This geographical space called Nigeria is the dwelling place of Lucifer, quote me anywhere.

At my age I have slipped into depression twice in a life time. When all your dreams growing up remain a illusion not because you don't try but because there are limited opportunities.

A new president has been voted into power, he is busy making noise about anti corruption, once able bodied intelligent younger men roam this country facing a bleak future be rest assured that corruption and crime is not going any where #fact#.

I thought I was the only person who noticed this, I blame the very silly senators who I pressume deliberately asked the wrong question or ignored the useless response.

The appropriate question should be " Did you directly or indirectly in your capacity as the governor of Lagos conspire to approve the building of a website with 78 million Naira". It's a simple question with a lot of consequences.

I am not advocating for disintegration but if I was in a position to make the decision then I will allow regions to decide for themselves just like USSR in 1991 but we will meet again more united and stronger in ECOWAS with no restricted boundaries and probably one common currency but different Countries with valid votes in UN General Assembly.
I can't not agree more with you.
As the days go by you see more reason to be weary of the country.
The unpatrotism which of course is bore out of the lack of national consciousness keep sowing to new height.

I am not sure if anyone has observed the new trend of buying American and Canadian citizenship for your kids in the name of giving birth abroad?
While I don't have a problem with people trying to secure a future for their kids, my only problem is when such people come out to hypocritically celebrate independence and One Nigeria when they clear don't believe in it enough to let the childeren be Nigerians.

A lot of horror was into our polity in APCs quest to wrestle power from the PDP.
This has seriously denigrated the principles of political parties as can still be seen by the infighting going on within the said party.

While your message is one bore out of respect for national image, morality and democracy, it's unfortunate that polity is populated by people of low moral standards which robs of on the citizenery in all sphere of human development.

Agbakoba is talking nonsense, any appeal emanating from the Code of conduct tribunal lies with Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.
It is unheard of in law of any judicial obstruction of law enforcement investigation as done by this corrupt justice of the federal high court
The tribunal shall proceed with what they are doing and let Saraki proceed to the superior court of appeal.
Pa Eziachi
I read your submission on the other thread on how Nigerians support corruption.
While I am in for all corrupt officials to be tried and sent away, we also have to be very cautious how we bring about this justice in other not to set a very bad precedence. Spin it how you want, you and I know exactly why this is happening to Sakari, starting from his wife to him now. There is a difference between fighting corruption and trying to tidy someone's f**k up which is what is playing out here.
If his persecution is successful, do we really want everyone who goes against the ruling power taken out?
Is this not what we accused OBJ of?
Is this good for our democracy? (eliminating competition)
Is this not political cultism?
While you think Nigerian are foolish, I would say they are beginning to see through hypocrisy.

PoliticsBiafra - Entities- Lands by Observant(op): 11:30pm On Sep 16, 2015
The igbos, ibibios, the efiks, the ijaws and annangs were biafrans before the advent of the British. This was the name they bore as an identity before the amalgamation and creation of Nigeria. They occupied the former eastern region which is the present day SE/SS.
Note: SS is political term created by Nigeria less than 30 yrs ago, and it does not represent any location on the cardinal points of geography neither does it represent a people.
In the advent of termination of the contract with Nigeria, biafra comprising of its people and it's lands will go there way. If any comprising tribes feels different a referendum would be conducted for them so they can decide to form their own country or rejoin Nigeria.
I hope this clears the confusion of some people saying igbos want SS for there oil or igbos should go with their five states.
We were unwillingly forced into Nigeria with our lands as biafrans by the British.
The cheating state of Nigeria can reduce our states to 3 or create more zones like East East. When the termination of contract ensues, we know exactly what is ours.

Bro, then let the nation take that risk.
I think the picture is clear enough now where the SE/SS stand on the issue of governing Nigeria.
This has been resounded for many years, people have died preaching it but the beneficiaries of the loopsided constitution constitutiing of the elites of all regions of the country have sworn not to heed to it.

The aburi of 1966 recommended it, the national conference recommended it and it is time for us to publicize it so everybody will know the fraud been perpetuated in this country.

