Azaland:Infact the effort(hardwork) it takes to make 200k in Nigeria will actually fetch $3000(if not more) in the US. Meanwhile take home of 800 after earning 1500 is not valid. Who earns $1500 will still take home $1000 if not more. That's a low tax bracket. 1 Like |

helinues:YOur argument is lopsided. 2bdr in NewYork is from $2500, Is New York the only place to live in the US. There is so much more to US than New York. Even at that, Most of the people that work in New York live in neighbouring states and they dont even spend more than 1 to 1.5hrs to get to work. How much time will the man going to work from Ikorodu to Ikoyi spend on the road. And if he decides to live in New York and pay $2500 as monthly rent, did the person tell you it is difficult for him to make the money. US is not UK, If you are hardworking you will make money, if you are intelligent u will make money. |

RxSameer:Sincerely I will be mad, I will be crazy, I will wish the whole village should be burnt or buried BUT the truth remains that such position that I would hold, will not be right. Even in Criminal Justice ethics, the belief is that “it is better to let the crime of a guilty person go unpunished than to condemn the innocent.” If we punish the innocent people from that community, are we now saying people have a responsibility to carry the cross of their neighbours. If my neighbour is a killer, does that make me a killer. It is very very sad and unfortunate, i mean the whole situation, but the military and government n police should do all they can to fish out the perpetrators, this is the only option, fish them out, dont kill innocent people who know nothing about it. How are we sure the perpetrators are still taking shield in that community as we speak |
