I don't take salt at all! Not advisable for everybody because everybody needs a lil salt especially the sodium in it to balance off with the potassium so it doesn't cause hyperkalemia. Mine was a medical condition so I'm totally off salt for now

first 2 points are not accurate and I will explain.
Nutritionists recommend 8glasses of water or more a day. If I consume this, chances are I will urinate more often than neccesary. It doesnt mean my kidney is failing. Also, if i work in an air-conditioned place, I will sweat less and urinate more since that's the only way the body excretes the fluid i'm consuming.
BTW, how do we measure 1teaspoonful when every food we consume contains salt and some of us even eat out. Eating healthy is very very expensive OP.
In my house, I practically eat alone cos i'm on zero salt level.

I remember way back in Nigeria, my neighbour left his wife and son to go seek greener pasture in America. When the CBN first started its intervention, it was selling to banks at N305 (which is the official exchange rate till today) and to BDC at N380 with the hope of crowding out the bdc and that the exchange rate will converge not too far from its selling rates to banks.

As a result of restructuring of foreign exchange management in February this year which allows direct forex access for PTA/BTA, medical and tuition fees, it adjusted the rate to N358 for banks and reduced that of bdc to N360 for such transactions. Also SMEs can access forex for importation at N359/360 while still retaining the official exchange rate at N305.

The first interviewee quoted the old figures, may be because he has been out of business since the restructuring.
