If I may be right, over 70% of the members of the National Assembly shouldn't have been there in the first place. I think our fight should be geared towards getting relatively 'right-minded' people up there. That is when we can reason with them, These guys there now are mostly political jobbers who are not only there to fill their banks accounts but doesn't care about what happens to Nigerians |
@OP you don't deserve a response but I want to quickly say that there are several rivers and lagoons in this country for those who always hit their heads on the walls because of the Igbos or anything that concerned Igbos? Are you aware that Ikemba died a rightful billionaire? Find some work and get busy |
One thing many well meaning Nigerians will readily agree is that we all jave very short memory. At this time when Boko Haram are senselessly bombing the Northern part of Nigeria,it is pathetic that several weeks after the SSS told the world that the re-arrested Chief-Bomber's phone revealed 'useful' links to some 'top' politicians,, my question is: Why has there not been any arrest till date? |
Time to re-visit death sentence. This time for corrupt thieves. ANYONE signing? |
Losers will go to any length to paint this guy black. Ogboni my foot! Can we talk of more serious issues PLEASE |
This is very pathetic. I would have opened a thread for this earlier because these NDLEA guys at the Airport in Lagos are really doing many things wrong. They had held my laptops twice for c;lose to one week because i insisted i wasn't paying any dime as bribe. I think we should all add our voices together and do something fast about this. Their job is to look out for drug peddlers and not to disturb Nigerians who are going about their legitimate businesses. |
Lets hope that other thieving political office holders will learn some lessons. More reasons we should all stop these thieves with our votes today |
@ BEAF, At least i am happy you will vote for Fashola if you are in Lagos but one thing you hadn't thought of is that Fashola wouldn't have worked the way he is doing if he is in the pdp. |
@Chigo4u, It is unfortunate that people like you are everywhere in Anambra. My question is:How does this state grow with such people of very low mentality? Its very UNFORTUNATE! ![]() |
If the truth must be told, Mrs Akunyili will give more effective representation than Ngige, PERIOD. |
MAYOWAAK:You have said it all but i think we should all be more vigilant because with these defeats, PDP will become more desperate and might do so many stupid things to out-turn our legitimate votes during the Presidential voting. Not good enough to say that they are drowning because they are ALREADY DROWNED! |
I don't think that there is any member of PDP that isn't a thief. The ones we are seeing are those who were selected but we are going in for elections from tomorrow. Time up for PDP! |
As we get close to this years general elections it is very vital that every citizen of this great country bear in mind that we all have duties to vote according to our conscience. It wouldn't be to our benefit to cause disaffection of any sort in the polity, presently. There is no need for violence but all we should do is to go out there from this Saturday, vote, wait till our votes are counted and ensure that nobody, no matter how highly placed ridicule our efforts. I don't agree with those that are likening our country with those of the Northern Africa because we are lucky to have a working democracy for now. In as much as we may not be getting all or most of what we are asking for from the few political elites, the opportunity is here for us to make amend through constitutional means. You should be adding your legitimate voice to the change or continuity(whichever you stand for) by making sure that your vote counts. Wow on that man or woman that thinks he or she can buy the conscience of the electorate with peanuts. http:///fWBDUA |
To start with, it is very unconstitutional to be wasting tax payers money on some non-issues especially those that most 'first whatever' raises. Has anyone here had come across anywhere were office of Mrs Obama is mentioned? There is absolutely nothing like that!. It is time we begin to get serous in this country. |
What dos he have to tell us that we have not heard or experienced? We need a CHANGE, even we end up not having all that we ask for, at least the thieves will stop milking this country to death. |
Even if GEJ is the holiest man on Earth, there is no way he will do anything tangibly good with all the CONVICTED AND UN-CONVICTED thieves in PDD! |
I see PDP reaping from this flawed attacks. The best option would have been for the ENTIRE opposition to come together and fight the common enemy. |
For those that ask Bakare to resign from the pulpit, do Doctors quit from their profession before going into politics? Is Fashola not a lawyer and will remain one for life? I may have some other thing to say if i get satisfactory answer to this. |
I am beginning to ignore or will actually forget my sign up here at nairaland because it is now being inflated by not only vain minds but many that will NEVER want to learn but rather will open their ignorant mouths on any thread. I lost $2200 to a Chinese firm last two years. It is a fact. I was in China late last year and got some details i would have revealed here that will open the doubting TOMS eyes. I have some very reliable company i deal with now but i want to tell any Nigerian that wants to do business in China to beware, especially if you are doing Bank Wire Transfer, S I M P L E This thread should be at the front page |
Our politicians here do worst things with girls and still parade around as role models. Maybe its time for them to learn one or two things from "Rwanda" |
KnowAll:God bless you my brother. Till we begin to ask these THIEVES some questions, they will keep raping us and everything we all have. One problem we have is that they will NEVER allow good minded fellows to come on board, But i believe their times will be up sooner than later. |
Why are we even contemplating to have anything good from these guys? I was thinking that GEJ will be better than other old military thieves that were there before but he is disappointing the 'learned' world, where he came from. Even if this man is not an economist, doesn't he have advisers? Were he not in Nigeria and witnessed what SAP did to us? PLEASE TIME UP FOR P D P or whatever they call them selves! They have already killed this country and now want to trash inside deep ocean. God forbid! |
I hope others are picking up some valuable LESSONS! |
milehigh06:SECONDED! The sooner, the best for Nigerian football. Enough of these hangers-on, |
One thing some people that are currently criticizing Coach Siasia should know is that if Super Eagles fail, he is the ONE that will take majority of the blames so it is better he is given every needed support INCLUDING CHOICE OF VENUES, |
What has he got t offer/ Or are we talking about him because of late Bashorum. He should try and learn the rope and start being a man. He seems to still talk like an overfed kid. More serious issues please! |
@Poster, your story can NOT be true because no right thinking woman will keep such indicting texts on her phone. If on the other hand, it is true, the sooner you get a divorce, the better for you. It is better to be alive(alone), than to be a late hubby, |
What of the guys that are very serious minded but will always dress casual even if they are going to see Mr President? I know a couple of guys who dress that way and still grab attention of those that matter because of what they have INSIDE. I can't say much about ladies for now because like one pastor said in the church last week:"it seems that SOME are doing competition of whose unclothedness will be seen most!" |
I don't mean to cause any bad belle to anybody no matter who you are following, politically but wouldn't it be good if the word. ATIKUED gets to the dictionary. Meaning someone that lost even his kindred's vote in a very important election. I know that many of the present politicians will be ATIKUED this April, I am just trying to contribute to the development of E N G L I SH L A N G U A G E , !!! ![]() |
I strongly align with anybody that will bring most of our corrupt politicians to book BUT is it only when some of these thieves fall out with some 'power brokers' that they get punished? I think somebody somewhere need to write a 'high profile' petition about an old farmer at Ogun too. The governor and this farmer are both THIEVES and should be jail together., PERIOD! |
