this policy is rubbish. See guys, if u have sometin good to sell, pple will naturally pratonise you. If they make cheap and durable new cars in nigeria, will nigerians not buy them and leave tokumbo? Alloy for competition. What quality of a new model car would you buy for 1.5m? Surely if u hit a tree, its definitely a gooner.
The issue of tokumbo cars is a global thing, even in more civilised countries, pple buy fairly used cars but proper authorities make sure its road worthy and thats all. How many of these new cheap and cars would have good 2nd hand value?
