You sound like you have a brilliant idea up your sleeves. If so you should probably look for a technical co-founder. Now to correct some few things
1) "App developer" is the wrong description for the job. Your idea is basically going to be an app front-end communicating with a web-service (preferably restful web-services) backend and then interacts with a db preferably a combination of PostgreSql and ArangoDb(No-Sql DB) which will be preferably hosted on a cloud platform such as Heroku(my favourite ).

2) Please never try to hire a software engineer if you are not one yourself

and Oh if you are interested in having a technical co-founder try to get referals from your friends or you could PM me.

U are correct though in how u can pass both voice and data packets via a phone port,though in actual sense ,the paths are logically separeted . Then qos is applied to give preferential delivery to packets to deem fit. U have a ccnp?
The original question still remains though, how to make sure packets don't get assigned wrong ip addresses

The ip addresses for your ip phones and video devices will be statically assigned. You will create a voice/vlan and assign addresses from this vlan to your voice & video devices.

No I'm currently reading for NP route. Got my NA in June.

You.work for a large firm employing thousands of employees.the network.conists of data,voice and video infrastructure.dhcp is configured obviously so also is vlan putting the pc, iPhones and video conferencing devices on seperate networks.
What else.must be.configured.to.make.sure that devices are allocated automatically ip addresses from their correct ip addresses/subnet.eg ip phones won't get ip address meant for either a pc or a video conferencing device.

The bigger gurus will answer this better.

However, I think you need to configure Qos for voice and video traffic. Then using create a vlan for voice & video to which you will add all the devices that fall into that category.

Note that if you configure Qos, you can use a single port to carry data, voice & video without negative effects on the voice & video packets. Such that you can connect a pc to a phone and the phone to the wall jack.

my take is that you will eventually do both if you wanted. if you wanted them for the doors they open, then a CCIE would open that door faster. however, in either case, you do not come in as an experience hire. but having either says that you are serious.

dumps are to help you test what you have read. the technology is largely same for the period in light of the exams. so they should serve your purpose.

A lot of church members don't even know that there is a set financial target that is given to the pastors which they are obligated to meet.

Invariably, it means the pastors have to devise a means even conning members to meet such targets.

Toyota 4Runner 2005 V6 4.0 litter engine with about 188,000km. Over 4yrs and yet to see a mechanic. I use regular Mobil XHP for servicing every 3 months. It was abt 145000 when I bought it. Never run from a vehicle because of just high mileage.

Chief, I think you maybe using a wrong oil for this car. Mobil XHP is 20w-50. The oil cap and owners manual on this car states that you use 5w-30. 5w-30 is not readily available. So I think the next closest should be Mobil 1 0w-40, Total quartz 9000 or Shell helix 5w-40..

Sorry for the late response.
Of course there is always a place for a ccie, I dont have the exact figure for ccie but i know that they make around $140k per year outside Nigeria, so 1 million naira a month is very very possible.
I will say this for the duration, it all depends on how much you know already. I will give the written portion of the exam 4 months of heavy study and i will prepare for the lab for a minimum of 12 months. I am being realistic here. there is no cutting corners to that 1 million a month salary

Took ICND2 yesterday and I am now one step closer.

I really want to start studying for CCNP R&S immediately. I will appreciate if you can give a brother some advice as to what books to study. I have the OCGs for ROUTE, SWITCH & TSHOOT.

Also have LiveLessons videos by Wallace for ROUTE & SWITCH. Two set of CBT videos for TSHOOT by Jeremy and the combo of Keith & Sequoia.

I want to start with Route as it has more to cover.

Given your experience what other book will you advice I add to my reading list. I will read the books cover to cover before looking at the videos.

I hope to complete CCNP r&s by the end of November or lastest end of December.

I really appreciate your replies. I hope you do understand why one is asking these many questions. money is not like rain water. for instance I was recently scammed of some money when I was trying to undertake a set of CISCO training last month in Ibadan.

However my coming to Ibadan for that 'supposed' training brought me in contact with a sight at the motor park, where I saw that cassava stems from IITA were being transported to Benin City. And that rekindled my thinking and desire for agro business.

Addendum question 1: If the 15% equity will be after the success of the venture, are we talking of 15% of the whole - capital + profit made after the venture or 15% of the profit made?

Addendum question 2 : Can we buy the land outright? If after the first year one is satisfied with the whole arrangements can one buy the land outright?

Addendum question 3: Looking through the proposal/investment plan, I see that the lease per annum is way above what you indicated for some of your other deals. Why is this one priced as such?
