When it comes to stock footages, one doesn't use one platform. In order to interpret/communicate the message an editor has to explore various stock footage websites, both free and premium.

For me I use Istock, artlist, freepik, unsplash and YouTube. (istock and artlist are the best for me, I use premium account)

As for the video @godedperson, it's AI generated probably by Invideo and edited. Most of the footages from what I observe are from movie scenes.

A 30Mins video upload can't be more than 3Gig at most except you are doing a high end video. A data of 1K Naira will fix that. Stop behaving as if it's only you that's doing this online thing. I'm also a YouTuber.

Like this you can't upgrade your bank account if the only ID card you have is NIN, you can't register a new sim card or resolve any issues that requires NIN.

10 mins HD edited video for YouTube is like 3-5 gb... 4k is 7-10gb. Now imagine size of what 30mins will be even if compressed.... Make I no even talk of stock footages the editor go download.

As an editor myself, lowest I collect from anyone is 50k per a minute video, that's for minimum edits

As an editor who's major is faceless contents, I advise against people wanting editors to create 2+ videos in a week... Unless you have more than 2 editors.

Faceless contents are not like your regular videos which you're provided with a raw footage to work with.

Faceless content involves/requires a lot of works... From scripting, prompting, sorting prompt results, sourcing for sounds/vfx and voiceover. It's not something one has to do with rush. Prompting scenery alone and converting each still image to video consumes Tons of time.

Your trying to make content and only the best content should be out if you need engagement... You can't achieve this if you want your editor to chunk out 2+ videos in a week (unless it's a minute video)... He will sacrifice quality for quantity.

Most young editors will take these offers because they need money and work themselves off for most pay that aren't even worth it. (They mostly regret after handling first to 2nd projects. They won't speak up, you'll only notice their delivery speed is reducing, with cooked up excuses. The honest truth is they're tired)
I doubt most of these offers can pay any editor 50-100k per a minute video. (faceless contents requires lots data for internet...1g data on phone can last you 1-5 hours, on PC it can't last you 30 minutes once you start using AI generator sites )


So op, whichever editor you're hiring... Stick to one good quality content per week if your videos will be above 2-3 minutes.

It's better you have one quality content in a week, than having 5 low content.

I'm advising you as an editor myself.
