Should i use B.Eng plus RPL to be assessed by ACS for 263111 or 263212? Has anyone in the house been given positive assessment through RPL route before?


My people, abeg which of my "case scenarios" has the highest chance of getting at least 65 points for subclass 190 or 489.
I know 189 is out of it for now.

I took the RPL route as did others here. for that, you would need to give up 6 years for non closely related education. do if you can afford to do that, then all you need do is write your project and JD.

ACS is very specific on what certificates they recognise and what level of the AQF they equate to. So check the ACS hand book.

However, you can explore the RPL route. Consider your years of experience on the related job. Then give up some years (6), in place of a degree in ICT and related degrees.

Like I took the RPL route and my degree is in English. So I had to give up 6 years of my experience to get 15 points. I didn't assess my certifications just listed them.

I just nominated the Education Managers nec as my occupation for the skills assessment, however I noticed that there is a caveat that states a highly relevant field of study, although the job description matches mine. I have a B.Sc. in Economics and statistics and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, but this seems to differ from the highly relevant fields of study such as Educational Studies, Teacher Education, and Educational Leadership and Administration which was stated.

Please sir advise me on what to do. Can I go ahead for assessment?

I think you would be taking too much of a risk to do this assessment, unless the assessing body gives you a leeway in the form of years of experience in lieu of academic qualifications.

In this case, I do not see that leeway.

yes you can do so.
in fact you HAVE to do so for some states.

For ACS assessment.

For ACS, you do not need to show payslips, or the likes.
For work experience, your letter of reference showing:
where you work or worked,
number of hours worked per week,
whether your work was part time or full time,
your JOB DESCRIPTION properly aligned to your nominated occupation - very important for a positive assessment.

make sure to go through the ACS guides before you apply.

I used it for my payment. In fact, I used my wife's paypal account to make the payment.

Just a quick clarification about the new points update effective from July 1st. How possible is it to get an ITA for 189 skilled independent visa for PR? Points calculated below:

Skill and trade qualification in Cabinetmaking.

30points for age 32,

15points for 8years work experience

10points for trades qualification(assessed by TRA)

10points for language requirement(IELTS 7.0)

Total : 65point.

Suggestions and advice will be highly appreciated.

For ACS, your professional certifications can be recognised. However, not all of them are. Check on ACS site for a current and full list of accepted certifications.

CCNP, CCIE, MCITP - I am sure of these. So check others.

Why does he have to buy the tickets for them?
well, if he must, then your folks must not send the money to his private account.
and there is really no way to confirm whether the paper he gave is authentic on this forum.

No we haven't, we had to repeat our assessment to included experiences we assumed we couldn't include before. The accessemnt outcome just came out last week and that's when we became a 70 pointer.
He accessed with ACS using reference letter from his office.

I guess so but you cant search via company reg. no on CAC. You can only search via Company name. You can try it. I also tot of that but was wrong after my research.

when you search with the name, the results return with the correct reg. no.

Bellong, It was my brother that called you some months ago about company registration number mistake made by the HR. The Australia immigration came to my place of work and requested for alot of documents which include my file, tax documents, payslips and timebook register. I wasnt around and it was unexpected but my colleagues took pix of their vehicle for me to believe.

so I guess when they checked the company reg. on CAC's site they didn't see it and so decided to do a thorough check.
right?
