CodeTemplar:As things stand right now, with the kind of unholy alliance between bank CEOs and CBN, they wont have funds to give SMEs, the banks will rather give those funds to their own friends and the Dangotes of this world uncollaterized. Access will rather get billions approved for a parish of RCCG for a venture that is not a business venture that can pay tax into the system. |
Loool if you like recapitalize from today till eternity, as long as CBN looks the other way when wives of Bank MDs, companies owned by their friends and children, churches attended by their MDs, friends and pals of Bank MDs keep getting loans they can't service without proper collateral for unproductive ventures(as it was in the case of Wigwes Access and RCCG), the banks will always struggle, be unhealthy and unable to serve the productive sector of the economy. The small and medium scale businesses will suffer too and the economy will suffer. |
OvertheTop:LoooooL |
Roger3D:I dont know who raised you but I can tell a good job wasn't done by the person. People like you are too dumb to know that people go to school paid for and with substantial monthly stipend too, you think everyone go abroad overstaying visit visa the way you did/planned to do OR the way ur people abroad did. LIFE IS BEYOND YOUR REALITIES. By the Grace of God, I don't just know what it is to live abroad, I know what it is to thrive abroad, and u can go hang yourself if it gives you headache. |
OvertheTop:And help people too. It's not to show off, it's to live the life he dreamt of as a kid, and yes its important to ha e the means to be able to help others |
Paulpak34: He should use 10m to start up a supermarket? nothing u no go hear for thus nairaland sha...Dear op, beware of the kind of people u take advice from. A lot of the people telling you not to travel have no idea/knowledge of realities/possibilities abroad. The worst part part is that they also don't have the practical knowledge of the economy and state of things in Nigeria too. |
abbiboy:But ultimately it gives him the best chance of having a bright future abroad...it is not mentally challenging for nothing, anything and everything worthwhile will most likely come with challenges. If it looks too smooth and easy is when you should really be worried. It's better for him to identify likely challenges and plan ahead how to navigate when those challenges come |
hustla:Good advice...UK fit wake up tomorrow say all international students have to take their classes virtually from their country. |
1Sharon:There is absolutely nothing wrong with that. Dreams amd aspirations are personal, 10m may get you what u desire, while for another it's just a seed to propel them towards their goal. |
tim1256:Meanwhile, sometimes is not all the time. Staying in your comfort zone sometimes will make you limit your potential. |
Lance008:If u can get a scholarship for a US school, u will be good |
Roger3D:You sound like you have seen what the future holds for him. Y'all should stop spreading these false narrative that foreign country pursuit is worthless. That u know 1 or 2 persons struggling abroad doesn't mean everyone is struggling. That people even tell u they are struggling doesn't mean if it's time to go back home now, they won't go back with something huge. It's okay for you to say he should invest his 10m in Nigeria(I'm sure a lot of people don't agree with this) but to say with total confidence that travelling to a foreign country is a wild goose chase? I think u are either Ignorant or saturated with negative tales. Success story abound sir. |
Omo that is about $7k That amount ehn, make e no be say na middle of ur journey to ur destination, d money go finish |
No matter how much they hide it, White people find it hard to understand why a black man rated highly. Even when your performance is exceptional, beneath their admiration is that buried racist feeling of, he surpassed expectation, by default they dont expect a black man to be Intelligent or to do well. Osimhen should go to China, make money that won't finish easily, bring a lot of that money home in a few years and live like a king in the midst of the people that will love and worship you. Ofcourse he can have businesses else where. |
Moyinoluwa35:Buhari win without debating too. Someone that was even delegating questions to his followers when asked questions on how he will rule the nation. He is not the dullard. na Nigerians wey vote am no know weytin dem dey do |

Godsgift7837:Stop spreading unverified information. She said yes to an endorsement deal. They play with you people's brains too much. They know people like you will make it trend and boost her ability to make whatever product she's endorsing trend, na why dem drop decoy message for ur fish brain to propagate |
Jewessgratitud3:Make e kuku buy Red TV, make all the Primary colors complete |
November24:The people are the ones encouraging these people. If the society/people are not spending their earnings and time voting for contestants and watching that big brother show, the media hawks serving that rubbish and making these ones roles models and celebrities will act responsibly. |
Corruption and anyhowness has been normalized and institutionalized in Nigeria. Constituency projects are for the people, why should some senators get more than others because they are leaders, is it that the people of the leader's constituency deserve more than people of floor members constituency. These are the issues encouraging mediocrity and uneven distribution of resources. The constituency funds isn't for the senator(at least so they claim) so why should it be more for some senators because they are leaders. Fundamentally a lot is wrong with Nigeria |
