Nedunwam: Dear Friends, please I need serious help, my case officer identified a difference on the date of birth on my wife's wace certificate to that on her passport. The waec reads 23rd march 1993, while her passport reads Dec 12, 1992. Pls I need contact of anyone who works with WAEC office to assist me. I was given 28 days to provide updated certificate (if applicable) pls help a brother who has suffered a lot for this Australia migration stuff plsssssssss. I think it is much more difficult to change the date of birth on the WAEC cert than the international passport. If you haven't told your CO that the mistake is on the WAEC cert or the CO didn't specify which of both you should update, then I will advise you update the passport. The above suggestions are based the assumption that her other documents correspond with the WAEC cert. If you must do WAEC, then you will need to communicate with her secondary school. I think WAEC has a policy of passing all communications concerning school registered students through the secondary school authority. I may be wrong on all counts. |

sp749513: Good moring nairalanders.
I want justice pls.
I was jailed 4 years ago when i was arrested, tried and sentenced for fraud.
I was not a criminally minded person but do to the economic hardship and how to provide for my wife and daughter I went into fraud.
My wife was supporting our union with her trade which the income was very low and to feed was war.
To cut the long story short when i was in prison she do visit occasionally but during 3 years spent already she stop visiting.
When i was freed last 2 months and to know what ups I went to where we live and learnt from a neighbour that my wife has parked out from our 2 rooms apartment and is now living with a man.
I got the address, went their and lo and behold she was heavily pregnant for the man.
I felt like fainting that moment and to make matter worse she said it to my face that she can't live with an ex convict.
My 5 years old daughter wants me back but my wife and her family are fighting against that.
I still love my wife despite her betrayal but the pregnancy and her refusal to give me back my daughter is giving me problem.
I want justice against the wife snatcher and i want back my wife and daughter.
Please what is the best ways to go about it so as not to go against the law.
Mods,I want justice. First, are you legally married to this woman you call your wife? It sounds like you are not. Secondly, I think you should let the tussle for wife and daughter rest for now. Find your feet, this is just two months after your freedom. Get a source of livelihood and commence the process of rebuilding your life. To the issue of justice, please relax. I believe your wife may have lost it due to hardship. Forget about justice. Leave her alone. When you are well off financially, you can talk about your daughter. I know right now you are desperately trying to redeem yourself and to hold on to a worthwhile purpose, hence your perceived need for your wife and daughter, but the reality is that, you do not need that. May God help you find your feet financially. |

hartson: Hi,His/Her question was if it will be possible to WES ie Canada Evaluation report in place of transcript and send to ACS since he/she could not get a transcript from sch. I do not know if that is possible. However, my opinion would be that a WES evaluation cannot equate as transcript from his institution of learning, because it would not carry the school's seal of approval. My earlier advise was supposed to be a way out. |

You could request that it be sent to your company HR and then you pick it up for your own use. |
Family › Re: My Wife Insists No Sex Until Wedding Night Even After Our Traditional Wedding by ogbevireo(m): 8:20am On Oct 31, 2019 |
igwegeorgiano: Friends on NL I greet you all. Trust your day is going well? It is with very heavy heart and confused state of mind I sent this post on this platform so you can advise me on what line of action I should take. Pastors and genuine men of God should also advise me on what to do as well.
There is this lady i have been dating for about a year and 6 months now. We love each other to the moon and most importantly we respect each other opinion and decisions. She is a born again christian who appreciates the things of God more than she appreciates me which of course I have no issues with.
When we agreed to start up a relationship after being friends for about 6 months, it was agreed that there will be no sex until the wedding night but at a point I asked her "what if we are done with traditional marriage rites are we still not gonna have sex? To my creates surprise she said we won't until church wedding is done. I did not actually took her serious.
Fast forward, on the 15th of July 2019 the traditional marriage was done in her father' compound in the east and all I was asked to pay and give was paid and given without any remainder . after the traditional marriage we went back to my house in abuja. Note that we were not staying together before now. I am base in abuja while she is in owerri. When we got home that night I told her we can now make love as husband and wife hence the traditional rites has been done and most importantly the bride price paid. To my amazement my wife bluntly refused. She told me she will never compromise her stand on pre marital sex
I have been very faithful to our agreement based on her claim that she is a virgin. But refusing me my right over her body after every thing including the bride price has been paid is something I can never subscribed to and to this end I have I have involved her parent and her pastor her decision however, still remain no sex till the wedding night. I am putting the wedding on hold for now until she willingly allow me make love to her and she seems not to be comfortable with my decision as well.
This is the dilemma I have found myself please I need your wise counsels on this. Thanks and remain bless. Moderators kindly push this post to the front page so it can have adequate views it deserves thanks You point is quite clear that you are trying to change the goal post which you agreed to. You said she is born again. You said you both respect one another's decisions and opinions. You said she told you that she will not have sex till after the church wedding - in clear response to your question in that regard. Now you are trying to play a fast one on her. You are trying to coerce her by putting your wedding on hold. You are trying to paint her as someone who is on the wrong. NB: The issue here is not sex before marriage. But your inability to honour your own word. If you were not in agreement with her decision and her response when you asked about this matter, why didn't you say so? Why didn't you tell her you can't do what she is asking for. You are now abusing your authority as a man and head of the family. Even if she eventually agrees to sex before the church wedding, she will not be happy with you - deep down in her heart, she will not. You have two options. 1. Keep your word to her and go to church before you have sex. 2. Go back to her kinsmen to collect your bride price - though you would be seriously offending this girl and her family because you broke the agreement not the other way round. Peace. |

