FreeStuffsNG: Reporting on missile strikes is subject to strict military censorship rules in Israel, where at least 50 impacts have been officially acknowledged nationwide and 25 people have been killed since the war started on June 13, according to official figures.
Smh. This is the disgrace they don't want the world to see. Pro-western media like Reuters and AP, not Al Jazeera o, have been updating the rest of the world with how battered Israel is.
This is a USA-Iran war all along. Israel is just a proxy and battle ground for the war the American Republican Party imposed on Americans.
Truly, pride goeth before a fall! This is more than a humpty-dumpty fall. Just 10 days ago, nobody knew Israel will today be in rubbles. Isrealis will killed, why Americans are safe at home. A suppose peace mediator has just stir the war |

Foreign Affairs › Re: Iran Leadership Vows Retaliation Over US Attack On Nuclear sites, Trump Reacts by Offpoint1: 10:48am On Jun 22, 2025 |
icedfire: Let’s get some facts in order, because emotions are running high and misinformation is everywhere
Claim 1: “Israel attacked Iran first, and Iran is a sovereign nation.”
This argument keeps popping up, but it ignores years and decades of provocation and aggression from Iran.
Rebuttal: Iran has been attacking Israel for years indirectly by funding, arming, and commanding proxies like Hezbollah in Lebanon, Hamas in Gaza, the Houthis in Yemen, and Shia militias in Iraq and Syria. These groups have been consistently launching rockets and bombs into Israeli territory. This isn’t hearsay — this is confirmed by global intelligence agencies and even openly admitted by Iran’s own leadership.
On October 7, Hamas launched a brutal and unprecedented terror attack on Israel — killing civilians, taking hostages, and sparking the current escalation. That attack was the first shot in this round of war, not anything Israel did to Iran directly.
Yes, Israel is now responding — as any nation would. And they’re doing it strategically, going after each proxy one by one — Hamas, then other militias, and now possibly turning their attention to Iran itself, the source of it all.
Even Hezbollah — Iran’s top ally — is now publicly saying they won’t join the war if Iran is directly attacked. That tells you everything. Iran is mostly alone, because even its so-called allies know how reckless this has become.
Claim 2: “If Israel and the U.S. have nuclear weapons, why can’t Iran have nukes too?”
On the surface, this might sound like a fair question but look deeper.
Rebuttal: There’s a massive difference between who holds nuclear weapons and how they intend to use them.
In Iran, every parliamentary session ends with chants of “Death to Israel, Death to America.” This isn’t symbolic. Iran backs it up with real-world violence through its proxies. They’ve made their intentions crystal clear — they want to wipe Israel off the map. So why should a nation with that mindset be allowed to have nuclear weapons?
Think of it like this: it’s okay for a police officer to carry a gun, because his job is to protect people. But should we hand a gun to an armed robber who already told us he plans to shoot someone? That’s exactly what giving Iran nukes would look like.
The U.S. and Israel having nukes doesn’t mean everyone should. There’s a difference between deterrence and destruction. Iran isn’t seeking peace. They are seeking power to enforce their ideology through violence.
Iran is too small for Isreal to destroy. Imagine , if Isreal was to do the same thing Iran is doing ? Isreal and now Us are the only country that would announce an impending attack to you civilians to move , hence targeting only military installations but Iran doesn’t give no eff about civilians . They delight in blowing up hospitals. Please if you want to Arthur , argue with logic and not emotions or your religious affiliations or sentiments . Ire o No matter how y'all try to twist it, no country in the world should own a nuclear nuke. NO COUNTRY! Nuclear nuke is not for decoration or building... It's a tool for destruction. Good or bad country, no one should have it. |

N/B: I am not supporting withholding staff wages but...... Staff left most of the time, not because of salary delays. It's because of attitude of the company. Watianoengineer: When I remember the ikeja cantonement bomb blast of the early 2000's I can't but smh at the ignorance of people cheering this war. You are in the comfort of your homes taking sides. Interview the average isreali or Iranian citizen right now and they will wish to have peace over the unpredictable bombardment. In war every one loses.
Isreal's strike might be precision strikes but citizens of Isreal who are victims of constant rain of missiles know the damage they are experiencing.
Isreal struck first by attacking Iran, so Iran in my opinion has the right to defend itself.
When hamas struck Isreal on October 7, Isreal defended itself by going after them.
Above all I pray peace returns to every part of the world. You spoke without being bias like the religious minions on Nairaland. The condemn Hamas when they attacked Isreal unprovoked... Same people are praising Israel for attacking Iran unprovoked. Religion is a disaster to mankind |

Jetline: You are busy posting areas under attack in Israel. Have you tried to check that of Iran? Iran is in a very big mess as I type. That is why they are responding so had at Israel. There's currently no internet service in Iran, and foreign journalists and TV are prohibited from reporting in Iran. That's why there are no pictures of damages coming out from Iran. Before now, pictures of damages coming from Iran were posted by their citizens, but the Internet is down. Information has it that many Iranians have fled their country. Pakistan has closed their borders with Iran. BBC news is only reporting based on satellite imagery. But I must tell you that the bombs and missiles hitting Iran is far more than those hitting Isreal. And to compare the 2 countries, Isrealis in abroad are returning home to Isreal while Iranians are fleeing their country. ATMs are out of service, blackout in so many areas, long petrol queue like Naija own for those trying to fleeing Tehran and Iran with their car. You may be seeing buildings hit by 1 or 2 Iranian missiles ask yourself how many are hit in Iran. Iran na open place to drop bomb but at atleast Iron dome is taking some out. I hope you will picture what is happening in Iran better. War doesn't favor any one. Na you talk sey no internet or reporters for Iran, na you still dey explain wetin dey happen for Iran... Where you come get your information from? Your last sentence na him be only we make sense |

My phone battery duration depends on the source of light I used in charging it, task I'm performing on the phone and weather (it last longer on cold weather or night)
I'm a heavy user, I do pity the phone sometimes.
For weird reasons if I charge the phone with gen, it last just 6 hours on HEAVY (gaming COD/FC Football) 12 hrs if I'm only surfing internet.
If I charge with NEPA light, 10 hours of Heavy usage and 15-18 hrs on surfing.
Phone is 2 years old, so battery lifespan has dropped.
The hours were longer when it was still within a year |
