Oblang:Pray tell, how did I do what you accuse me of in that comment? How would I have made sense if I added PDP to that statement? ![]() That's how polluted we have become. If you had the interest of the country at heart, you should outrightly condemn buying of votes, not try to play the blame game ![]() |
Boost your battery life by installing task killers like Greenify and Screen Brightness Adjusters like System Night Mode. At least they are ad free |
Unblockable:I put it to you that you don't understand the meaning of 40%. His biggest hope would be about 15% of those votes. And that would only be possible if APC maintain the unhealthy trend of buying votes. |
Uglyboy2015:Thanks for the clarification, although I believe it could be better done. I'll edit as necessary once I get a working video link running |

It's not only you o. Not so long ago, I had #500 on my account. Everyday, this service or that service from 902 would deplete my account balance until I couldn't find a dime on my account. It was the reason I hunted down a means to call an Airtel agent and had him deactivate every single one. Only for them to turn up again so soon. |
About two weeks ago, I managed to find a way to get an agent online on the evasive Airtel Customer Care with regards to the fraudulent deductions of N50 on numerous occasions through random services provided by '902'. During my conversation with the agent, I clearly let him understand that I 'NEVER' activated any 'pop-ups' but for the interest of peace and wanting to see the back of these deductions, I asked him to deactivate all those services on my account and even complied with his directive to activate partial DND on my line. Since then, I had been free of these deductions, until TODAY. Around 2:00pm, I saw a text message on my phone from 'Airtel' thanking me for subscribing to Airtel Data and inviting me to enjoy their Sport service. I chose the option of opting out and sent EPL in a text message to 11101. Behold, I got a text message from the 11101 saying I didn't have enough credit to subscribe to the service. Note that this was what Airtel said would opt me out if I sent it. As if on cue, I got a follow-up message from the dreaded '902', saying SUB could not be started on my Airtel Mobile. As I'm typimg this message, four more messages had arrived from 902 on the same subscription issue. My inferences are as follows: 1. Airtel tried to trick me into subscribing for a service by sending me wrong information on how to opt out. 2. Had there been sufficient airtime on my account, the message from 11101 may never had come. In its place, a deduction would have taken place. 3. Contrary to the Customer Care agent claims that I activated a pop-up for the services the helped me deactivate, I saw clearly how 902 has been making demands on my account balance due to no fault of mine. 4. I only shudder to think of what would be the fate of those who didn't know how they manage to be losing airtime, or those who have no idea how to reach their customer care agents. So, I ask concerned persons to please advise me on the proper way to report them to relevant agencies so as to ensure that these fraudulent incursions and deductions from one's account balance are curtailed. I'll be running a google search on these shortcomings and how they are reported and will give updates, so that together, we can stop this craziness of theirs. Below are the screenshots of today's text messages in chronological order.

So, it had to take fans intervention for two people to come to their senses. How many of us actually try to resolve differences amongst the people around us with such vigour? |

Nice concept going after the market's current demands. The only problem I see here is the price because they have obviously left the rigidity of their erstwhile Blackberry Operating System for Android. Not having physical keyboards is not a new feature though. Blackberry Storm 1 and 2 that year also didn't have physical keyboards. ![]() |

ejihand:Bro, APC apologists are just trying to heal their wounds. This guy announced his intention to defect since January. They're just recycling the news. It talks about the efficiency of something. Whatever was not exquisitely planned has loop holes, and therefore, will not satisfy its purpose exactly how it is intended to. Take an exhaust pipe for example, the function is to guide fumes out through the rear of a vehicle for instance. Suppose it has a tiny hole close to the pipe opening, even though the fumes are all coming out to the exterior, it is still not functioning exactly as designed, and could be regarded as a fail if scrutinized 'properly'. |

DOUBLEWAHALA:What kind of condition is turning off the 4G Network to charge? A phone is meant to be handled so of it gets extremely hot while under use up to the extent that it explodes, is that not trying to say it os dangerous to be held with the hands in the first place? Please, stop trying to make excuses for a substandard product (if indeed, the phone exploded and caused the fire). Even more technologically advanced Samsung had a similar case and we saw how they owned up and handled it. |

Imagine expelling Saraki from the party. Does that change the fact that he would still shift camp? ![]() Just like this news would have still been given, whether he decamped or was expelled. ![]() |
My favourite genre is Science Fiction. So I always had a stack of Clive Cussler masterpieces. That was until my phone got wiped days ago. I searched on web and torrents for a means to get all books but failed. However, I found a means to access many. I downloaded an app that sort of downloads the ebooks but keeps them from being accessed individually. ![]() Since I prefer using Aldiko reader, I manipulated the app until I was able to see where it hides the ebooks as mere files (long story). So I extracted them and renamed them to .epub files. There are 50+ books by Cussler in this collection which I've zipped up and decided to share via Google Drive: ![]() http://drive.google.com/file/d/16RqYV30RcVwVa53JfCEUSaDkFQKepLd-/view?usp=sharing Zip Password is bornreaders Next up on my list is John Grisham collection ![]() |
