off-road vehicle may prefer the cheaper,not-street-legal Roxor instead of the significantly more modern, street-legal Jeep Wrangler.

They argue that the prior agreements Mahindra had with FCA previous owner doesn't include selling or using its vehicles in the U.S.

Mahindra’s North American spokesperson has now issued a statement calling the complaint baseless.

"Our actions, products and product distribution (including Roxor) both honour the legacy of the relationship and the terms of our agreements with FCA. Mahindra has been co-existing with Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (and the Jeep brand) for over 25 years in India and in many other countries"

It comes after the public hanging of Hussein al-Saket, 22, who was convicted of abducting, raping and murdering a four-year-old girl.

Saket was brought to Tahrir Square in Sanaa – which the Shiite Huthi rebels have controlled since 2014 – before being forced to lie face-down on the ground.

Ali Ayedh, the victim's uncle, said Saket "took part in the search for the girl before being unmasked" as her killer during the police investigation.

He said his public execution would act as a "deterrent for criminals".

A New Zealand man has pleaded guilty to filming 34 women at his guesthouse with covert cameras in shampoo bottles.

The man from Hawke's Bay, North Island - who has not been named to protect his wife - made 219 secret recordings from December 2017 to February 2018.

He also admitted posting the videos to a porn site, some with descriptions.

Most of the victims were under 30 and the disguised cameras were placed to film between their shoulders and knees, though faces often came into view.

It is not known if the disguised shampoo bottles were homemade devices or bought online.

The women - who stayed between one night and two weeks - were tracked down by police and said in a statement they felt shocked, ashamed, angered and degraded by the man's actions.

When the man was arrested in February, he told police he had "done it for the thrill and risk of being caught", news outlet Stuff said.

After arranging when the women would use the shower facilities at the homestay he ran, the man would activate the cameras through a remote-control device, the Hastings District Court was told.

He would later remove the shampoo bottles and download the videos onto his computer at night.

Videos were then posted on a porn site, where the man urged viewers to leave positive comments to encourage him to make more recordings.

He shared some of the victims' ethnicities and professions, and also added details about the acts he would like to perform on them and how he had violated their privacy without them knowing.

New Zealand police have since deleted the videos.

The man's lawyer asked the court to protect his client's identity as the man's wife suffers from a health condition which may worsen if he is identified.

Prosecutors opposed this, saying: "There are 34 victims whose most intimate images have been spread all over the world."

Judge Geoff Rea noted the irony, but said he was not prepared to lift the suppression order until he had heard more about the wife's condition.

The man, who pleaded guilty to 69 counts of various charges including making intimate visual recordings and making objectionable publications, was granted bail and will be sentenced in October.

Some charges carry a maximum sentence of 14 years in jail.

Lack of stable power supply is no more an excuse for Nigerians for not buying an electric as this electric car can be charged using the sun rays.

Sion is Sono Motors new prototype Electric Solar Car it plans to launch in Germany in late 2019.

The new 6-seater car ( three front seats and three in the back) will come in 2 models. The Urban model will travel 75 miles while the more expensive Extender model will have travel up to 115 miles before it needs recharge.

The electric car will recharge the depleted batteries through either its solar panels( whether it is being driven or parked in the sunny spot ) or by plugging it to traditional power outlets and other cars.

Named after the famous bird of prey, the Milan Red is powered by a 6.2 litre quad-turbocharged V8 engine.It is attached to a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission that sends drive to the rear wheels.

The video clip that has been going viral on the internet showcases the imam continuing to offer namaz undeterred in the face of a devastating natural disaster that has claimed the lives of many.

The powerful earthquake that hit Indonesia on Monday, has left 82 people dead and hundreds wounded, with thousands of buildings ravaged.

A seven-magnitude tremor also jolted the neighbouring island of Bali, creating panic amongst tourists and locals.

Many buildings are thought to have been damaged by the quake in Lombok´s main city of Mataram, said Sutopo Purwo Nugroho, spokesman for Indonesia´s disaster mitigation agency.

The next day, the visibly damaged and submerged Range Rover was finally pulled out from the sea by an heavy duty tow truck that was called in to assist.

Residents claimed the Range Rover ended up in the sea when the owner was trying to load his personal watercraft onto a trailer.
