Adex70: i bet you the guy nail nwa beam because on mt 2.4 solid pan i can only receive mbc and jsc 102 but dubai one of 201 and 101 are elusive on 2.4 here in lagos

Lunsat: @Odilibe, great pictures. Just afew questions because I want to understand the meaning of this LNB cutting business better:

1. The LNB is the type for prime focus dishes and your dish is prime focus dish. I always believed the feedhorn is there to eliminate unwanted electromagenetic noise and improve signal reception. Your findings seem to suggest the opposite in that the LNB performance is actually better when the feedhorn is cut off.How can we explain this?

2. I know from experience that prime focus LNBs perform poorly on offset dishes. Have you tried a cut prime focus LNB on an offset dish? if so what was the performance.

Any other gurus with experience can answer.

actually i hv got an alternate account.
i faced the sentence immediately after i replied to a post posted by a member on "strong reciever thread" the guy was seeking for help in order to resolve the missing option that disappeared from his reciever. u know this has something to do with DARKSIDE. i thought that was the reason i got banned. untill when i thought back about your ealier well explained post, then i beared it as also oga at the top sometimes receives such sentence.

Finally i will have enough time to put 4lnb(s)C120 to test...inverto black pro single 0.2db vs inverto black pro twin0.2db vs red classic quad 0.3db..against the invacom quad lnb 0.3db, on a prime focus antenna....which one wins!

Can Amiko alien 2 and it's web applications work well in Nigeria!....