The North is against it, the SW should also openly make their stand known rather than throwing trantrums on the SE/SS who yawn for structural change.
@ Dearpreye i think we should create threads promoting and sanitizing people of the benefits and urgent need for resource control.
PoliticsAPC Cheiftain Calls For Suspension Of The Constitution To Enable Buhari Perform by Observant(op):
The former Minister of Police Affairs, Dr Ibrahim Yakubu Lame has advocated for the establishment of emergency powers to the President instead of following the long process that will deter the speed action when necessary. The former Minister made the remark while fielding questions yesterday from newsmen in Bauchi where he tasked Nigerians to see the emergence of President Muhammad Buhari on the leadership of the country as necessary condition for peace, development and credible change in the polity. According to him, the leadership of President Muhammad Buhari under the All Progressives Congress (APC) in which change was yearned for by Nigerians is geared to remove institutional decay, corruption and incompetence in the system that has affected so many sectors in the country, urging President Buhari to re-establish capacity, competence and integrity in national leadership at all levels including the private sector and the public sector. He advocated for the bestowment of emergency powers on President Muhammad Buhari that will not destroy democracy but make the system to effectively function, work and arrest the fundamental issue of decay in the society, saying that democracy is about the welfare, security and safety of the people, so there is need to take steps to ensure that Buhari succeeds without compromising the concept of representation. The APC gubernatorial aspirant in Bauchi state during the last elections noted that noted that Nigerians now have a leader who demonstrated the desire and capacity to change; hence an environment must be created for him to achieve that change. “We can do that for certain number of years, say in the next four years let’s do away with certain obstacles that will stop Buhari from functioning. After that, if it is not possible we add another four years, eight years in a life of a nation is not much to re-establish and re-position it is just doing what is expected. So if there are issues within the Constitution that are abused or being manipulated to stop Buhari from succeeding, we must remove or set them aside for now without compromising the fundamental position of the constitution”, he added. The one time education commissioner in the state stressed the need for the legal system, Law and Constitution be respected as they are all meant to provide for the security of lives of Nigerians, their properties and future, adding that societies always look at their peculiar situations and do things that will help them, recalling that when late President ‘Yar-Adua was sick, the same Nigerians called for doctrine of necessity. “Such call was never in our Constitution but we invoked the issue of doctrine of necessity and then Goodluck Jonathan was made to act to avoid possible collapse of the system, so I believe we need to look at that. Though the situation has not reached that position but there are signs, like the leadership crisis in the National Assembly which is uncalled for,” he added. He said that it was important to build and fix the country by removing leakages which President Buhari has started doing, especially by making public institutions work, allow rule of law to prevail, avoid wastage, and establish transparency and good governance.

who forced the unitary system on all of us, if not an Igbo man, Aguiyi ironsi, in their usual conquest to dominate and lord it over others.

The same dude crushed the dream of Niger Delta to have their republic, led by Isaac Boro.
Of course you are quick to remember that an igbo military man introduced the unitary system which was absolutely normal for countries under military governance but forget to mention that another igbo man in 1966 took Nigerian government to Ghana to secure a peace accord to return to regional autonomy and went ahead to sacrifice 3M of his kinsmen to defend it.

If you are not just being a miscreant you will acknowledge that a constitution dream from military decrees will never replace the democratic will of the people to govern themselves.

That referendum on the one hand showed the maturity of the British government and the determination of the Scots, while on the other hand it displayed the sickening hypocrisy of the same British imperialists. They gave a voice of destiny to the Scots but down here amalgamated a people who have NOTHING in common for their own wicked experiment.

All in all, the joke is on the primitive blacks who wont be mature and honest enough to determine their own destiny, instead of sustaining whatever backward identity foisted on them by the wicked British colonialists. They will keep blaming the Whites even after the latter had left over 5 decades ago, thereby giving further credence to their weakness, incapacity and folly.

Read what i said very well:

The south south nationalities can form a confederation with United Arab Emirate template, where seven different nationalities came together to form a confederation with each nationality having some form of autonomy.

if the south east want to join the confederation they can join. We can't leave nigeria and go and form another normal single country were there is a dominant tribe. That will be moving from frying pan to fire.

Just like the United Ararb emirate asked qatar and behrain to join them, but qatar and behrain choose to form thier individual countries.

What Biafra represent is a single country with a powerful centre where a dominant tribe can control. South south dont want that. If we must fight or struggle for succession, we need a new name like "United State of niger delta" or any other name which clearly shows a union rather than a single country.
Guy you are running around circles because you knew where I was going to. So sitting in your bedroom you have drafted the constitution of the biafra people to know that they will run a unitary system?
If you are going to form a confederation with other six tribes that made up the defunct biafra and implement regional autonomy, can you explain to me why the igbo which is just another tribe of the seven ur headache?
Guy please find a copy of aburi accord which was proposed by an igbo man to help give every region control there resources as far back as 1966.
It either you are a miscreant, or you just hate igbo.
because your analogy up there inclusive or exclude of the igbo nation doesn't have any effect on resource control each region.

While we all understand what VAT is meant to achieve just like Subsidy removal.
It is highly irresponsible and wicked to the masses whom is already embittered with his 18,500 Naira minimum wage.
For thosees who will come here to tell us how much VAT is obtainable in other parts of the world, they should also give us a breakdown of the cost of goverance around the world, the minimum wage, and readily available social amentities while at it.
The Proposal should go thus:
VAT increment to 10%
Minimum wage incrcement by 100%
Federal and State legislative Arm 70% salary and allowance reduction.( we might as well dissolve the federal legislative upper arm)
Merging of duplicate federal parastatals e.g EFCC/ICPC
FRSC/VIO. Just then we shall has a conversation.
