brabus: Here's another deal I just sealed up with a close friend of mine. The GPS location shows my personal project and we just acquired 5.5 hectares of land for less than N7m which we intend to develop into a residential estate.

As can be seen, the location is mainly non-developed land with palm trees, thick woods, shrubs, trees and other natural vegetation. And there's also apes and baboon.

We intend to do vegetation clearance, land excavation and mass land fill of some portion of the land and sell to raise some capitals to develop the main project.

They don't really get filled literarily, but 600bags of 50kg cement is what is considered as the capacity for a trailer load of cement & the price flunctuates currently less than N2k per bag, depending on your status with the manufacturer, you may enjoy free transportation


For iron rods they come in various dimensions with which varies the weight, what counts is the total tonnage that should match the tonnage of vehicle being used
As mentioned above, a trailer has capacity for 600x50kg = 30,000kg (u may convert to tons for convenient trade lingua)

interesting thread, not common in my family, reading the thread was like being in a lecture hall to listen to the trauma of the many that I have joined others to make jest of out of ignorance of their medical condition, was told that as an infant, I opted early for the option of wetting my eyes & crying out loud to dare anybody that dared to sleepwell when I needed to pay my water rates

On behalf of millions of ignorant Nigerians, I apologise for all the jest & lack of understanding we have shown (& some are still showing) to those who suffered this medical condition, like someone said, may be our turn is waiting in Old age (did I hear u say 'God forbid') *takes a bow & returns to his seat in the lecture hall with rapt attention*