Family › Re: My Aunt Doesn't Want Me To Discipline Her Children. by ogbevireo(m): 8:13am On Oct 20, 2019*. Modified: 1:21pm On Oct 20, 2019 |
Charleys: I have this aunt who used to flog me, give me all sorts of punishment when I was a child.
Most of my childhood worst childhood memories are tied to her. But she thought me lots of things, like self discipline, patience etc.
I was always with her when my mum was working.
Fast forward to now.... She has two kids (boy & a girl) very stubborn.
She doesn't want me to do the same thing she used to do to me. Is it fair at all.
Example I went home to visit during holidays, her children broke the plate they were washing...
If I was the one hell would have broken loose that day but while I was talking to them I noticed she was protecting them. I kept quiet.
Secondly when I tell them to do something they do not do it, that will be the right time to flog them.. but my aunty boldly told me not to touch her children.
I believe deep inside me I'm trying to pay her for the evil she use to do to me but I'm not aware of it.
Or am I being too harsh on them... Her kids. Why doesn't she want me to also flog her children. My mum never had problem with her if I did something wrong. So why is she having problems with me now that her kids are doing things wrong.
I believe my generation have been cheated, children dont learn anymore in school. in fact she secretly told her children not to greet me. (This can never happen if I did this to her).
What should be my next move now. Because I believe there's a cold war going on in the house.
Note we stay at family house when we travel back to the village.
Note it's out of disrespect that makes me think this way. You have clearly stated that your 'discipline' which you wish to instil in the children is not altruistic. So your next move is to take the wool off your eyes and start to see the children from a clear perspective before you can think of discipline for them. Her telling the children not to greet you also means there is more than an attempt to correct these children on your part. Their mum has obviously seen that you are trying to mistreat the children because of your history with her. I however do not support her telling the children not to respect you, as that will inadvertently ruin the children. I suggest you leave her children for her though. You can discipline other children who you are not biased towards, since true discipline can only be done in love and not otherwise. |

Mamabigboy: Dear Elders, Please I need your contributions. My IELTS result is out and the overall band score is 7.0, though writing is 6.5. I wish to start prep for assessment by the Australian Institute of Medical Lab science which accept a minimum of overall band score 7 irrespective of whether writing is 7 or not. I equally intend to write PTE hopefully for a better score to boost my points. Will this not be a big issue later considering that i submitted ielts to AIMS and PTE to enter the pool. Kindly advise me please. God bless. It will not be a problem at all. |

- Do i submit the EOI before the assessing body assesses my skill? NO- YOU WILL NEED THE ASSESSMENT DETAILS TO COMPLETE YOUR EOI

Vincent88: Good morning everybody. I feel lost without my wife , she had a fourth miscarriage after 2 years of marriage and her family has accused me to be a ritualist that I am eating the babies which I know nothing about and they have decided to take her away from me. I haven't finished grieving for my elder brother who passed away 3 weeks ago , leaving his 4 children for us and now she is gone. Please she is also in this platform beg her for me to come back to me , because I love her so much and I cant live without her please Did you empathise with, and stand by her during these unfortunate losses? Why does the family think you responsible for the situation? If you are not doing anything that suggests to others that you do not care about your wife's pains, then you should not burden yourself with the issue. Otherwise, you need to change your attitude towards her plight. |

My question is can I use one of either assessment to apply for both n what do vetassess means by verified copy of my certificate? No, you cannot use an assessment for one anzsco code in the place of another. Verified copy: I think would be a notarized coloured copy of your credentials. (PLEASE check the site for specific instructions on this, as there will be certain requirements for the notary). |
