This is what I don't get about many of you people.

You are sitting here blabbing about electricity, but in Nigeria, the PDP spent 16 years in office, they budgeted and stole funds for electricity and in return, you end up with nothing but darkness, the same PDP accumulated the largest revenue ever in the history of Nigeria, but still left you thousand of abandoned projects all over Nigeria, but guess what, the same ipob losers and hypocrites this thread are crying and wailing about infrastructures and electricity are still in love and supporting the same PPD and the same politician responsible for your lack of development.

So, by supporting the same people for 16 years and still supporting them today, what moral rights and authority do you have to complain and blame other people for the same lack of development and politicians that you voted for, supported and are still supporting today?

Look in the mirror and stop boring us with your disingenuous and fake crocodile concerns.

Suddenly you turn this inter-country economic analysis into a intra-country party debate undecided
Focus! Focus!! Focus!!!
I replied to a post that tried to exonerate Nigeria from being responsible for her poor state, not a post exonerating a party from the country woes. IPOB? PDP? Perhaps you quoted the wrong fellow
Sorry, I won't be dragged into that party/sect squabble. Keep it on Nigeria vs Singapore economy, Thank You. cool

Singapore's population is 5 million

Nigeria's population is 200 million

Give Singapore 200 people, give them 3 different major tribes and languages and 250 ethnic groups then come back with your illogical reasoning and baseless comparisons.

So, You are trying to create an excuse for Nigeria's inability to grow. That, my friend, is pathetic. Give Singapore what you claim above and they will still succeed. You make it sound like life was a bed of roses for them from the start.
See all our natural resources we've been unable to utilize in diversifying the country. The same crude of yesterday is still the sole provider.
See the population you see as a curse is actually called manpower elsewhere. A good number of them educated but under-utilized. There is plan for only very few of them.
What could have brought them into use is large scale industrialization. But even that is a pipe dream when you consider our infrastructures. Electricity so irregular and so expensive, roads so bad it's a risk even walking on them. So industry cannot survive.

Please, don't make excuses for Nigeria.

Huh??
Is it no longer Samsung AMOLED screens that iPhone uses?

From the days of Macbook till last I checked, Apple take delivery of their screens from Samsung. I remember having the option of buying a Samsung screen to replace that of a damaged Macbook as a cheaper alternative to buying Apple spare. undecided

Education / Re: What Is The Difference Between Evening Or Night? by ObservantFellow: 8:27pm On Aug 25, 2018
When the sun begins to set, evening is up. Some generally take it to be 4:00pm onwards. When the moon becomes clearly visible or the sky becomes darkened, that's night there.
I guess the state of the sky tells us when evening expires and night takes over.

Ironic that APC couldn't deliver all LGAs in Lagos State due to the areas like Ajeromi, Ojo, Festac, e.t.c. dominated by Igbos voting PDP, but are convinced of getting "at least 40% of the votes" in the South East/South South region where these people are from undecided

Reducing the numerous electoral assets and political actors the party is attracting in those zones to such simplistic deductions is uncharitable, heavily prejudiced and cheaply speculative.

So,cash inducement is APC’s major tool of winning support? That is what I found repulsive.

My response to you was to say despite similar suggestions of APC’s increasing unpopularity and diminishing colours in the north and even Kogi State, the elections yesterday suggest otherwise.

I think what you meant to say is that the call for evidence was out of place. Your talk of assets and actors and support in the North have little in connection to our bone of contention, bros. As for cash inducement, pretending that it is not a mainstay of Nigerian politics/politicians is just you choosing to bark up the wrong tree. Maybe I am being simplistic. But I know my numbers. Just like pre-2015, only the results of 2019 can justify my assumptions cool

Read your own comments first. You appear not to even understand your own posts.

I posted it. I clearly remember responding to a comment saying APC would get 40% votes in the SE/SS region to which I responded that their best bet is 15% with cash inducements. And you pop up asking for evidence. Evidence of what? undecided

It's condemnable but this has bin with us long b4 nw. Making it appear like the emergence of APC brought it is just unfair. Meanwhile the so called vote buying will not necessarily work for u are not acceptable by the ppl. If inducement really work, gej will return as president and Agbaje will win in Lagos in 2015..

It would be interesting to make me understand how my comment hinted that the emergence of APC brought vote buying about undecided
I prefer to believe I was addressing the unpopularity of APC in my region which is greatly tempered by vote buying. angry

What is your evidence?

Bauchi is like Kano for Buhari since 2003. The moment he raised the guy’s hand, it was over.

Don’t forget that former PDP governor, Isa Yuguda who married Yar’adua’s daughter is the GPN candidate.

Evidence of what?
Did you even understand what you quoted and replied to?
