Lagos state have been in opposition since 1999 and has been budgeting half a billion naira for past 8 years and counting but no roads, in fact nothing to justify the spending,. It was reported recently (not sahara reporter) the amount Fashola used to drill two boreholes and create his website (it was reported because of the alleged fight between him and Tinubu). I am not holding brief for any politician but I think sahara reporter should be more professional in their reportage.

When I see this type of comments, I can't help it but to think how gullible most Nigerians are,APC and it's propaganda, that building can belong to anybody.Why is it that sahareporter doesn't beam their search light in APC control states?? or are they saints (APC states)a good example of such states is Lagos that have been budgeting half a billion naira for the past 8 years but NOTHING to show for it. So Nigeria's problem is now the colour of the Notes abi, but people are losing jobs daily.

I think what he (Buhari) wants to achieve from that is,when colour is changed and you are given a time limit to obtain the new one, everybody that went to change the old one will be known and the amount he is swapping,but even at that, our politicians don't keep their loot in Naira and they will still device a means to beat the policy. He should understand that the CBN governor should know what's about to come than keep him the dark.
